The highland barley medicated wine according to claim 1, wherein the highland barley medicated wine comprises 16 parts of cinnamon, 45 parts of Chinese yam, 30 parts of cordyceps militaris, 13 parts of deer blood, 11 parts of spina date seed, 44 parts of wolfberry fruit, 16 parts of ginseng, 17 parts of mulberry and 5000 parts of highland barley wine in parts by weight.

The highland barley medicated wine according to claim 1, wherein the highland barley medicated wine comprises, by weight, 25 parts of cinnamon, 56 parts of yam, 38 parts of cordyceps militaris, 22 parts of deer blood, 18 parts of spina date seed, 57 parts of wolfberry fruit, 25 parts of ginseng, 22 parts of mulberry and 5000 parts of highland barley wine.

The highland barley medicated wine according to claim 1, wherein the highland barley medicated wine comprises, by weight, 20 parts of cinnamon, 50 parts of Chinese yam, 35 parts of cordyceps militaris, 17 parts of deer blood, 14 parts of spina date seed, 50 parts of wolfberry fruit, 20 parts of ginseng, 20 parts of mulberry and 5000 parts of highland barley wine.
5. The highland barley wine of claim 1, wherein the highland barley wine has a degree of 55-60 degrees.
6. The preparation method of the highland barley wine medicated wine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing raw materials: weighing cinnamon, Chinese yam, cordyceps militaris, deer blood, spina date seed, wolfberry fruit, ginseng, mulberry and highland barley wine according to the weight part ratio;
(2) preparing raw materials: cleaning the weighed cinnamon, Chinese yam, cordyceps militaris, deer blood, spina date seed, medlar, ginseng and mulberry with clear water, and airing for later use;
(3) crushing: crushing the raw materials in the step (2) and filling the crushed raw materials into a soaking bag;
(4) soaking: soaking the raw materials in the step (3) in the highland barley wine, and sealing in a shade;
(5) coarse filtration: coarsely filtering the highland barley wine soaked in the step (4), and storing the highland barley wine in a transfer tank;
(6) hooking and adjusting: adding purified water into the transfer tank in the step (5), adjusting the alcoholic strength to 35-36 degrees and storing;
(7) fine filtering and filling: and (4) finely filtering the highland barley wine obtained in the step (6) to obtain a finished product, canning, inspecting and warehousing qualified products.
