Abstract
本发明涉及煤化工领域,尤其涉及煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的装置及其工艺,包括:1)将煤矸石、风化煤、煤泥经粗粉碎机粉碎后送超细粉碎旋转分离机分离,分离得到超细砂石料和混合细煤粉;2)将混合细煤粉与气化渣、脱硫石膏一起送湿磨机湿磨,然后送螺旋分离机分离出精煤、细泥沙、腐植酸进行罐装,一部分腐植酸送腐植酸肥料制备装置,另一部分腐植酸与细泥沙送盐碱地土壤改良剂制备装置;3)将超细砂石料送制砖机和纳米粉碎机,分别制取环保砖和纳米材料。本发明的有益效果在于:解决煤化工粉煤灰和脱硫石膏极低利用率只得掩埋的问题,深加工生产粉煤灰基腐植酸硫有机肥料,减少污染,节能环保,低成本实现腐植酸肥料产品的多样化。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及煤化工领域,尤其涉及煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的装置及其工艺。
背景技术
粉煤灰,是从煤燃烧后的烟气中收捕下来的细灰,粉煤灰是燃煤电厂排出的主要固体废物。我国火电厂粉煤灰的主要氧化物组成为:SiO2、Al2O3、FeO、Fe2O3、CaO、TiO2、K2O、Na2O、MgO等。随着电力工业的发展,燃煤电厂的粉煤灰排放量逐年增加,成为我国当前排量较大的工业废渣之一。大量的粉煤灰不加处理,就会产生扬尘,污染大气;若排入水系会造成河流淤塞,而其中的有毒化学物质还会对人体和生物造成危害。但粉煤灰可资源化利用,如作为混凝土的掺合料等。
目前,中国每年产生粉煤灰6亿多吨,绝大部分填埋,占用大量土地,存在二次污染风险。
随着中国煤化工产业的发展,煤化工高含煤量的煤化工粉煤灰和脱硫石膏,年产生量约8000万吨,目前基本没有得到资源化循环利用。
同时中国土壤随着七十多年来高产农作物杂交品种的推广和大量长期施用化肥,造成土壤缺硫和缺有机质(腐植酸)现象日益严重,极大地影响农作物与品质。传统化肥对土壤污染及土壤重金属超标所致等原因,加大我国有机肥料市场空间。数据显示,2011年我国有机肥料需求量为875万吨,2018年上升到1381万吨。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述的不足之处,目的在于提供煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的装置及其工艺,深加工生产粉煤灰基腐植酸有机肥料和纳米材料,节能环保。
本发明是通过以下方案达到上述目的:煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的装置,包括:物料输送装置、粗粉碎机、超细粉碎旋风分离机、湿磨机、螺旋分离机、制砖机、纳米粉碎机、精煤装罐装置、细泥沙装罐装置、腐植酸装罐装置、盐碱地土壤改良剂制备装置、腐植酸肥料制备装置;所述物料输送装置与粗粉碎机、湿磨机、腐植酸肥料制备装置连接,粗粉碎机与超细粉碎旋风分离机连接,超细粉碎旋风分离机与制砖机、纳米机连接,湿磨机与螺旋分离机连接,螺旋分离机分别与精煤装罐装置、细泥沙装罐装置、腐植酸装罐装置连接,细泥沙装罐装置、腐植酸装罐装置与盐碱地土壤改良剂制备装置相连,腐植酸装罐装置还与腐植酸肥料制备装置连接。
作为优选,所述物料输送装置包括煤矸石物料口、风化煤物料口、煤泥物料口、气化渣物料口、脱硫石膏物料口,所述煤矸石物料口、风化煤物料口、煤泥物料口与粗粉碎机连接,气化渣物料口、脱硫石膏物料口与湿磨机连接。
作为优选,腐植酸肥料制备装置包括:水洗池、反应釜、圆盘造粒机、密闭堆肥槽、水剂搅拌灌装机、混合搅拌机、成品罐装装置,所述物料输送装置与水洗池、反应釜、密闭堆肥槽连接,腐植酸装罐装置与水洗池、反应釜、密闭堆肥槽连接,反应釜与圆盘造粒机、混合搅拌机、水剂搅拌罐装机连接,成品罐装装置分别与圆盘造粒机、混合搅拌机、水剂搅拌灌装机、密闭堆肥槽连接。
作为优选,腐植酸肥料制备装置包括:等离子催化器、太阳能生物发酵沼气池、太阳能发电装置、太阳能加热装置,所述太阳能生物发酵沼气池包括:池体、原料下料口、下水口、沼气出气口、沼液出口、沼渣出口、发酵升降搅动分离器,所述池体顶部设有原料下料口、下水口、沼气出口,沼气出口与等离子催化器连接,池体下端依次设有沼液出口、沼渣出口、池体底部安装有太阳能加热器,太阳能加热器由太阳能发电装置供电工作,发酵升降搅动分离器插入池体中间位置用于对原料进行搅动。
作为优选,发酵升降搅动分离器包括:电动机、悬挂搅动横架、升降螺纹轴、若干个搅动轴、螺旋搅动叶,所述悬挂搅动横架与升降螺纹轴连接,搅动轴均匀固定在升降螺纹轴周边,螺旋搅动叶安装在搅动轴上,电动机带动悬挂搅动横架和升降螺纹轴旋转、上下运动。
基于上述装置,煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将煤矸石、风化煤、煤泥经粗粉碎机粉碎后送超细粉碎旋转分离机分离,分离得到超细砂石料和混合细煤粉;
2)将混合细煤粉与气化渣、脱硫石膏一起送湿磨机湿磨,然后送螺旋分离机分离出精煤、细泥沙、腐植酸进行罐装,一部分腐植酸送腐植酸肥料制备装置,另一部分腐植酸与细泥沙送盐碱地土壤改良剂制备装置;
3)将超细砂石料送制砖机和纳米粉碎机,分别制取环保砖和纳米材料。
作为优选,所述粗粉碎机的粉碎细度为50-100目。
作为优选,所述超细粉碎旋风分离机粉碎的细度为300-12500目。
作为优选,步骤2)中腐植酸肥料的制备工艺具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1:物料输送装置将粉煤灰送水洗池进行水洗得到氢氧化钾和氢氧化钠,并送入反应釜与粉煤灰、煤泥、煤矸石、农作物秸秆粉制取腐植酸钾钠;
步骤2:腐植酸钾钠与脱硫石膏、化肥、粉煤灰水洗固体物混合搅拌送入圆盘造粒机造粒,烘干后包装得到腐植酸颗粒化肥;
步骤3:腐植酸钾钠与脱硫石膏、化肥、粉煤灰水洗固体物混合搅拌送入混合搅拌器,过筛后包装得到腐植酸粉体肥料;
步骤4:腐植酸钾钠与脱硫石膏、化肥以及水混合搅拌、过滤、溶水液罐装,得到腐植酸水溶肥料;
步骤5:将粉煤灰、煤泥、煤矸石、农作物秸秆、氮肥、脱硫石膏送入密闭堆肥槽,在≥50℃环境下堆肥,得到腐植酸铵肥料;
步骤6:利用腐植酸颗粒肥料或腐植酸粉体肥料制备腐植酸专用肥。
作为优选,步骤2)中腐植酸肥料的制备工艺还包括:
(1)将制取原料与水、生物益生菌送入太阳能生物发酵沼气池内,制取原料包括粉煤灰、生活垃圾、农作物秸秆、煤泥、煤矸石、养殖业粪便中的一种或二种以上混合;
(2)打开太阳能发电装置电源开关,给太阳能生物发酵沼气池底部的太阳能加热器加热;
(3)打开电动机开关,发酵升降搅动分离器对池内的原料进行均匀搅动和上下升降式搅动;
(4)将沼气出口排出的沼气与镁粉送入等离子催化器内,通过快速催化产生氢气和固体物质;
(5)将沼液出口排出的沼液制成液体沼液腐植酸肥料,将沼渣出口排出的沼渣制成沼渣腐植酸有机肥料。
本发明的有益效果在于:1、解决煤化工粉煤灰和脱硫石膏极低利用率只得掩埋的问题,以煤化工和电厂煤矸石、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、风化煤、煤泥、农作物秸秆、养殖业粪便等丰富资源为原料,深加工生产粉煤灰基腐植酸硫有机肥料,减少污染;2、工艺简洁,节能环保,节约生产成本;3、低成本实现腐植酸肥料产品的多样化,根据不同的农作物,添加不同微量元素,制取不同农作物腐植酸专用肥;4、利用太阳能低成本进行沼气的净化和分离,生产高附加值的纳米氧化镁、炭黑和硫磺产品,并获得高纯度的氢气,提高经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施实例对本发明进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此:
实施:1:如图1所示,煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的装置,包括:物料输送装置、粗粉碎机、超细粉碎旋风分离机、湿磨机、螺旋分离机、制砖机、纳米粉碎机、精煤装罐装置、细泥沙装罐装置、腐植酸装罐装置、盐碱地土壤改良剂制备装置、腐植酸肥料制备装置;物料输送装置包括煤矸石物料口、风化煤物料口、煤泥物料口、气化渣物料口、脱硫石膏物料口;所述煤矸石物料口、风化煤物料口、煤泥物料口与粗粉碎机连接,气化渣物料口、脱硫石膏物料口与湿磨机连接,物料输送装置腐植酸肥料制备装置连接,粗粉碎机与超细粉碎旋风分离机连接,超细粉碎旋风分离机与制砖机、纳米机连接,湿磨机与螺旋分离机连接,螺旋分离机分别与精煤装罐装置、细泥沙装罐装置、腐植酸装罐装置连接,细泥沙装罐装置、腐植酸装罐装置与盐碱地土壤改良剂制备装置相连,腐植酸装罐装置还与腐植酸肥料制备装置连接。
腐植酸肥料制备装置包括:水洗池、反应釜、圆盘造粒机、密闭堆肥槽、水剂搅拌灌装机、混合搅拌机、成品罐装装置,所述物料输送装置与水洗池、反应釜、密闭堆肥槽连接,腐植酸装罐装置与水洗池、反应釜、密闭堆肥槽连接,反应釜与圆盘造粒机、混合搅拌机、水剂搅拌罐装机连接,成品罐装装置分别与圆盘造粒机、混合搅拌机、水剂搅拌灌装机、密闭堆肥槽连接。
基于上述装置的煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的工艺,如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
1)将煤矸石、风化煤、煤泥经粗粉碎机粉碎后送超细粉碎旋转分离机分离,分离得到超细砂石料和混合细煤粉;其中,粗粉碎机的粉碎细度为50-100目,超细粉碎旋风分离机粉碎的细度为300-12500目,超细粉碎旋风分离机旋风的送风量为5-500立方米/秒;
2)将混合细煤粉与气化渣、脱硫石膏一起送湿磨机湿磨,然后送螺旋分离机分离出精煤、细泥沙、腐植酸进行罐装,一部分腐植酸送腐植酸肥料制备装置,另一部分腐植酸与细泥沙送盐碱地土壤改良剂制备装置;
如图3所示,腐植酸肥料的制备工艺具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1:物料输送装置将粉煤灰送水洗池进行水洗得到氢氧化钾和氢氧化钠,并送入反应釜与粉煤灰、煤泥、煤矸石、农作物秸秆粉制取腐植酸钾钠;
步骤2:腐植酸钾钠与脱硫石膏、化肥、粉煤灰水洗固体物混合搅拌送入圆盘造粒机造粒,烘干后包装得到腐植酸颗粒化肥;
步骤3:腐植酸钾钠与脱硫石膏、化肥、粉煤灰水洗固体物混合搅拌送入混合搅拌器,过筛后包装得到腐植酸粉体肥料;
步骤4:腐植酸钾钠与脱硫石膏、化肥以及水混合搅拌、过滤、溶水液罐装,得到腐植酸水溶肥料;
步骤5:将粉煤灰、煤泥、煤矸石、农作物秸秆、氮肥、脱硫石膏送入密闭堆肥槽,在≥50℃环境下堆肥,得到腐植酸铵肥料。
步骤6:利用腐植酸颗粒肥料或腐植酸粉体肥料制备腐植酸专用肥:增加尿素用量制备腐植酸尿素;增加磷铵用量制备腐植酸磷铵;增加氮磷钾用量制备腐植酸复合肥;增加玉米秸秆用量制备腐植酸有机肥;
3)将超细砂石料送制砖机和纳米粉碎机,分别制取环保砖和纳米材料。
实施例2:本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,腐植酸肥料制备装置包括:等离子催化器、太阳能生物发酵沼气池、太阳能发电装置、太阳能加热装置,所述太阳能生物发酵沼气池包括:池体、原料下料口、下水口、沼气出气口、沼液出口、沼渣出口、发酵升降搅动分离器,所述池体顶部设有原料下料口、下水口、沼气出口,沼气出口与等离子催化器连接,池体下端依次设有沼液出口、沼渣出口、池体底部安装有太阳能加热器,太阳能加热器由太阳能发电装置供电工作,发酵升降搅动分离器插入池体中间位置用于对原料进行搅动。
如图5所示,发酵升降搅动分离器包括:电动机、悬挂搅动横架、升降螺纹轴、三个搅动轴、螺旋搅动叶,所述悬挂搅动横架与升降螺纹轴连接,搅动轴均匀固定在升降螺纹轴周边,螺旋搅动叶安装在搅动轴上,电动机带动悬挂搅动横架和升降螺纹轴旋转、上下运动。
优选发酵升降搅动分离器的压铸件材质为不锈钢或铝镁合金,防酸耐腐蚀。
优选升降螺纹轴可调节的升降高度范围在1-20米,搅动周的转速为2-300转/分钟。
本实施例中,如图4所示,步骤2)中腐植酸肥料的制备工艺包括:
(1)将制取原料与水、生物益生菌送入太阳能生物发酵沼气池内,制取原料包括粉煤灰、生活垃圾、农作物秸秆、煤泥、煤矸石、养殖业粪便中的一种或二种以上混合;
(2)打开太阳能发电装置电源开关,给太阳能生物发酵沼气池底部的太阳能加热器加热,其中太阳能生物发酵沼气池中的温度控制在45-60℃;
(3)打开电动机开关,发酵升降搅动分离器器对池内的原料进行均匀搅动和上下升降式搅动;
(4)将沼气出口排出的沼气与镁粉送入等离子催化器内,通过快速催化产生氢气和固体物质,固体物质包括纳米氧化镁、炭黑、硫磺等,纳米氧化镁、炭黑、硫磺可根据其质量相对密度不同可采用增压风机多级除尘方式分别回收;
(5)将沼液出口排出的沼液制成液体沼液腐植酸肥料,将沼渣出口排出的沼渣制成沼渣腐植酸有机肥料。
以上的所述乃是本发明的具体实施例及所运用的技术原理,若依本发明的构想所作的改变,其所产生的功能作用仍未超出说明书及附图所涵盖的精神时,仍应属本发明的保护范围。

1.煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的装置,其特征在于包括:物料输送装置、粗粉碎机、超细粉碎旋风分离机、湿磨机、螺旋分离机、制砖机、纳米粉碎机、精煤装罐装置、细泥沙装罐装置、腐植酸装罐装置、盐碱地土壤改良剂制备装置、腐植酸肥料制备装置;所述物料输送装置与粗粉碎机、湿磨机、腐植酸肥料制备装置连接,粗粉碎机与超细粉碎旋风分离机连接,超细粉碎旋风分离机与制砖机、纳米机连接,湿磨机与螺旋分离机连接,螺旋分离机分别与精煤装罐装置、细泥沙装罐装置、腐植酸装罐装置连接,细泥沙装罐装置、腐植酸装罐装置与盐碱地土壤改良剂制备装置相连,腐植酸装罐装置还与腐植酸肥料制备装置连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的装置,其特征在于,所述物料输送装置包括煤矸石物料口、风化煤物料口、煤泥物料口、气化渣物料口、脱硫石膏物料口,所述煤矸石物料口、风化煤物料口、煤泥物料口与粗粉碎机连接,气化渣物料口、脱硫石膏物料口与湿磨机连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的装置,其特征在于,腐植酸肥料制备装置包括:水洗池、反应釜、圆盘造粒机、密闭堆肥槽、水剂搅拌灌装机、混合搅拌机、成品罐装装置,所述物料输送装置与水洗池、反应釜、密闭堆肥槽连接,腐植酸装罐装置与水洗池、反应釜、密闭堆肥槽连接,反应釜与圆盘造粒机、混合搅拌机、水剂搅拌罐装机连接,成品罐装装置分别与圆盘造粒机、混合搅拌机、水剂搅拌灌装机、密闭堆肥槽连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的装置,其特征在于,腐植酸肥料制备装置包括:等离子催化器、太阳能生物发酵沼气池、太阳能发电装置、太阳能加热装置,所述太阳能生物发酵沼气池包括:池体、原料下料口、下水口、沼气出气口、沼液出口、沼渣出口、发酵升降搅动分离器,所述池体顶部设有原料下料口、下水口、沼气出口,沼气出口与等离子催化器连接,池体下端依次设有沼液出口、沼渣出口、池体底部安装有太阳能加热器,太阳能加热器由太阳能发电装置供电工作,发酵升降搅动分离器插入池体中间位置用于对原料进行搅动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的装置,其特征在于,发酵升降搅动分离器包括:电动机、悬挂搅动横架、升降螺纹轴、若干个搅动轴、螺旋搅动叶,所述悬挂搅动横架与升降螺纹轴连接,搅动轴均匀固定在升降螺纹轴周边,螺旋搅动叶安装在搅动轴上,电动机带动悬挂搅动横架和升降螺纹轴旋转、上下运动。
6.煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)将煤矸石、风化煤、煤泥经粗粉碎机粉碎后送超细粉碎旋转分离机分离,分离得到超细砂石料和混合细煤粉;
2)将混合细煤粉与气化渣、脱硫石膏一起送湿磨机湿磨,然后送螺旋分离机分离出精煤、细泥沙、腐植酸进行罐装,一部分腐植酸送腐植酸肥料制备装置,另一部分腐植酸与细泥沙送盐碱地土壤改良剂制备装置;
3)将超细砂石料送制砖机和纳米粉碎机,分别制取环保砖和纳米材料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的工艺,其特征在于,所述粗粉碎机的粉碎细度为50-100目。
8.根据权利要求7所述的煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的工艺,其特征在于,所述超细粉碎旋风分离机粉碎的细度为300-12500目。
9.根据权利要求6所述的煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的工艺,其特征在于,步骤2)中腐植酸肥料的制备工艺具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1:物料输送装置将粉煤灰送水洗池进行水洗得到氢氧化钾和氢氧化钠,并送入反应釜与粉煤灰、煤泥、煤矸石、农作物秸秆粉制取腐植酸钾钠;
步骤2:腐植酸钾钠与脱硫石膏、化肥、粉煤灰水洗固体物混合搅拌送入圆盘造粒机造粒,烘干后包装得到腐植酸颗粒化肥;
步骤3:腐植酸钾钠与脱硫石膏、化肥、粉煤灰水洗固体物混合搅拌送入混合搅拌器,过筛后包装得到腐植酸粉体肥料;
步骤4:腐植酸钾钠与脱硫石膏、化肥以及水混合搅拌、过滤、溶水液罐装,得到腐植酸水溶肥料;
步骤5:将粉煤灰、煤泥、煤矸石、农作物秸秆、氮肥、脱硫石膏送入密闭堆肥槽,在≥50℃环境下堆肥,得到腐植酸铵肥料;
步骤6:利用腐植酸颗粒肥料或腐植酸粉体肥料制备腐植酸专用肥。
10.根据权利要求9所述的煤矸石气化渣制备纳米材料及腐植酸肥料的工艺,其特征在于,步骤2)中腐植酸肥料的制备工艺还包括:
(1)将制取原料与水、生物益生菌送入太阳能生物发酵沼气池内,制取原料包括粉煤灰、生活垃圾、农作物秸秆、煤泥、煤矸石、养殖业粪便中的一种或二种以上混合;
(2)打开太阳能发电装置电源开关,给太阳能生物发酵沼气池底部的太阳能加热器加热;
(3)打开电动机开关,发酵升降搅动分离器对池内的原料进行均匀搅动和上下升降式搅动;
(4)将沼气出口排出的沼气与镁粉送入等离子催化器内,通过快速催化产生氢气和固体物质;
(5)将沼液出口排出的沼液制成液体沼液腐植酸肥料,将沼渣出口排出的沼渣制成沼渣腐植酸有机肥料。
