the cutting device comprises a frame 6, a feed roller assembly 4 is arranged at the feed end of the frame 6, a cutting structure is arranged in the middle of the frame 6, a film collecting device 9 is arranged at the tail end of the frame 6, and a material moving mechanism 8 is further arranged at the upper part of the frame 6;
the cutting structure comprises a transverse cutting device 7 transversely arranged on the rack 6 and longitudinal cutting devices 10 vertically arranged on two sides of the rack 6, and the material moving mechanism 8 comprises a moving assembly capable of reciprocating along the rack 6 and a material grabbing assembly 11 fixed at the lower part of the moving assembly;
the material grabbing component 11 comprises an installation bedplate capable of moving up and down in a reciprocating manner, and a flattening mechanism 12 and an adsorption mechanism 13 are fixed at the lower part of the installation bedplate;
the smoothing mechanism 12 comprises a smoothing roller 1206 at the bottom and a transmission rod system which can push the smoothing roller 1206 outwards along the medical film along the horizontal direction to smooth along with the downward movement of the mounting bedplate, and the transmission rod system is also provided with a first air cylinder 1203 and a second air cylinder 1212 which can exhaust air along with the outward movement of the smoothing roller 1206;
the first air cylinder 1203 and the second air cylinder 1212 are sealed cylinder bodies, a piston is arranged in each sealed cylinder body, the piston is connected with an output shaft extending out of the cylinder body, one ends, far away from the output shaft, of the first air cylinder 1203 and the second air cylinder 1212 are provided with first ventilation ports, and one ends, close to the output shaft, of the first air cylinder 1203 and the second air cylinder 1212 are provided with a one-way valve and an electromagnetic valve;
the adsorption structure comprises a connecting rod 1304 fixedly connected with a mounting plate, a third air cylinder 1308 is fixed on the lower portion of the connecting rod 1304, one end of the third air cylinder 1308 is connected with an axially arranged threaded column 1306 through a threaded hole, a first operating plate 1307 is arranged at one end of the threaded column 1306, a first sealing plate 1309 is fixed at the other end of the threaded column 1306, the first sealing plate 1309 is connected with a piston plate 1310 through a spring, an air suction pipe 1302 is connected onto the piston plate 1310, an air outlet 1311 is arranged at one end, close to the piston plate 1310, of the air suction pipe 1302, the air suction pipe 1302 extends out from the other end of the third air cylinder 1308, the air suction pipe 1302 is movably connected with the third air cylinder 1308 in a sealing mode, a rotation prevention limiting structure is arranged between the piston plate 1310 and the third air cylinder 1308, a suction cup is vertically connected to the end portion of the air suction pipe 1302 downwards, an air inlet is arranged in the middle of the suction cup 1303, and a second air exchange port 1301 is arranged at the upper portion of the third air cylinder 1308, the first transfer port and the second transfer port 1301 are connected through a pipe.
The transmission rod system comprises an n-shaped main frame body 1201, a first connecting rod 1202 and a second connecting rod 1210 are rotatably connected to the lower portion of the n-shaped main frame body 1201 through fixing pins, a first air cylinder 1203 and a third connecting rod 1215 are rotatably connected to the first connecting rod 1202 through fixing pins, the end portion of the third connecting rod 1215 is rotatably connected with one end of a first pin joint seat 1204 through fixing pins, the other end of the first pin joint seat 1204 is rotatably connected with an output shaft of the first air cylinder 1203, and the middle portion of the first pin joint seat 1204 is fixedly connected with the upper end portion of a vertical rod 1205; the middle part of the second connecting rod 1210 is rotatably connected with a fourth connecting rod 1211 through a fixing pin, and the tail end of the second connecting rod 1210 is rotatably connected with a second air cylinder 1212 and a fifth connecting rod 1208; a sixth connecting rod 1213 is connected to the middle of the fourth connecting rod 1211 through a fixing pin, a second pin joint 1214 is rotatably connected to the end of the fourth connecting rod 1211 through a fixing pin, and the second pin joint 1214 is fixedly connected to the upper part of the vertical rod 1205; sixth connecting rod 1213 middle part is equipped with the extension section, the output shaft that the extension section passes through fixed pin and second inflator 1212 rotates to be connected, sixth connecting rod 1213 tip rotates and is connected with seventh connecting rod 1209, seventh connecting rod 1209 rotates through the fixed pin with fifth connecting rod 1208 middle part and is connected, fifth connecting rod 1208 end rotates through the fixed pin and is connected with eighth connecting rod 1207, eighth connecting rod 1207 rotates through the fixed pin with pole setting 1205 middle part and is connected, pole setting 1205 end-to-end connection has the horizontal pole, it smooths the roller 1206 to rotate to be connected with on the horizontal pole.
The material moving mechanism 8 comprises a truss 805 fixed on the upper portion of the rack 6 and used for the material moving device to move in a reciprocating manner, a slideway is formed in the truss 805, a sliding trolley 802 is connected in the sliding manner, a lifting device is fixed on the lower portion of the sliding trolley 802, a threaded seat is arranged on the upper portion of the sliding trolley 802 and connected with a driving screw 803 through threads, two ends of the driving screw 803 are rotatably connected with the truss 805 through bearing seats, the end portion of the driving screw 803 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a first motor 804, the lifting device comprises a first air cylinder 801 and a first sliding rod 806, the end portion of the output shaft of the first air cylinder 801 is fixedly connected with an installation bedplate, a sliding sleeve matched with the first sliding rod 806 is arranged on the side edge of the installation bedplate, and the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the first sliding rod 806.
The mounting table plate is a rectangular plate, a plurality of mounting holes which are arranged in a penetrating mode are uniformly formed in the diagonal line of the rectangular plate, a first limiting groove is formed in the lower portion of each mounting hole, a first limiting block 1305 matched with the first limiting groove is arranged on the connecting rod 1304, the connecting rod 1304 is matched with the mounting holes, and external threads used for being connected with locking nuts are arranged at the upper end of the connecting rod 1304.
The rectangular mounting plate is characterized in that a diamond mounting table is further arranged on the lower portion of the rectangular mounting plate, dovetail sliding grooves are formed in the diamond mounting table in the horizontal center line direction and the vertical center line direction of the mounting table plate, n-shaped main frame bodies 1201 are connected in the dovetail sliding grooves in a sliding mode, and limiting bolts extending into the dovetail sliding grooves are connected to the mounting table plate through threaded holes.

the working principle of the invention is as follows: the medical film is fed through a feeding device 1, the medical film is pulled into a tension adjusting device 53 through a pulling device 2, the tension of the medical film is adjusted through a floating roller system in the tension adjusting device 53, then the medical film is pulled into a cutting device, the medical film enters between a first feeding roller 403 and a second feeding roller 402, a second motor (not shown in the figure) drives a fourth feeding roller 412 to rotate anticlockwise, the fourth feeding roller 412 drives a third feeding roller 411 to rotate clockwise when rotating, the third feeding roller 411 rotates and simultaneously drives a first worm 408 to rotate through a second bevel gear 410 and a first bevel gear 409, the first worm 408 rotates and drives a first worm wheel 407 to rotate, the first worm wheel 407 drives a belt pulley 404 and the first feeding roller 403 to rotate clockwise through a driving wheel 406 and a belt 405, the first feeding roller 403 drives the second feeding roller 402 to rotate anticlockwise through a gear, so that the medical film passes between the first feeding roller 403 and the second feeding roller 402 and between the third feeding roller 411 and the fourth feeding roller 412, and is arranged through the first worm 408 and the first worm wheel 407, so that the first feeding roller 403 and the second feeding roller 402 can only rotate when the fourth feeding roller 412 rotates, and the length of the medical film between the first mounting frame 401 and the second mounting frame 413 is constant;
an adjusting device 5 is further arranged between the first mounting frame 401 and the second mounting frame 413, the second worm 503 can drive the second worm wheel 508 to rotate by rotating the second operating panel, the second worm wheel 508 can drive the first threaded rod 502 and the second threaded rod 507 to rotate by rotating, the first threaded rod 502 and the second threaded rod 507 are bidirectional threaded rods, so that the first push plate 506 and the second push plate 505 simultaneously move inwards or outwards, and the transverse position of the film on the frame 6 can be adjusted;
after the medical film passes through the third feeding roller 411 and the fourth feeding roller 412, the medical film comes to the lower part of the crosscutting device 7, the passing length of the medical film is controlled by detecting the number of rotation turns of the rotating shaft of the second motor, when the passing length reaches a specified length, the second motor is braked, meanwhile, the output shaft of the second air cylinder 10011 retracts, the first slider 1004 and the second slider 1003 move downwards, meanwhile, the L-shaped mounting plate 10010 drives the U-shaped mounting seat 10014 to move downwards, when the output shaft of the second air cylinder 10011 retracts completely, the compression roller 1008 is in contact with the medical film, meanwhile, the sliding plate 1009 slides upwards along the second sliding rod 10012 and the third sliding rod 10013, and the spring is compressed and deformed;
meanwhile, the cutter 1007 is also pressed on a cutting table at the bottom, the cutting table is a replaceable smooth wooden cutting table, the third motor 1005 stops after rotating for a fixed number of turns, the third motor 1005 drives the transmission screw to rotate, the transmission screw enables the cutter mounting rack 1006 to move along the slide rail, and the cutter 1007 transversely cuts the medical film in the moving process;
after the third motor 1005 is stopped, the first motor 804 is started, the first motor 804 drives the driving screw 803 to rotate, the driving screw 803 drives the sliding trolley 802 to move along the slideway, the sliding trolley 802 moves to the end part close to the crosscutting device 7, the end part is provided with a proximity switch, the third motor 1005 brakes after the proximity switch is triggered, the first air cylinder 801 is started at the same time, the output shaft of the first air cylinder 801 extends out to drive the mounting bedplate to move downwards, the output shaft of the first air cylinder 801 continues to extend out after the smoothing stick is contacted with the medical film, the smoothing roller 1206 moves towards the edge direction along the medical film to smooth the medical film, the third air cylinder 1308 is pumped by the first air cylinder 1203 and the second air cylinder 1212 in the outward moving process of the smoothing roller 1206, the exhaust pipe 1302 of the third air cylinder 1308 is communicated with the outside, when the suction cup is contacted with the medical film at the bottom part 1303, the port 1302 communicated with the outside is cut off by the medical film, the first air cylinder 1203 and the second air cylinder 1212 continue to pump air into the third air cylinder 1308, air between the piston plate 1310 and the third air cylinder 1308 is pumped out, the piston plate 1310 moves towards the end of the third air cylinder 1308, meanwhile, the spring is stretched, and at the moment, the suction cup 1303 absorbs the medical film and also has outward-expanding tension, so that the medical film is flattened, tensioned and grabbed;
starting a first motor 804 to drive a driving screw 803 to rotate, so that the sliding trolley 802 moves back, when two ends of the medical film are positioned at the lower part of the longitudinal cutting device 10, laser induction switches at two ends of the longitudinal cutting device 10 are triggered, and the longitudinal cutting device 10 is started to cut two sides of the medical film, so that the cutting action of the medical film is completed;
after cutting is finished, the mounting platen is lifted through the first air cylinder 801, so that the medical film is driven to lift, the first motor 804 is started to drive the driving screw 803 to rotate, the sliding trolley 802 continues to move back, when the sliding trolley 802 moves right above the collecting device 9, the proximity switch is triggered, so that the electromagnetic valve is opened, and when the electromagnetic valve is not opened, the one-way valve only can exhaust air outwards, so that external air cannot be extracted from one ends of the first air cylinder 1203 and the second air cylinder 1212 close to the one-way valve, and even if the mounting platen is lifted, the leveling roller 1206 can not return under the action of gravity;
after the electromagnetic valve is opened, the first air cylinder 1203 and the second air cylinder 1212 are communicated with the outside air, so that the air can be sucked out, the smoothing roller 1206 returns under the action of gravity, the air which is discharged from the piston to one end of the first ventilation port is discharged into the third air cylinder 1308, the negative pressure of the suction cup 1303 is relieved, and the cut medical films are taken into the collecting device 9 by the smoothing roller 1206;
and repeating the steps to finish the cutting and collecting processes of the medical film.

the cutting device comprises a frame, a feeding roller assembly is arranged at the feeding end of the frame, a cutting structure is arranged in the middle of the frame, a film collecting device is arranged at the tail end of the frame, and a material moving mechanism is further arranged at the upper part of the frame; the method is characterized in that:
the cutting structure comprises a transverse cutting device transversely arranged on the rack and longitudinal cutting devices vertically arranged on two sides of the rack, and the material moving mechanism comprises a moving assembly capable of moving back and forth along the rack and a material grabbing assembly fixed on the lower portion of the moving assembly;
the material grabbing component comprises an installation bedplate capable of moving up and down in a reciprocating manner, and a flattening mechanism and an adsorption mechanism are fixed at the lower part of the installation bedplate;
the flattening mechanism comprises a flattening roller at the bottom and a transmission rod system capable of pushing the flattening roller to horizontally and outwards flatten along the medical film along with the downward movement of the mounting bedplate, and a first air cylinder and a second air cylinder which are used for exhausting air along with the outward movement of the flattening roller are further arranged on the transmission rod system;
the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are sealed cylinder bodies, a piston is arranged in each sealed cylinder body, the piston is connected with an output shaft extending out of the cylinder body, one ends, far away from the output shaft, of the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are provided with first ventilation ports, and one ends, close to the output shaft, of the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder are provided with a one-way valve and an electromagnetic valve;
the adsorption structure comprises a connecting rod fixedly connected with the mounting plate, a third air cylinder is fixed at the lower part of the connecting rod, one end of the third air cylinder is connected with an axially arranged threaded column through a threaded hole, one end of the threaded column is provided with a first operating disc, the other end of the threaded column is fixed with a first sealing plate, the first sealing plate is connected with a piston plate through a spring, the piston plate is connected with an air exhaust pipe, an air outlet is arranged at one end of the air exhaust pipe close to the piston plate, the air exhaust pipe extends out from the other end of the third air cylinder, the air exhaust pipe is movably connected with the third air cylinder in a sealing way, a limiting structure for preventing rotation is arranged between the piston plate and the third air cylinder, the suction cup is vertically connected with the end part of the air suction tube downwards, an air inlet is formed in the middle of the suction cup, a second air vent is formed in the upper part of the third air cylinder, and the first air vent is connected with the second air vent through a pipeline.
