The industrial film cutting device meeting the different length requirements of claim 1, wherein the elastic pressing-down device (1) comprises a pressing-down driving cylinder (111), a movable upper plate (112), a metal spring (113) and a pressing-down bottom plate (114), the lower end of a telescopic rod of the pressing-down driving cylinder (111) is provided with the movable upper plate (112), the lower end of the movable upper plate (112) is provided with a plurality of metal springs (113), the lower end of the metal spring (113) is provided with the pressing-down bottom plate (114), and the pressing-down driving cylinder (111) is installed and connected on the sealing top plate (2).
