Description

Traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating skin trauma and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating skin trauma and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The trauma is of various types, and generally comprises incised wound, scald, abrasion, burn and the like, which can seriously affect the life, work and study of patients, cause local skin and muscle red swelling, pain, blisters and necrosis, and seriously cause systemic changes such as combined infection, shock and the like. The mild patient affects the normal work and life, and the severe patient suffers from the disease after the disease is left, which causes great pain to the patient. According to the existing traditional medicine and method for wound treatment and recovery, the problems of slow wound recovery, intolerable long-term pain, easy infection and the like of patients generally exist.
The operation wound, trauma and burn act on the human body as a physical injury factor, the organism can generate a series of pathological changes which are mainly manifested as blood stasis blockage, the mechanism is that external force acts on the organism, blood vessels are damaged, blood flows out of the blood vessels, and is stopped in the gaps of viscera, muscles and skin to become blood stasis away from the channels; blood stasis caused after injury can lead to vascularization, increase peripheral resistance, increase of various components in blood such as lipid, fibrinogen and the like, increase of blood viscosity, reduction of cell surface charge, reduction of deformability and the like, decrease of arterial oxygen output, finally cause arteriolar spasm and insufficient local tissue blood flow. Because of slow blood flow, the erythrocyte aggregation is increased, the deformability is reduced, and the erythrocyte can not enter the capillary, so that the microcirculation is dysfunctional and the local oxygen supply is insufficient. The formation of blood stasis can affect the normal healing of the wound.
Modern pharmacology and clinical research show that the blood circulation promoting and blood stasis removing medicine can improve microcirculation, relax blood vessels, increase the perfusion amount of blood flow of tissues and organs and reduce vascular resistance; improving blood rheological property, inhibiting platelet aggregation; increase the permeability of capillary vessels, improve the function of a reticuloendothelial system and promote the healing of wounds. However, a preparation with good curative effect and short treatment course for treating skin trauma is still lacked in the market at present.
Content of application
The application aims to provide the traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating the skin trauma, and the traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating the skin trauma has the advantages of good curative effect and short treatment course.
Another objective of the present application is to provide a method for preparing a Chinese medicinal preparation for treating skin trauma, so as to obtain the Chinese medicinal preparation.
The technical problem to be solved by the application is solved by adopting the following technical scheme.
On one hand, the embodiment of the application provides a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating skin trauma, which comprises, by weight, 150-250 parts of gypsum, 25-75 parts of pearl, 25-75 parts of calamine, 5-15 parts of keel, 5-15 parts of cinnabar, 5-15 parts of borneol, 5-15 parts of dragon's blood, 5-15 parts of calomel, 900-1100 parts of vaseline and 350 parts of corn oil.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating skin trauma, which comprises the following steps:
crushing gypsum, heating in a smokeless furnace, and calcining to be loose to obtain calcined gypsum;
heating Margarita until detonation stops, taking out, cooling, grinding into powder, adding water, grinding, adding water, stirring, decanting the suspension, standing, collecting precipitate, and drying to obtain Margarita powder;
heating calamine to be red, taking out and soaking in water, stirring, taking an upper layer suspension, and drying to obtain calamine powder;
crushing Os Draconis, heating to red, taking out, cooling, and crushing into powder to obtain Os Draconis powder;
crushing cinnabar into powder, pouring the powder into water, stirring, taking the upper suspension, and drying to obtain cinnabar powder;
respectively crushing the other raw materials except the vaseline and the corn oil into powder;
mixing vaseline and corn oil, heating to boil, adding calcined gypsum, pearl powder, calamine powder, Os Draconis powder and cinnabar powder, stirring, slowly cooling, adding the rest raw materials, and stirring to obtain the final product.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:
the inventor of the present application believes that trauma is closely related to qi, blood, lung and viscera, and specifically, the "main body essentials" means that when the limbs are damaged, qi and blood are damaged inside, ying and wei are not consistent, and zang-fu organs are not harmonious, so that the inventor can use any manipulation to treat deficiency and excess to perform supplementary and purgative surgery. The Chinese patent medicine is recorded, but the body surface trauma inevitably destroys blood, the liver stores blood, and the insufficiency of the liver blood also affects the human body to loose and dredge, so that the muscles and the channels are not maintained, and the affected part inevitably forms blood stasis to cause pain at the affected part.
Based on the above, the inventor uses borneol to clear liver heat (blood stasis and heat transformation cause liver depression), uses dragon's bone to enter liver meridian, calms liver and subdues yang, uses dragon's blood and dragon's bone to promote blood circulation, holds and nourishes tendons and vessels, uses dragon's blood, cinnabar and gypsum to stop bleeding and remove blood stasis, and uses calamine, calomel, dragon's blood and gypsum to promote tissue regeneration and heal wound. The vaseline and the corn oil can keep the affected part moist and a relatively closed environment, and can be beneficial to the recovery of the affected part. The medicines have the combined action to promote the recovery of skin trauma, especially have the prominent effect on old injuries, and also have obvious effects on eczema, fester, burn, diabetic foot and postoperative repair.
The inventor of the application can promote the drug effect after processing gypsum, pearl, calamine, keel and cinnabar, can ensure that the purity of the medicinal materials is enough, and then adds the medicinal materials into vaseline to promote the drug effect to be synergistic under the heating state, so that the ointment is good in effect.
