Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of salivation promoting materials, and discloses preparation and application of a salivation promoting material for cigarettes; the method comprises the following steps: s1, preparing raw materials; s2, cleaning the raw materials; s3, drying the raw materials; s4, mixing the raw materials; according to the invention, through the matching of the raw materials such as Pu' er ripe tea, fructus phyllanthi, dendrobium, lily, liquorice, radix ophiopogonis, fructus chebulae immaturus, lotus leaves, dandelion and bitter gourd, the harm of tobacco tar and nicotine in cigarettes is reduced, the taste of the cigarettes is improved, the effects of sense organ moisture retention and body fluid production are achieved for smoking crowds, and the harm of the cigarettes to users is reduced.

Technical Field

Background

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides preparation and application of a tobacco salivation promoting material.

s1: preparing raw materials, namely selecting 5-10 parts of Pu-erh ripe tea, 4-8 parts of fructus phyllanthi, 2-6 parts of dendrobium, 2-6 parts of lily, 2-6 parts of liquorice, 2-4 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 2-4 parts of fructus chebulae immaturus, 1-2 parts of lotus leaves, 1-2 parts of dandelion and 1-2 parts of balsam pear for preparation;
s2: cleaning the raw materials, namely cleaning the fructus phyllanthi, the dendrobium, the lily, the liquorice, the radix ophiopogonis, the fructus chebulae immaturus, the lotus leaves, the dandelion and the bitter gourd in the raw materials obtained in the step S1, respectively placing the cleaned dirt on the surfaces of the raw materials into a drying device, and drying the surface moisture through the drying device.
S3: drying the raw materials, namely removing the phyllanthus emblica, the dendrobe, the lily, the licorice, the radix ophiopogonis, the fructus chebulae, the lotus leaf, the dandelion and the balsam pear from the preparation tank, then respectively placing the raw materials obtained in the step S1 into a shredding device, shredding the raw materials obtained in the step S2 by the shredding device, respectively placing the shredded phyllanthus emblica, the dendrobe, the lily, the licorice, the radix ophiopogonis, the fructus chebulae, the lotus leaf, the dandelion and the balsam pear into a drying device, drying the raw materials by the drying device for three times, wherein the drying temperature is low-high-medium temperature, the specific temperature and the drying time are adjusted according to various raw material characteristics, and the moisture in the raw materials is 3-8% after drying;
s4: mixing the raw materials, namely placing the dried raw material obtained in the step S3 and the cooked Pu-erh tea obtained in the step S1 into a preparation tank, mixing by a mixing device, wherein the mixing speed is 60-180r/S in the mixing process, the mixing leaves of the mixing device are rod-shaped articles or sheet-shaped articles, and care needs to be taken to avoid crushing the raw materials in the mixing process so as to obtain the raw material of the liquid engendering material.
S5: and (4) raw material application, namely putting tobacco shreds into the fluid-generating material raw material obtained in the step S4, mixing, and then preparing the tobacco shreds and the fluid-generating material raw material through a cigarette making machine to obtain the cigarette.

Preferably, the raw materials in the S1 comprise 8 parts of Pu-erh ripe tea, 8 parts of fructus phyllanthi, 3 parts of dendrobium, 3 parts of lily, 3 parts of liquorice, 3 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 3 parts of fructus chebulae immaturus, 2 parts of lotus leaves, 1 part of dandelion and 2 parts of balsam pear.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides preparation and application of the tobacco salivation promoting material, and the preparation and application have the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, through the matching of the raw materials such as the Pu-erh ripe tea, the fructus phyllanthi, the dendrobium, the lily, the liquorice, the radix ophiopogonis, the fructus chebulae immaturus, the lotus leaf, the dandelion and the balsam pear, the harm of tobacco tar and nicotine in the cigarette is reduced, the taste of the cigarette is improved, the effect of moistening and promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid in the sense organ of smokers is achieved, and the harm of the cigarette to users is reduced;
2. according to the invention, the water pipe, the spray head, the dryer and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp are arranged in the preparation tank, when the preparation tank is used, cleaning fluid can be conveyed through the water pipe, the interior of the preparation tank is washed through the spray head, after the washing is finished, the dryer is turned on to dry the interior of the preparation tank, and meanwhile, the ultraviolet disinfection lamp is turned on to disinfect the preparation tank;
3. the invention has lower requirements on materials and machines, lower requirements in the production process, simple steps, higher degree of mechanization, lower requirements on materials, green and pollution-free in the production process and capability of batch production, and more steps in the production process can be mechanically produced.

s4: mixing the raw materials, namely placing the dried raw material obtained in the step S3 and the cooked Pu-erh tea obtained in the step S1 into a preparation tank, mixing by a mixing device, wherein the mixing speed is 140r/S, the mixing leaves of the mixing device are rod-shaped articles or sheet-shaped articles, and care needs to be taken to avoid crushing the raw materials in the mixing process to obtain the raw material of the liquid engendering material.
S5: and (4) raw material application, namely putting tobacco shreds into the fluid-generating material raw material obtained in the step S4, mixing, and then preparing the tobacco shreds and the fluid-generating material raw material through a cigarette making machine to obtain the cigarette.
