The lotus root cleaning and peeling device according to claim 2, wherein the front side and the rear side of the belt surface of the conveying belt (58) are attached to the inner wall of the working frame (51), and the material guide plate (57) and the hollow water distribution vessel (514) are fixed on the inner wall of the front side and the rear side of the working frame (51).
