Background
Fruits are food essential to people in life, are rich in nutrition and are deeply loved by people, China is a large fruit producing country, and a large amount of pesticides are needed for preventing and treating fruit diseases and insect pests every year. Although the pesticide has great effect on the yield and quality of fruits, the harm caused by the residual pesticide is not negligible. At present, the annual dosage of Chinese pesticides is 80-100 ten thousand tons, which is the first in the world, and 5-7 g of pesticides are eaten by each person on average every day. At present, researches show that nearly 4 malignant cancers are related to overproof pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables. Wherein the annual usage amount of the virulent organophosphorus pesticides accounts for about 70 percent, and the milligram organophosphorus pesticides can be used for people and livestock in dead areas. When the pesticide remains in a certain amount in the human body and is not decomposed by the human body, various pathological changes inevitably occur.
Therefore, in the fruit processing and production process, fruits must be cleaned, and the cleanliness of the fruits directly influences the processing quality of the fruits, so that the health of consumers is influenced. The traditional fruit cleaning is to put fruits into a big iron box and then manually clean the fruits, and the manual cleaning is to rub the fruits by the hands of operators so as to separate the soil and the pesticide on the fruits from the fruits. The method has high labor intensity and low cleaning efficiency, is not suitable for large-batch production and processing, and cannot effectively clean residual medicines and stains on fruits. The cleaning is assisted by machinery, a large amount of manpower resources and water resources can be saved, however, most of the existing fruit cleaning devices are single cleaning, residual medicines and stains on fruits cannot be effectively cleaned, and the expected cleaning effect cannot be achieved.
