Because the mainboard 21 is fixed in the cavity enclosed by the shell and the connector 22 is inserted in the mainboard 21 to realize fixed connection, the connector 22 and the electronic component 23 can be clamped and fixed between the mainboard 21 and the limiting structure, and can be installed and fixed without installing components such as a bracket and the like, so that the installing components such as the bracket and the like are omitted, and the electronic product is convenient to develop towards miniaturization.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the mounting and fixing of the electronic component 23, an adhesive structure layer is provided between the connector 22 and the electronic component 23, and generally, the adhesive structure layer is a double-sided tape or a glue layer.
Specifically, a first reinforcing plate 24 is fixed to the connector 22 on the side thereof closer to the electronic component 23, and the first reinforcing plate 24 is generally made of a steel sheet. Therefore, the stress on the electronic component 23 can be more uniform, and the connector 22 can press the electronic component 23 conveniently.
In order to facilitate mounting and fixing of the electronic component 23, a second reinforcing plate 25 is fixed to a side of the electronic component 23 close to the stopper structure, and the second reinforcing plate 25 is usually made of an FR-4 epoxy fiberglass fabric substrate, a steel plate, or the like. Correspondingly, the limiting structure is a limiting groove 14, and the second reinforcing plate 25 is attached to the groove bottom of the limiting groove 14.
Further, an elastic structure layer is arranged between the first reinforcing plate 24 and the connector 22 or between the first reinforcing plate 24 and the bonding structure layer, and generally, the elastic structure layer is a foam layer or a silica gel layer, so that elastic compression can be realized, and the mounting and fixing performance is enhanced.
The electronic component 23 of the embodiment of the present invention is a microphone and air pressure combined sensor, the opening of the second reinforcing plate 25 corresponding to the electronic component 23 is provided with a reinforcing plate through hole, and the housing is provided with an air hole 15 communicated with the bottom of the limiting structure (the bottom of the limiting groove 14) for receiving a sound signal and detecting air pressure. In order to enhance the waterproof performance of the electronic product, the waterproof breathable film is attached to the side, away from the electronic component 23, of the second reinforcing plate 25, so that the detection of air pressure is not affected, and meanwhile, the waterproof performance of the air holes 15 can be enhanced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, an FPC board is disposed between the main board 21 and the inner side wall of the housing on the corresponding side, the FPC board includes a device mounting portion 31, a first extension arm 32 connected to the device mounting portion 31, and a second extension arm 33 connected to the device mounting portion 31 or the first extension arm 32, the connector 22 is welded and fixed at the end of the first extension arm 32, the electronic component 23 is welded and fixed at the end of the second extension arm 33, and the electronic component 23 is located below one side of the connector 22 away from the main board 21 after the first extension arm 32 and the second extension arm 33 are respectively bent.
Generally, a heart rate sensor, an ECG (electrocardiogram) sensor, and the like are fixed to the device mounting portion 31 by welding, mounting through holes for the heart rate sensor and the ECG (electrocardiogram) sensor to penetrate through are respectively formed in the housing corresponding to the heart rate sensor and the ECG sensor, and the electronic component 23 and a device mounted on the device mounting portion 31 are electrically connected to the main board 21 through the FPC board and the connector 22; the connector 22 is a male connector, and a female connector is correspondingly fixed to the main board 21 by welding.
