In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "front", "rear", and "top", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships that are defined based on normal use of the mobile terminal, with the side facing the user being the front.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention discloses a display screen assembly, which includes a display screen module 1 and an FPC 2, wherein one end of the FPC 2 is formed with a first binding region 21 bound to the rear side of the display screen module 1, the other end of the FPC 2 is configured to be electrically connected to a main board 9 of a mobile terminal, and the FPC 2 is further provided with a second binding region 22 for binding a rear function module 3.
The FPC 2 in the invention can be bound on the display screen module 1 by utilizing the first binding area 21, and is also provided with the second binding area 22 for binding the rear function module 3, so that the display screen module 1 and the rear function module 3 can realize the purpose of electrically connecting with the mainboard 9 by utilizing the same FPC 2, and the display screen module 1 and the rear function module 3 are not required to be respectively provided with respective FPCs, thereby playing the role of saving the manufacturing cost. Moreover, since one FPC is omitted, the internal space of the mobile terminal is saved when the FPC is assembled on the mobile terminal.
Generally, the FPC 2 is electrically connected to the main board 9 through a connector 23. That is, the present invention saves one set of FPC and connector.
In some embodiments, the second binding region 22 is formed on the opposite side of the FPC 2 from the first binding region 21 and directly faces the first binding region 21, so as to facilitate reliable binding of the rear functional module 3, and the rear functional module 3 can be mounted on the display screen module 1 through the FPC 2, which facilitates designing the mobile terminal to be thinner compared to some existing technical schemes in which a rear functional module (e.g., a rear fingerprint module) is directly mounted on a rear case. Specifically, the FPC 2 may be fixedly coupled to the display module 1 through a stiffener (not shown) to enhance the coupling with the display module 1. Of course, other fixing means may be combined to ensure the installation reliability of the rear functional module 3. Of course, the arrangement of the second binding region 22 is not limited to the above embodiment, and when the second binding region 22 is located on a different side from the first binding region 21, the second binding region 22 may also be located on the same side of the FPC 2 as the first binding region 21, and accordingly, the rear function module 3 does not necessarily need to be installed on the display screen module 1 through the FPC 2.
In some embodiments, the display screen assembly further includes a front cover plate 4, and the display screen module 1 is disposed at a rear side of the front cover plate 4. Specifically, the front cover 4 is a TP cover.
In some embodiments, the display screen assembly further includes a rear function module 3, and the rear function module 3 is bound in the second binding area 22. That is, the rear function module 3 and the display module 1 may form an integrated module, and then may be assembled together. Of course, the rear functional module 3 may be bound to the FPC 2 during subsequent assembly.
In the specific example shown in the drawings, the post-function module 3 is a post-fingerprint module, but not limited thereto. The rear functional module 3 can also be other functional modules, for example, a rear camera module. Of course, it is not excluded to simultaneously bind more than two rear functional modules 3 to the FPC 2 of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention further discloses a mobile terminal, which includes a display screen module 1, a rear function module 3, an FPC 2, a main board 9 and a rear housing 8, wherein a first binding region 21 bound to the rear side of the display screen module 1 is formed at one end of the FPC 2, the other end of the FPC 2 is electrically connected to the main board 9, a rear module region 81 corresponding to the rear function module 3 is formed on the rear housing 8, a second binding region 22 is further formed on the FPC 2, and the rear function module 3 is bound to the second binding region 22.
Moreover, the reduction of one FPC is also beneficial to saving the internal space of the mobile terminal.
Generally speaking, the mobile terminal further includes a middle housing 7, the display module 1 is assembled on the front side of the middle housing 7, the main board 9 is disposed on the rear side of the middle housing 7, the middle housing 7 is provided with an FPC via 71, and the FPC 2 extends from the FPC via 71 and is electrically connected to the main board 9.
Preferably, the second binding region 22 is formed on the opposite side of the FPC 2 from the first binding region 21 and is opposite to the first binding region 21, and the middle case 7 is formed with an opening 72 through which the rear functional module 3 passes. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rear functional module 3 is first bound to the FPC 2 to form an integrated module together with the display module 1, and the rear functional module 3 may protrude from the opening 72 during the whole assembly of the mobile terminal. Of course, it is not excluded that the rear functional module 3 is bound to the FPC 2 through the opening 72 when the mobile terminal is integrally assembled. Certainly, the arrangement of the second binding region 22 is not limited to the above embodiment, and when the second binding region 22 is located at a different side from the first binding region 21, the second binding region 22 may also be located at the same side of the FPC 2 as the first binding region 21, and correspondingly, the rear function module 3 does not necessarily need to be installed on the display screen module 1 through the FPC 2, for example, the rear function module 3 may also be installed on the middle shell 7 or the rear shell 8, and in order to adapt to different installation environments, the rear function module 3 may adopt a special-shaped structure.
In some embodiments, the second binding region 22 is formed on the opposite side of the FPC 2 from the first binding region 21 and directly faces the first binding region 21, so as to facilitate reliable binding of the rear functional module 3, and the rear functional module 3 can be mounted on the display screen module 1 through the FPC 2, which facilitates designing the mobile terminal to be thinner compared to some existing technical schemes in which a rear functional module (such as a rear fingerprint module) is directly mounted on a rear case. Specifically, the FPC 2 may be fixedly coupled to the display module 1 through a stiffener (not shown) to enhance the coupling with the display module 1. Of course, other fixing means may be combined to ensure the installation reliability of the rear functional module 3. Certainly, the setting of the second binding region 22 is not limited to the above embodiment, and when the second binding region 22 is located at a different side from the first binding region 21, the second binding region 22 may also be located at the same side of the FPC 2 as the first binding region 21, and correspondingly, the rear function module 3 does not necessarily need to be installed on the display screen module 1 through the FPC 2, for example, the rear function module 3 may also be installed on the rear housing 8, and in order to adapt to different installation environments, the rear function module 3 may adopt a special-shaped structure.
In the specific example shown in the drawings, the rear function module 3 is a rear fingerprint module, and correspondingly, the rear module area 81 is a fingerprint identification area, but not limited thereto. The rear functional module 3 can also be other functional modules, for example, a rear camera module, and correspondingly, the rear module area 81 is a camera module through hole. Of course, it is not excluded to simultaneously bind more than two rear functional modules 3 to the FPC 2 of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the rear function module 3 is located at an end of the mobile terminal away from the main board 9, and the first binding area 21 is located at an end of the mobile terminal away from the main board 9. Since the rear function module 3 is usually located at the top end of the mobile terminal far away from the main board 9, the first binding region 21 can be located at the end of the mobile terminal far away from the main board 9, so as to facilitate the binding of the rear function module 3. Specifically, the second binding region 22 for binding the rear function module 3 can be directly designed on the FPC 2 corresponding to the existing display screen module 1, and the display screen assembly is assembled in a 180-degree flip manner, so that a picture can be normally displayed only by software design when the display screen assembly is used. Of course, the rear function module 3 is not limited to be disposed in a specific area, and accordingly, the arrangement of the FPC 2 and other structures of the mobile terminal may be adaptively changed.
Specifically, the mobile terminal further includes a battery 6 disposed between the rear function module 3 and the main board 9.
The above disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, so that the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications and changes as fall within the true spirit of the invention.
