Specifically, referring to fig. 7, the width of the groove 43 may be the same as the width of the support layer, and at this time, the groove 43 penetrates through the support layer 40, so as to exhaust in the process of attaching the flexible display module 20 to the curved cover plate 30, thereby preventing bubbles from being generated between the flexible display module 20 and the curved cover plate 30 and affecting the display effect of the curved screen. The depth of the groove 43 may be equal to the thickness of the support layer 40 (shown in fig. 8) or less than the thickness of the support layer 40 (shown in fig. 9), which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention. It can be understood that if the depth of the groove 43 is less than the thickness of the support layer 40, a certain gap is ensured between the support layer 40 and the display module 20, so that the flexible display module 20 and the curved cover 30 can be evacuated during the attachment process.
Optionally, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of a curved surface screen attaching apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 10, the curved surface screen attaching apparatus further includes an adsorption assembly 50, a traction assembly 60, a carrier 70, and a profiling jig 80; the adsorption component 50 is used for adsorbing the curved cover plate 30, and the curved edge 31 of the curved cover plate 30 is bent towards one side far away from the adsorption component 50; the traction assembly 60 is positioned on one side of the curved cover plate 30 far away from the adsorption assembly 50, and the traction assembly 60 is used for drawing the guide film 10 to carry the flexible display module 20 to be aligned with the curved cover plate 30; the carrier 70 is located at a side of the guide film 10 away from the flexible display module 20, the profiling jig 80 is located at a side of the carrier 70 close to the guide film 10, and the carrier 70 is configured to drive the profiling jig 80 to press the flexible display module 20 onto the curved cover plate 30 from the side of the guide film 10 away from the flexible display module 20, so that the flexible display module 20 is attached to the curved cover plate 30.
The adsorption component 50 is used for adsorbing the curved cover plate 30 and keeping the curved cover plate 30 fixed in the attaching process, the number of the adsorption components 50 may be one or more, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit this. In addition, the adsorption component 50 can be a vacuum adsorption component, which has a large adsorption force and prevents the curved cover plate 30 from falling off from the adsorption component due to the external force.
The traction assembly 60 can pull the guide film 10 to move so as to adjust the position of the guide film 10 in real time, so that the guide film 10 is aligned with the curved cover plate 30, and the guide film 10 is prevented from being dislocated in the fitting process, thereby affecting the subsequent assembly of the product and the beauty of the product.
The profiling fixture 80 has the same bending radian as the curved edge 31 of the curved cover plate 30, and meanwhile, the bending radian of the profiling fixture 80 can be adaptively set according to the shape of the curved edge 31, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that the profiling fixture 80 may also be a roller or other structures, and may roll the flexible display module onto the curved cover plate 30.
Specifically, the adsorption component 50 adsorbs the curved cover plate 30, and the curved edge 31 of the curved cover plate 30 is bent toward the side away from the adsorption component 50, so that the position of the curved cover plate 30 is kept constant. Meanwhile, the traction assembly 60 pulls the guide film 10 to perform position adjustment, so that the guide film 10 carries the flexible display module 20 to be aligned with the curved cover plate 30. Then, the carrier 70 drives the profiling jig 80 to press the flexible display module 20 onto the curved cover plate 30 from the side of the guide film 10 away from the flexible display module 20, so that the flexible display module 20 and the curved cover plate 30 are attached to each other, and finally the curved screen is obtained. The pressing and laminating mode is simple in structure, easy to operate and good in laminating effect.
In addition, because the guiding film 10 is close to one side of the curved surface cover plate 30 and is provided with the supporting layer 40 at the position corresponding to the curved surface edge 31, so that when the carrying platform 70 drives the profiling jig 80 to press the flexible display module 20 onto the curved surface cover plate 30, the supporting layer 40 can support the curved surface edge 31, thereby avoiding the flexible display module 20 from being seriously deformed by transitional extrusion, further influencing the reliability of product performance, and ensuring that the curved surface screen has a good display effect.
Based on the inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a curved surface screen attaching method, and fig. 11 is a flowchart of the curved surface screen attaching method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and with reference to fig. 1 and 11, the method includes:
s101, attaching a flexible display module to a first area of a guide film in curved screen attaching equipment;
s102, attaching the flexible display module to a curved cover plate, wherein the curved cover plate comprises at least one curved edge, and the second area of the guide film comprises a support layer for supporting at least part of the curved edge;
and S103, peeling the guide film.
In this embodiment, through the first regional laminating of the guide membrane with in flexible display module and the curved surface screen laminating equipment, for example can laminate through photosensitive adhesive for flexible display module is together fixed with the first region of guide membrane. Then laminate flexible display module assembly and curved surface apron, curved surface apron includes at least one curved surface edge, and the second area of guide membrane includes the at least regional supporting layer of support curved surface edge. It can be understood that, when flexible display module assembly and curved surface apron laminating, the guide membrane drives flexible display module assembly and is close to curved surface apron one deck to with the laminating of curved surface apron together, the second region of guide membrane corresponds the setting with the curved surface edge, through setting up the supporting layer in the second region of guide membrane, support the at least partial region at curved surface edge, can avoid flexible display module assembly to take place serious deformation by transitional extrusion. Then, after the flexible display module and the curved cover plate are attached, the guide film is peeled off, and the guide film is separated from the flexible display module. So, the curved surface screen that obtains not only has better laminating degree, avoids moreover that flexible display module to take place serious deformation and influence the reliability of product by transitional extrusion, has improved the display effect of curved surface screen.
Optionally, fig. 12 is a flowchart of another curved screen attaching method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and with reference to fig. 10 and 12, the curved screen attaching apparatus further includes an adsorption component, a traction component, a carrier, and a profiling fixture, and in step S102, attaching the flexible display module and the curved cover plate includes:
s1021, adsorbing the curved cover plate by the adsorption component;
s1022, coating a glue layer on the display surface of the flexible display module;
s1023, drawing the guide film by using a drawing assembly to carry the flexible display module and the curved cover plate to align;
s1024, under the cooperation of the traction assembly, the flexible display module is pressed on the curved cover plate from one side of the guide film far away from the flexible display module by utilizing the profiling jig.
In this embodiment, through utilizing adsorption component to adsorb curved surface apron, curved surface edge of curved surface apron is crooked to the one side of keeping away from adsorption component, makes the position of curved surface apron keep fixed unchangeable. Then, at the display surface coating glue film of flexible display module assembly, can understand, this glue film is used for gluing flexible display module assembly and curved surface apron. And then, the traction assembly is utilized to pull the guide film to adjust the position, so that the guide film carries the flexible display module to align with the position of the curved cover plate. Under the cooperation of pulling the subassembly, utilize the profile modeling tool to keep away from one side of flexible display module assembly from the guide membrane with flexible display module assembly pressfitting to curved surface apron to make flexible display module assembly and curved surface apron laminate through the glue film, finally obtain the curved surface screen, guarantee that flexible display module assembly and curved surface apron have better laminating effect, bubble and fold-free.
Optionally, fig. 13 is a flowchart of another curved panel attaching method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, a photosensitive adhesive is disposed in a first area of a guide film, and in step S103, peeling off the guide film includes:
s1031, irradiating the photosensitive adhesive by using laser to reduce the viscosity of the photosensitive adhesive;
s1032, tearing the guide film away from the flexible display module.
In this embodiment, be provided with the photosensitive glue in the first region of guide film near one side of flexible display module assembly, the flexible display module assembly passes through the photosensitive glue and is in the same place with the first region laminating of guide film. Can adopt laser irradiation photosensitive glue, make the viscidity of photosensitive glue reduce, then will guide the membrane to tear from flexible display module assembly and leave to obtain the curved surface screen that figure 14 shows. The characteristic that the photosensitive adhesive adhesiveness is controllable is utilized to realize the attachment and separation between the guide film and the flexible display module, the cost is low, and the industrial implementation is easy.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a display panel, which comprises a flexible display module and a curved cover plate, wherein the flexible display module and the curved cover plate are formed by any curved screen laminating method.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a display device which comprises any display panel. Specifically, the display device may be any electronic product with a display function, including but not limited to the following categories: the mobile terminal comprises a television, a notebook computer, a desktop display, a tablet computer, a digital camera, a mobile phone, an intelligent bracelet, intelligent glasses, a vehicle-mounted display, medical equipment, industrial control equipment, a touch interaction terminal and the like. Fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 15 schematically illustrates the display device according to the present invention with a mobile phone.
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments illustrated herein, but is capable of various obvious modifications, rearrangements, combinations and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, although the present invention has been described in greater detail by the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and may include other equivalent embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is determined by the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (14)
1. The curved surface screen laminating equipment is characterized by comprising a guide film, wherein the guide film is used for changing the shape of a flexible display module when the flexible display module is laminated with a curved surface cover plate so as to laminate the flexible display module with the curved surface cover plate, and the curved surface cover plate comprises at least one curved surface edge;
the guide film comprises a first area and a second area surrounding the first area, the first area is used for bearing the flexible display module, the second area comprises at least one supporting layer corresponding to the curved edge, the supporting layer and the flexible display module are located on the same side of the guide film, and the supporting layer is used for supporting at least part of the area of the curved edge when the flexible display module is attached to the curved cover plate.
2. The curved screen laminating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the curved cover plate comprises a first curved edge and a second curved edge disposed opposite each other;
the supporting layer comprises a first supporting layer and a second supporting layer, the first supporting layer is used for supporting the first curved surface edge when the flexible display module is attached to the curved surface cover plate, and the second supporting layer is used for supporting the second curved surface edge when the flexible display module is attached to the curved surface cover plate.
3. The curved screen laminating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the edges of the curved cover plate are curved and the support layer is disposed around the first region.
4. The curved screen laminating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the flexible display module has a thickness d1The thickness of the supporting layer is d2,0.5d1≤d2≤1.5d1。
5. The curved screen laminating apparatus of claim 1, wherein when the flexible display module is laminated to the curved cover plate, a projection of the curved cover plate onto the guide film completely covers the support layer.
6. The curved screen laminating device of claim 1, wherein a plurality of grooves are formed in a side of the support layer away from the guide film, and extending directions of the grooves intersect with extending directions of the corresponding curved edges.
7. The curved screen laminating apparatus of claim 6, wherein the groove extends through the support layer.
8. The curved screen laminating device of claim 1, wherein the support layer comprises polyethylene terephthalate (PET), Polyurethane (PU), or foam.
9. The curved screen attaching equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising an adsorption component, a traction component, a carrying platform and a profiling jig;
the adsorption assembly is used for adsorbing the curved cover plate, and the curved edge of the curved cover plate is bent towards one side far away from the adsorption assembly;
the traction assembly is positioned on one side of the curved cover plate, which is far away from the adsorption assembly, and is used for drawing the guide film to carry the flexible display module to be aligned with the curved cover plate;
the carrying platform is located on one side, away from the flexible display module, of the guide film, the profiling jig is located on one side, close to the guide film, of the carrying platform, and the carrying platform is used for driving the profiling jig to press the flexible display module onto the curved cover plate from one side, away from the flexible display module, of the guide film, so that the flexible display module is attached to the curved cover plate.
10. The curved surface screen attaching method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
attaching a flexible display module to a first region of a guide film in the curved screen attaching apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
attaching the flexible display module to a curved cover plate, wherein the curved cover plate comprises at least one curved edge, and the second area of the guide film comprises a support layer for supporting at least part of the curved edge;
and peeling off the guide film.
11. The curved screen attaching method according to claim 10, wherein the curved screen attaching apparatus further comprises an adsorption assembly, a traction assembly, a carrying platform, and a profiling jig, and attaching the flexible display module to the curved cover plate comprises:
the adsorption component adsorbs the curved surface cover plate;
coating a glue layer on the display surface of the flexible display module;
the traction assembly is utilized to pull the guide film to carry the flexible display module to be aligned with the curved cover plate;
under the cooperation of the traction assembly, the flexible display module is pressed on the curved cover plate from one side of the guide film far away from the flexible display module by utilizing the profiling jig.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein the first region of the guide film is provided with a photosensitive adhesive, and the peeling the guide film comprises:
irradiating the photosensitive adhesive with laser to reduce the viscosity of the photosensitive adhesive;
tearing the guide film away from the flexible display module.
13. A display panel, comprising a flexible display module and a curved cover plate, wherein the flexible display module and the curved cover plate are formed by the curved screen attaching method according to any one of claims 10 to 12.
14. A display device characterized by comprising the display panel according to claim 13.
