The traction assembly 60 can traction the guiding film 10 to move so as to adjust the position of the guiding film 10 in real time, so that the guiding film 10 is aligned with the curved cover plate 30, and dislocation of the guiding film 10 is avoided in the fitting process, and the subsequent assembly of the product and the appearance of the product are affected.
The profiling fixture 80 has the same bending radian as the curved edge 31 of the curved cover plate 30, and meanwhile, the bending radian of the profiling fixture 80 can be adaptively set according to the shape of the curved edge 31, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. It should be noted that, the profiling fixture 80 may also have a structure such as a roller, and may roll the flexible display module onto the curved cover plate 30.
Specifically, the adsorption assembly 50 adsorbs the curved cover plate 30, and the curved edge 31 of the curved cover plate 30 is bent to a side far away from the adsorption assembly 50, so that the position of the curved cover plate 30 is kept constant. At the same time, the traction assembly 60 pulls the guide film 10 to adjust the position, so that the guide film 10 carries the flexible display module 20 to align with the curved cover plate 30. Then, the carrier 70 drives the profiling fixture 80 to press the flexible display module 20 onto the curved cover plate 30 from the side, far away from the flexible display module 20, of the guide film 10, so that the flexible display module 20 is attached to the curved cover plate 30, and finally, the curved screen is obtained. The pressing and attaching mode is simple in structure, easy to operate and good in attaching effect.
In addition, because the guide film 10 is close to one side of the curved cover plate 30 and the position corresponding to the curved edge 31 is further provided with the supporting layer 40, when the carrier 70 drives the profiling jig 80 to press the flexible display module 20 onto the curved cover plate 30, the supporting layer 40 can support the curved edge 31, so that the flexible display module 20 is prevented from being deformed seriously by transitional extrusion, the reliability of the product performance is further affected, and the curved screen is ensured to have a good display effect.
Based on the consent of the inventive concept, the embodiment of the present application further provides a curved screen attaching method, and fig. 11 is a flowchart of the curved screen attaching method provided by the embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 11, the method includes:
s101, attaching a flexible display module to a first area of a guide film in curved screen attaching equipment;
s102, attaching the flexible display module to a curved cover plate, wherein the curved cover plate comprises at least one curved edge, and the second area of the guide film comprises a supporting layer for supporting at least part of the curved edge;
s103, stripping the guide film.
In this embodiment, the flexible display module is attached to the first area of the guide film in the curved screen attaching device, for example, the flexible display module can be attached to the first area of the guide film through photosensitive adhesive. And then attaching the flexible display module to the curved cover plate, wherein the curved cover plate comprises at least one curved edge, and the second area of the guide film comprises a supporting layer for supporting at least part of the curved edge. It can be understood that when flexible display module assembly and curved surface apron subsides, the guide film drives flexible display module assembly to curved surface apron one deck be close to laminate together with curved surface apron, the second region of guide film corresponds the setting with the curved surface edge, through setting up the supporting layer at the second region of guide film, supports the at least partial region at curved surface edge, can avoid flexible display module assembly to be taken place serious deformation by the transition extrusion. And then, after the flexible display module and the curved cover plate are bonded, peeling the guide film, namely separating the guide film from the flexible display module. Therefore, the obtained curved surface screen not only has good fitting degree, but also avoids the influence on the reliability of the product caused by severe deformation of the flexible display module due to transitional extrusion, and improves the display effect of the curved surface screen.
Optionally, fig. 12 is a flowchart of another curved screen attaching method according to an embodiment of the present application, and in conjunction with fig. 10 and fig. 12, the curved screen attaching apparatus further includes an adsorption component, a traction component, a carrier, and a profiling fixture, and in step S102, attaching the flexible display mold to the curved cover plate includes:
s1021, the adsorption component adsorbs the curved cover plate;
s1022, coating a glue layer on the display surface of the flexible display module;
s1023, utilizing the traction assembly to traction the guide film so as to carry the flexible display module and the curved cover plate for alignment;
s1024, under the cooperation of the traction assembly, the flexible display module is pressed onto the curved cover plate by the profiling fixture from one side of the guide film far away from the flexible display module.
In this embodiment, the curved surface edge of the curved surface cover plate is bent to a side far away from the adsorption component by using the adsorption component to adsorb the curved surface cover plate, so that the position of the curved surface cover plate is kept unchanged. Then, a glue layer is coated on the display surface of the flexible display module, and it can be understood that the glue layer is used for bonding the flexible display module and the curved cover plate. And then, the traction assembly is utilized to traction the guide film for position adjustment, so that the guide film carries the flexible display module and is aligned with the curved cover plate. Under the cooperation of traction assembly, utilize the profile modeling tool to keep away from flexible display module's one side with flexible display module assembly pressfitting to the curved surface apron from the guide film to make flexible display module assembly and curved surface apron laminate through the glue film, finally obtain the curved surface screen, guarantee that flexible display module assembly and curved surface apron have better laminating effect, no bubble and fold.
Optionally, fig. 13 is a flowchart of another curved screen attaching method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 13, a first area of the guiding film is provided with photosensitive glue, and in step S103, peeling the guiding film includes:
s1031, irradiating the photosensitive adhesive by using laser so as to reduce the viscosity of the photosensitive adhesive;
s1032, tearing the guide film from the flexible display module.
In this embodiment, a photosensitive adhesive is disposed on a side of the first area of the guiding film, which is close to the flexible display module, and the flexible display module is attached to the first area of the guiding film through the photosensitive adhesive. The photosensitive paste may be irradiated with laser light to reduce the viscosity of the photosensitive paste, and then the guide film is peeled off from the flexible display module, thereby obtaining the curved screen shown in fig. 14. The bonding and separation between the guide film and the flexible display module are realized by utilizing the characteristic of controllable light-sensitive adhesiveness, so that the cost is low and the industrial realization is easy.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also provides a display panel which comprises a flexible display module and a curved cover plate, wherein the flexible display module and the curved cover plate are formed by using any curved screen attaching method.
The embodiment of the application also provides a display device which comprises any display panel. Specifically, the display device may be any electronic product with a display function, including but not limited to the following categories: television, notebook computer, desktop display, tablet computer, digital camera, mobile phone, smart bracelet, smart glasses, vehicle-mounted display, medical equipment, industrial control equipment, touch interaction terminal, etc. Fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of a display device according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 15 is a schematic diagram of the display device according to the present application with a mobile phone.
Note that the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and the technical principle applied. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, and that various obvious changes, rearrangements, combinations, and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the application. Claims (14)

1. The curved screen laminating equipment is characterized by comprising a guide film, wherein the guide film is used for changing the shape of a flexible display module when the flexible display module is laminated with a curved cover plate so as to laminate the flexible display module with the curved cover plate, and the curved cover plate comprises at least one curved edge;
the guide film comprises a first area and a second area surrounding the first area, wherein the first area is used for bearing the flexible display module, the second area comprises at least one supporting layer corresponding to the curved surface edge, the supporting layer and the flexible display module are located on the same side of the guide film, and the supporting layer is used for supporting at least part of the area of the curved surface edge when the flexible display module and the curved surface cover plate are attached.
2. The curved screen fitting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the curved cover plate comprises a first curved edge and a second curved edge disposed opposite each other;
the supporting layer comprises a first supporting layer and a second supporting layer, the first supporting layer is used for supporting the first curved surface edge when the flexible display module is attached to the curved surface cover plate, and the second supporting layer is used for supporting the second curved surface edge when the flexible display module is attached to the curved surface cover plate.
3. The curved screen fitting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the edges of the curved cover plate are curved, and the support layer is disposed about the first region.

The curved screen fitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of grooves are provided on a side of the support layer away from the guide film, the extending direction of the grooves intersecting with the extending direction of the corresponding curved edge, the grooves being used for discharging gas between the flexible display module and the curved cover plate when the flexible display module and the curved cover plate are fitted.
7. The curved screen fitting apparatus of claim 6, wherein said recess extends through said support layer.
8. The curved screen fitting apparatus of claim 1, wherein said support layer comprises polyethylene terephthalate PET, polyurethane PU, or foam.
9. The curved screen fitting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising an adsorption assembly, a traction assembly, a carrier, and a profiling jig;
the adsorption component is used for adsorbing the curved cover plate, and the curved edge of the curved cover plate is bent towards one side far away from the adsorption component;
the traction assembly is positioned at one side of the curved cover plate far away from the adsorption assembly and is used for traction of the guide film carrying the flexible display module to be aligned with the curved cover plate;
the support is located the guide membrane is kept away from one side of flexible display module assembly, the profile modeling tool is located the support is close to one side of guide membrane, the support is used for driving the profile modeling tool is followed the guide membrane is kept away from one side of flexible display module assembly will flexible display module assembly pressfitting is to on the curved surface apron, so that flexible display module assembly with the laminating of curved surface apron.
10. The curved screen attaching method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
attaching a flexible display module to a first region of a guide film in the curved screen attaching apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 9;
attaching the flexible display module to a curved cover plate, wherein the curved cover plate comprises at least one curved edge, and the second region of the guide film comprises a support layer for supporting at least part of the curved edge;
and stripping the guide film.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the curved screen laminating apparatus further comprises an adsorption assembly, a traction assembly, a carrier, and a profiling jig, and wherein laminating the flexible display mold combined curved cover plate comprises:
the adsorption component adsorbs the curved cover plate;
coating a glue layer on the display surface of the flexible display module;
the traction assembly is utilized to traction the guide film so as to carry the flexible display module and the curved cover plate to align;
under the cooperation of the traction assembly, the flexible display module is pressed onto the curved cover plate by the profiling fixture from one side, far away from the flexible display module, of the guide film.
12. The curved screen fitting method of claim 10, wherein said first region of said guiding film is provided with a photosensitive adhesive, said peeling said guiding film comprising:
irradiating the photosensitive adhesive by using laser so as to reduce the viscosity of the photosensitive adhesive;
and tearing the guide film away from the flexible display module.
13. The display panel is characterized by comprising a flexible display module and a curved cover plate, wherein the flexible display module and the curved cover plate are formed by the curved screen attaching method according to any one of claims 10-12.
14. A display device comprising the display panel of claim 13.
