Abstract
本发明公开了一种功能性涡流纺包芯纱,其包括芯纱和包缠纱;所述芯纱的重量占所述功能性涡流纺包芯纱总重量的45~50%;所述的包缠纱的短纤维为棉纤维、天丝纤维或粘胶纤维的一种或几种与远红外纤维、抗菌纳米碳纤维混合而成;所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维占包缠纱的20~40wt.%;所述的远红外纤维占包缠纱的5~10wt.%;所述的芯纱为氨纶长丝;所述的包缠纱,氨纶长丝经涡流纺纱,得到功能性涡流纺包芯纱。通过在包缠纱添加远红外纤维、抗菌纳米碳纤维,使得所获得的功能性涡流纺包芯纱具有远红外保健功能,纱线中利用纳米碳纤维及纳米银的协同抗菌作用,使得涡流纺包芯纱具备的长效抗菌性能。

技术领域
本发明属于涡流纺纱线技术领域,具体涉及一种功能性涡流纺包芯纱及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济、科技的发展,现代人越来越注重纺织品的功能性,追求纺织品的清洁性、舒适性、防护性。微生物虽然平时见不到,但它却无时无刻不存在于我们的周围环境,流感、霍乱等传染病、手足癣等皮肤病、发臭的衣物等都是由细菌和病毒所引起的。微生物严重地影响了人类的生活,因此能够抗菌、抑菌、防臭的纺织品应运而生。
包芯纱:包芯纱一般以强力和弹力都较好的合成纤维长丝为芯丝,外包棉、毛、粘胶纤维等短纤维一起加捻而纺制成的纱。包芯纱兼有长丝芯纱和外包短纤维的优良性能。它可以利用芯纱化纤长丝优良的物理性能和外包短纤维的性能和表面特征,充分发挥两种纤维的特长并弥补它们的不足。目前工业生产中以环锭纺包芯纱为主流,涡流纺包芯纱、气流纺包芯纱也有一定规模。
喷气涡流纺直接由棉条纺纱卷绕成筒纱,纺纱工艺流程短;纺纱速度极高,是环锭纺的15-20倍;设备自动化程度高,减少用工;纱线毛羽少、条干好、染色性好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有远红外、且可以长效抗菌的功能性涡流纺包芯纱。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种功能性涡流纺包芯纱,其包括芯纱和包缠纱;所述芯纱的重量占所述功能性涡流纺包芯纱总重量的45~50%;
所述的包缠纱为短纤维;所述的组成包缠纱的短纤维为棉纤维、天丝纤维或粘胶纤维的一种或几种与远红外纤维、抗菌纳米碳纤维混合而成;所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维占包缠纱的20~40wt.%;所述的远红外纤维占包缠纱的5~10wt.%;所述的芯纱为氨纶长丝;
所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维,其制备步骤为:在30-50℃下将粒径1~2nm的纳米银分散到去离子水中,调节pH=6.0-7.0,得到纳米银胶体水溶液,纳米碳纤维置于60-80℃的纳米银胶体水溶液中,保持温度60-80℃浸泡3~5小时,过滤,100-110℃烘干后,得到所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维;所述的纳米银占所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维干重的3.5~5%。
优选的,所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维占包缠纱的30~38wt.%;所述的远红外纤维占包缠纱的8~10wt.%。
优选的,所述的纳米银占所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维干重的3.5~4%。
优选的,所述的包缠纱的支数为90~100。
优选的,所述芯纱的重量占所述功能性涡流纺包芯纱总重量的48~50%。
所要解决的第二个技术问题是:一种功能性涡流纺包芯纱的制备方法,其步骤包括:
S1 制备所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维;
S2 将棉纤维、天丝纤维或粘胶纤维的一种或几种与远红外纤维、抗菌纳米碳纤维混纺制备所述的包缠纱;
S3 将步骤S2所述的包缠纱、氨纶长丝经涡流纺纱,得到功能性涡流纺包芯纱。
所述的包缠纱的数量为两根或三根。
有益效果:通过在包缠纱添加远红外纤维、抗菌纳米碳纤维,使得所获得的功能性涡流纺包芯纱具有远红外保健功能,纱线中利用纳米碳纤维及纳米银的协同抗菌作用,使得涡流纺包芯纱具备的长效抗菌性能。
氨纶长丝作为芯纱,所获得的功能性涡流纺包芯纱具备多项保健功能的同时,还具有优异的弹性,满足对纱线弹力的要求,使其应用范围更广。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种功能性涡流纺包芯纱,所述的功能性涡流纺包芯纱,其包括芯纱和包缠纱;所述芯纱的重量占所述功能性涡流纺包芯纱总重量的48%;
所述的包缠纱为短纤维;所述的组成包缠纱的短纤维为棉纤维、天丝纤维与远红外纤维、抗菌纳米碳纤维混合而成;所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维占包缠纱的26wt.%;所述的远红外纤维占包缠纱的8wt.%;所述的芯纱为氨纶长丝;
所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维,其制备步骤为:在30-50℃下将粒径1~2nm的纳米银分散到去离子水中,调节pH=6.0-7.0,得到纳米银胶体水溶液,纳米碳纤维置于60-80℃的纳米银胶体水溶液中,保持温度60-80℃浸泡3~5小时,过滤,100-110℃烘干后,得到所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维;所述的纳米银占所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维干重的5%。
所述的包缠纱的支数为100。
一种功能性涡流纺包芯纱的制备方法,其步骤包括:
S1 制备所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维;
S2 将短纤维与远红外纤维、抗菌纳米碳纤维混纺制备所述的包缠纱;
S3 将步骤S2所述的包缠纱、氨纶长丝经涡流纺纱,得到功能性涡流纺包芯纱。

所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维,其制备步骤为:在30-50℃下将粒径1~2nm的纳米银分散到去离子水中,调节pH=6.0-7.0,得到纳米银胶体水溶液,纳米碳纤维置于60-80℃的纳米银胶体水溶液中,保持温度60-80℃浸泡3~5小时,过滤,100-110℃烘干后,得到所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维;所述的纳米银占所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维干重的4.5%。

S1 制备所述的抗菌纳米碳纤维;
S2将棉纤维、天丝纤维或粘胶纤维的一种或几种与远红外纤维、抗菌纳米碳纤维混纺制备所述的包缠纱;
S3将步骤S2所述的包缠纱、氨纶长丝经涡流纺纱,得到功能性涡流纺包芯纱。
