step two, a point breaking process: in the continuous transmission process of the sheet film 2, point breaking lines 40 distributed along the continuous transmission direction A are cut by a point breaking mechanism 4;
step three, edge folding: the upper bag film 21 and the lower bag film 22 on the bag mouth side are each folded by the folding module 5 to form a double-layered folded portion 50, respectively;
step four, gluing: the adhesive tape 30 fed from the side part of the tensioning and conveying mechanism 1 is reversed to be in the same direction with the continuous conveying direction A of the film sheet by a reversing mechanism 31 so as to be synchronously conveyed along with the film sheet 2; then, the synchronously transmitted film 2 and the adhesive tape 30 are tensioned and wound on a bonding mechanism 32 for transmission, so that the reversed adhesive tape 30 is pressed and stuck on the inner side surface of the film 2;
step five, a heat sealing process: the heat-sealing mechanism 6 performs heat-sealing work on the folded portion 50, and forms a press-fit portion 60 that integrally connects the two-layer structure of the folded portion 50;
step six, punching and cutting procedure: the punching module 7 performs punching operation on the folding part 50 and forms handle holes 701 and bag edge holes 702 which are distributed along the continuous transmission direction A in a staggered manner;
step seven, sealing and cutting: the sealing and cutting mechanism 8 seals and cuts from the middle position of the bag edge hole 702 to form the single bag 20, and the bag edge hole 702 forms the ventilation cuts 703 at two sides of the bag opening; and then, outputting the single bag finished product.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
