The hand-held sticker can also adopt a prefabricated self-adhesive sticker with more than 3 layers, and comprises 3 layers of structures such as base paper, a glue layer, release paper and the like; the base paper is fed from a base paper feeding roll part and is glued by a coating mechanism of a coating part, and the thickness and the size of the glue are adjusted according to the specification of the hand-held paster; feeding release paper from an unwinding part of the release paper, converging the release paper with gummed base paper at a compounding part, and finishing a compounding process under the action of a pressing roller; after the self-adhesive stickers are compounded, the self-adhesive stickers enter a rolling part, and then the mother roll is cut into required width sizes according to the sizes of the stickers required by the handle.
Furthermore, the maximum unreeling diameter of a material roll loaded on the feeding unreeling mechanism is 1500mm, the maximum width of paper bags is 970mm, the gram weight of the paper bags is 90-170g/m2, and the paper bags are brown kraft paper, white kraft paper, recycled paper, coated paper and PE (polyethylene) laminating paper; the maximum printing width of the online printing mechanism to paper bags is 1050mm, the maximum printing speed is 120m/min, the printing color is at most 4 colors, and the repeated circumference is 390-800 mm.
Furthermore, the protruding height of the handle rope formed by cutting by the handle cutting device of the handle manufacturing mechanism is 125mm, the width of the double-layer paster is 40-50mm, the length of the double-layer paster is 152.4mm, and the distance between the cut handle ropes is 76.2 mm.
Further, the gram weight of the base paper unreeled by the base paper unreeling part of the double-layer sticker compounding mechanism is 90-170g/m2, the double-layer sticker compounded and formed is a double-layer prefabricated self-adhesive sticker, the double-layer sticker is adhered to the base paper pasted with the handle, the non-adhesive layer and the release paper, and the release paper is silicone oil type release paper; the paper tube formed by the paper bag forming mechanism and the paper bag forming part mechanism is 270mm-430mm in length, the formed paper bag is 200mm-320mm in width, and the formed bag bottom is 30mm-150mm in width.
In addition, the invention also relates to a manufacturing method of the takeout handbag, which comprises the following steps:
(1) unwinding paper bags through a feeding and unwinding mechanism;
(2) printing and drying paper bags through an online printing mechanism;
(3) the handle is manufactured by a handle manufacturing mechanism and is formed by compounding and adhering paper rope paper and double-layer stickers on the outer layer to tightly hold a handle rope, and the handle rope is positioned between the paper rope paper and the double-layer stickers;
(4) the handle is cut into single handles by a handle attaching mechanism, the single handles are sequentially arranged and adhered on the paper bag paper, and the handles and the paper bag paper form compaction and compounding;
(5) coating edge glue on paper bag paper with handles through a paper bag forming mechanism, pressing and driving the paper bag paper, and pressing and bonding the upper layer paper and the lower layer paper to form a paper tube;
(6) cutting the paper tube into single paper sleeves by a paper bag forming part mechanism, forming the paper sleeves into paper bags, pressing the paper bags, opening and turning the bottoms of the paper bags after the paper bags are pressed, coating bottom glue, and pressing and sticking the bottoms to form the paper bags;
(7) and conveying the paper bags to a paper bag collecting box or a paper bag collecting tank through a bag collecting mechanism, and then boxing, packaging and warehousing.
Further, in the step (1), paper bag paper roll materials are pushed to the unreeling rack, and paper cores are fixed through a convex key type air expansion shaft for loading; the unreeling position is adjusted by utilizing a hydraulic lifting structure; unwinding is carried out by magnetic powder braking and automatic constant tension control; and automatically correcting the paper bag position by adopting a deviation correcting mechanism.

Example 1
The device for manufacturing take-out handbags described in embodiment 1 includes a feeding and unwinding mechanism 1, an online printing mechanism 2, a handle manufacturing mechanism 3, a handle attaching mechanism 4, a paper bag forming mechanism 5, a paper bag forming mechanism 6, and a bag collecting mechanism 7.
As shown in fig. 1, the feeding and unwinding mechanism includes an unwinding frame 8, a feeding device 9 disposed on the unwinding frame, an air-expanding shaft 10 connected to the feeding device and used for loading a material roll to fix a paper core, an air-expanding shaft locking device 11 connected to the air-expanding shaft and used for locking the air-expanding shaft, a deviation correcting mechanism 12 disposed on the unwinding frame and used for automatically correcting the position of paper bags for unwinding the material roll, a tension sensor (not shown) for sensing and detecting the tension of the paper bags, and an unwinding operation panel 13 for controlling the unwinding action; an operator pushes the paper bag paper roll material 14 to the unreeling rack, and the paper core is fixed by charging through the air expansion shaft with the convex key type structure; the unreeling position is adjusted by utilizing a hydraulic lifting structure; unreel and adopt magnetic powder braking, automatic constant tension control, the mechanism of rectifying can correct the paper position automatically.
As shown in fig. 2, the inline printing mechanism includes a feeding portion 15 that receives the paper bag unwinding end of the feeding and unwinding mechanism, a printing portion 16 that receives the feeding portion and prints paper bags, a drying portion 17 that receives the printing portion and dries the paper bags, and a paper output portion 18 that receives the drying portion and outputs paper for the paper bags.
As shown in fig. 3, the handle making mechanism includes a handle placing device 19, a handle forming device 20 and a handle transmission device 21; the hand-held placing device comprises a hand-held machine 22 for placing a hand-held round rope, a positioning device 23 for pulling, positioning and forming the hand-held round rope into square waves, a double-layer sticker placing mechanism 24 for placing double-layer stickers, and a paper cord paper placing mechanism 25 for placing paper cord paper; the handle forming device comprises a glue melting device (not shown in the figure) for coating hot melt glue on the bottom surface of the double-layer paster, a stainless steel pressure tank for coating glue on the bottom surface of the paper rope paper, a glue spraying head (not shown in the figure), a paster punching device 26 for pasting and punching the other side of the handle round rope with the double-layer paster with the paper rope paper, and a handle cutting device 27 for longitudinally cutting the handle round rope with the square waves and the double-layer paster in a one-opening-two-opening mode along the transmission direction after the handle round rope and the double-layer paster are pasted; the hand-held double-layer sticker coil material is placed in a double-layer sticker discharging mechanism, the double-layer sticker is a double-layer prefabricated self-adhesive sticker, a hand-held round rope is driven by a hand-held machine to slide through a round rope ring and a chain section, the hand-held machine is driven by an independent servo motor and is adjusted by a floating roller to have the same speed with a production line, the double-layer sticker is coated with hot melt adhesive and glue water respectively, hot melt adhesive is provided by a glue melting device, and the glue water is supplied by a stainless steel pressure tank and a glue spraying head; the handle round rope is pasted with the double-layer paster to form a paster, and then punching is carried out, so that the subsequent accurate conveying and cutting of the handle are guaranteed; the cut handle is conveyed to a handle attaching mechanism of a bag making machine through a conveying device and the like. As shown in fig. 9, the handle includes a handle original rope 49 and a double-layered sticker 50.
As shown in fig. 4, the handle attaching mechanism includes a handle cutting device (not shown) for cutting the handle into individual handles, a handle glue applying device 28 for applying glue to the handle, a notch glue applying device (not shown) for receiving the paper output portion of the inline printing mechanism and cutting and applying glue to the position of attaching the handle to the paper bag, and a combining device 29 for combining the paper bag and the handle, attaching the handle to the paper bag, and compacting the combined paper bag and handle. The paper bag paper delivered by the on-line printing mechanism and the handle delivered by the handle making mechanism are converged at the handle attaching mechanism, and the handle cutting device is used for cutting the handle into single handles according to a specified length, then pasting the handles on specified positions of the paper bag paper, compacting the handles, and cutting and gluing the paper bag paper at positions corresponding to the handles before pasting.
As shown in fig. 10, the paper bag forming mechanism includes a paper bag forming base 51, a forming module 52 which is arranged on the paper bag forming base and is used for receiving the paper outlet end of the handle attaching mechanism and consists of a forming upper template and a forming lower template, a paper pressing wheel 53 which is arranged on the paper bag forming base and is used for pressing the paper bag paper out of the handle attaching mechanism, an edge inserting wheel 54 which is arranged at the middle position between the forming upper template and the forming lower template, an adjusting base hand wheel 55 which is connected with the edge inserting wheel and is used for installing the adjustable inserting depth of the edge inserting wheel, and an adjusting handle 56 which is arranged on the paper pressing wheel and can arbitrarily adjust the position of the paper pressing wheel; the paper pressing wheel is also provided with a balancing weight, and the paper bag forming machine base is also provided with a central fixing rod 57 for adjusting the forming upper template and the forming lower template to be fixed at the central position of the paper bag forming machine base. Selecting different forming upper templates and different forming lower templates according to different bag widths, and installing the forming upper templates and the forming lower template fixing seats at the center of the paper bag forming base; adjusting the edge inserting wheel according to the adjusted upper forming template and lower forming template to enable the edge inserting wheel to be in the middle of the upper forming template and the lower forming template, and adjusting the hand wheel of the adjusting seat according to the size of the clamping edge of the paper tubes of different bags to adjust the insertion depth of the edge inserting wheel; the large and small edges of the paper tube are formed by pressing paper pressing wheels, the positions of the paper pressing wheels are different for paper tubes with different bag widths and edge clamping; the position of the paper pressing wheel can be adjusted at will by loosening the adjusting handle on the paper pressing wheel; the counterweight on the paper pressing wheel can be optionally added or subtracted according to the requirement; the paper tube comes out from the forming upper template and the forming lower template, and the forming upper template and the forming lower template can be fixed at the central position of the paper bag forming machine base by adjusting the adjusting nut on the central fixing rod.
As shown in fig. 11, the paper bag forming mechanism includes a main machine mechanism and a main machine 58, and further includes a material pulling and drawing device 59, a cutting device 60, a conveying wheel device 61, a line pressing device 62, a bottom opening device 63, a bottom turning device 64, a square bottom forming large hub device 65, a bottom gluing device 66, a bottom inserting device 67, a bottom closing device 68, a control device (not shown), a conveying hub device 69 and a bag collecting large hub device 70. The host is driven by a servo motor.
As shown in fig. 12, the material pulling and drawing device includes a material pulling and drawing wheel 71 for pulling and drawing the paper tube from the paper bag forming mechanism, a drawing wheel locking screw 72 disposed on the material pulling and drawing wheel for locking the paper tube, a traction force pressure regulating handle 73 disposed on the material pulling and drawing wheel for regulating the tension and pressure of the material pulling and drawing wheel, and a releasing and pressing handle 74 engaged with the material pulling and drawing wheel for releasing the tension state. The paper tube can be tensioned by the pulling traction device and is pulled by proper pressure, the paper tube can be pulled by the pulling traction wheel, the paper bag paper can be pulled through the forming die plate component of the paper bag forming mechanism and is formed into a paper tube, and then the paper tube is sent to the cutting device for cutting. The material drawing traction wheel is driven by a servo motor, so that the paper drawing amount can be set in each rotation of the material drawing traction wheel.
As shown in fig. 13, 14 and 15, the cutting device includes an upper cutting roller 75, a lower cutting roller 76 disposed opposite to the lower cutting roller and rotating in opposite directions, an upper cutting blade seat 77 disposed at the bottom of the upper cutting roller, a cutting blade 78 mounted on the upper cutting blade seat and extending downward, and a lower cutting blade seat 79 disposed at the top of the lower cutting roller and engaged with the upper cutting blade seat to allow the cutting blade to slide in or out. The upper cutting roller drives the cutting knife in each rotation to cut the paper tube into a set length. The paper tube is cut off by a rotary sawtooth cutter or a flat cutter, and the cutting device is also provided with a photoelectric eye for automatically correcting the cutting length.
As shown in fig. 16, the transfer wheel assembly includes an upper press wheel 80 and a lower press wheel 81 for transferring the paper web exiting the cutting assembly. The conveying device is used for keeping stable paper tube tension when the cutting device cuts the paper tube. The transfer device further comprises an adjusting screw (not shown) and an adjusting gear (not shown) for adjusting the distance between the upper pressure and the lower pressure wheel.
As shown in fig. 17, the pressing device includes a pressing wheel 82, a first pressing line cutter 83 and a second pressing line cutter 84 mounted on the pressing wheel, a bed cutter wheel 85 mounted in cooperation with the pressing wheel, a first pressing line bed cutter 86 mounted on the bed cutter wheel and pressing lines in cooperation with the first pressing line cutter, and a second pressing line bed cutter 87 pressing lines in cooperation with the second pressing line cutter. The first line pressing bed knife and the second line pressing bed knife are arranged on the bed knife wheel through the bed knife fixing seats 89. The line pressing device can adjust the required size of the bottom width of the paper bag through the adjustable bottom indentation device.
The bottom opening device adopts a structure of a bottom opening roller and a bottom opening clamp, and the bottom opening roller is positioned above the square bottom forming large hub device to rotate; when the bag is operated, the bottom opening clamp extends into the clamping edge of the paper tube, and then the upper page of the clamping edge of the paper tube is pulled open to open the bag body. When the paper tube enters the square bottom forming large hub device, the bottom opening clamp can exit from the edge clamping area. The bottom opening device is also provided with a cam capable of adjusting the bottom width of the required paper bag. The open bottom device may also employ conventional open bottom configurations well known to those skilled in the art.
The bottom turning device is composed of a side guide plate and a middle guide rod, when the paper cylinder leaves the bottom opening roller, the side guide plate can flatten the opened bag bottom on the square bottom forming large hub device, so that the bag bottom can be prepared for gluing. The flip-bottom device may also employ a conventional flip-bottom structure as is well known to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, the square bottom molding large hub device includes a large hub wheel 90, and further includes a center clip 91, a first clip 92, a clip edge clip 93, a lining plate 94 and a second clip 95 mounted on the large hub wheel, wherein the second clip is mounted with a second clip web locking nut 96, and the center clip is mounted with a center clip web locking nut 97. After the bottom of the bag is opened, the operations of folding, bottom glue application, bottom sealing, flattening and the like can be completed on the large hub wheel. The central clamp on the surface of the large hub wheel can clamp the front edge of the paper tube, the edge clamping clamp of the large hub wheel can clamp the lower page of the paper tube to help the bag bottom to be opened on the bottom opening roller, and the first clamp and the second clamp on the large hub wheel can be opened, so that the paper tube can be inserted into the corresponding clamps by the insertion knife of the bottom inserting device. The large hub wheel is divided into four equal parts, and four bags can be made when the large hub wheel rotates for one circle. The square bottom forming large hub device is of a multilayer structure, and the central clamp, the first clamp, the second clamp and the edge clamping clamp can be synchronously adjusted, so that the size adjustment is facilitated.
The bottom glue feeding device comprises a glue feeding roller for feeding bottom glue, a glue conveying roller which is in contact with or close to the glue feeding roller to form bottom glue conveying, and a glue coating roller which is in contact with or close to the glue conveying roller and is used for coating the bottom of the paper tube bag; the glue roller is provided with glue coating rubber 98 for coating glue on the bag bottom 99. When the bag bottom is coated with glue, the bag bottom is taken up by a gluing roller, transferred onto a glue transfer roller and then coated on a glue coating roller, the glue coating rubber is provided with a U-shaped glue surface, and the base glue of the U-shaped glue surface is transferred to the bag bottom of the paper tube. As shown in fig. 20. The bottom gluing and the separation of the bottom gluing device are pneumatically controlled.
As shown in fig. 21, the bottom inserting device includes a bottom inserting cam 100, a bottom inserting knife 101 mounted on the bottom inserting cam, a bottom inserting knife fixing arm 102 and a bottom inserting knife swing arm 103 connected, mounted and matched with the bottom inserting knife, and a clamp fixing knife seat 104 mounted and matched with the bottom inserting knife is further provided on the first clamp and the second clamp of the square bottom forming large hub device. The bed knife will insert the open bag bottom into the first and second clamps. The slotting bottom knife can rotate back and forth, so that the slotting bottom knife can retract smoothly when the corresponding clamp is closed.
The bottom closing device comprises a bottom closing rod and a closing plate, the bottom closing rod is driven by a chain and can rotate at a speed higher than that of the paper tube and the large hub wheel to fold the hinges at the bottom of the second bag, and then the hinges at the bottom of the first bag (the front edge of the bottom of the bag) can contact the fixed closing plate to completely seal the bottom of the bag. The bottoming device may also be of a conventional bottoming construction as is well known to those skilled in the art.
Bags manufactured by large hub wheels of a large hub device with a square bottom are transmitted to a large bag collecting hub of the large bag collecting hub device through a transmission hub of the transmission hub device, and paper grippers are arranged on the transmission hub and the large bag collecting hub to clamp the front edge of the bottom of a finished bag and finally the finished bag is collected on a bag collecting mechanism. The conveying hub and the bag collecting large hub are synchronized with the main machine through gear transmission to ensure the accuracy of bag conveying.
As shown in fig. 5, the bag collecting mechanism includes a bag collecting machine 30 driven synchronously with the main machine, the bag collecting machine is provided with a flat belt 31 for conveying the paper bags corresponding to the bag outlet end of the paper bag forming mechanism, the side of the bag collecting machine is provided with a side handbag worktable 32, and the side bag collecting worktable is provided with a side handbag conveying belt 33 for conveying the paper bags. The bag collecting mechanism and the host machine are driven synchronously, and the host machine is conveyed to a collecting position by adopting a flat belt; the side bag collecting workbench adopts a conveying belt for conveying, and the finished product counting is automatically shifted according to the set number, so that the counting is convenient.
