Therefore, the positioning portion 321 can play a role in pre-positioning for installation of the fixing assembly 320 and the vehicle body, connection between the fixing assembly 320 and the vehicle body is facilitated, the positioning portion 321 can also prevent the fixing assembly 320 from being separated from the vehicle body through the stopping section 334, and connection strength between the fixing assembly 320 and the vehicle body is further improved.
Furthermore, the limiting bend 336 is disposed on one side of the first bending section 332 facing the second bending section 337, so that the stopping section 334 can stop at the inner side of the vehicle body to prevent the positioning portion 321 from separating from the vehicle body, and the stopping section 334 is connected to one end of the first bending section 332 far away from the connecting section 331 and extends towards the direction close to the second bending section 337, so that the interval between the stopping section 334 and the second bending section 337 is small, thereby reducing the overall volume of the fixing assembly 320 and facilitating connection with the vehicle body.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the connecting portion 331 is integrally formed with the first bending portion 332, and/or the connecting portion 331 is integrally formed with the second bending portion 337.
For example, the first bending section 332 and the second bending section 337 may be integrally formed with the connecting section 331, so as to improve the overall structural strength of the fixing component 320, and make the connection between the spraying positioning fixture 1 and the vehicle body more reliable.
Or, first section 332 and linkage segment 331 integrated into one piece and the second section 337 that bends do not with linkage segment 331 integrated into one piece, again or, first section 332 that bends does not bend with linkage segment 331 integrated into one piece and second section 337 and linkage segment 331 integrated into one piece, and thus, first section 332 that bends or the second section 337 that bends can machine-shaping alone, rethread welding links into an integrated entity with linkage segment 331, thereby be convenient for to the first section 332 that bends or the second section 337 that bends alone process, make the first section 332 that bends and the second section 337's that bends preparation more meticulous, the cost of manufacture is lower.

Claims (13)

2. The spraying positioning tool according to claim 1, wherein the first fixing members are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the main body, and the length direction of each first fixing member is perpendicular to the length direction of the main body.

The spray positioning tool of claim 1, wherein one end of the first fixing member extends beyond one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body and the other end of the first fixing member does not extend beyond the other of the upper surface and the lower surface of the main body, and the portion of the first fixing member extending beyond the main body is adapted to be connected with the tool box cover plate.
4. The spray positioning tooling of claim 3 wherein the other end of the first fixture is flush with the other of the upper and lower surfaces of the main body.
5. The spraying positioning tool of claim 3, further comprising:
the part of the first fixing piece, which exceeds the main body, is provided with a through hole, the first fixing piece penetrates through the through hole and is suitable for being connected with the tool box cover plate, and the length direction of the first fixing piece is perpendicular to the length direction of the main body and the length direction of the first fixing piece respectively.
6. The spraying positioning tool of claim 1, wherein the main body is provided with a first lightening hole extending along the length direction of the main body and penetrating through the main body;
the first fixing piece is provided with a second lightening hole which extends along the length direction of the first fixing piece and penetrates through the first fixing piece.
7. The spraying positioning tool of claim 1, wherein the second fixing member comprises:
a connection assembly extending in a length direction of the main body and having one end connected to the main body;
the fixed subassembly, the fixed subassembly with coupling assembling's the other end is connected and is equipped with location portion and fixed part, location portion is suitable for inserting the automobile body, the fixed part be suitable for with the body coupling.
8. The spraying positioning tool of claim 7, wherein the connecting assembly comprises:
one end of the first connecting rod is connected with the upper surface of the main body, and the other end of the first connecting rod is connected with the fixing component;
one end of the second connecting rod is connected with the lower surface of the main body, and the other end of the second connecting rod is connected with the fixing component;
wherein the other end of the first connecting rod and the other end of the second connecting rod are spaced apart along a length direction of the fixing assembly.
9. The spray positioning tool of claim 8, wherein one of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod extends along a length of the body;
the other one of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod comprises a first section and a second section which are connected, the first section is connected with the main body and extends along the length direction of the main body, the second section is connected with the fixing component, and the second section is gradually far away from the first connecting rod or the second connecting rod towards the direction close to the fixing component.
10. The spray positioning tooling of claim 7 wherein the fixed assembly comprises:
the fixed beam comprises a connecting section, a first bending section and a second bending section, the other end of the connecting assembly is connected with the connecting section, the first bending section is connected with one end of the connecting section, the positioning part is formed on the first bending section, and the second bending section is connected with the other end of the connecting section;
the mounting lug is arranged on one side, back to the first bending section, of the second bending section, the mounting lug is suitable for being connected with the vehicle body, and the mounting lug and the second bending section form the fixing part.
11. The spray positioning tooling of claim 10 wherein the first bend section comprises:
a support section connected with the connection section;
the stopping section is connected to one end, far away from the connecting section, of the supporting section and forms a limiting bend with the supporting section;
the limiting piece is sleeved on the supporting section;
the limiting bend is suitable for being inserted into the automobile body, and the limiting piece is stopped on the outer surface of the automobile body.
12. The spraying positioning tool according to claim 11, wherein the limiting bend is arranged on one side of the first bending section, which faces the second bending section.
