The sun protection is to prevent the skin from being sunburned, the epidermal cells of the skin excessively exposed to ultraviolet rays are damaged, the moisturizing capability of the skin is reduced, the skin becomes dry, fine wrinkles are generated if elastic fibers in the dermis layer are damaged, and severe exposure even causes skin inflammation, pigmented skin cancer and the like. To protect the skin against uv light, a variety of sunscreen products have appeared on the market, including: sunscreen oils, sunscreens (water-in-oil and oil-in-water), sunscreen cushions, roll-on sunscreens, and the like. However, the existing sunscreen product has a single dosage form and certain limitations, and innovative sunscreen products are few and lack novel sunscreen products with novel appearance and skin feel.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the microbead light sunscreen essence with the sunscreen oil beads, which is uniformly and stably distributed in a product on the premise of ensuring the sunscreen capability, has novel and unique appearance, good skin feel, safety and no stimulation.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the microbead light sunscreen essence with the sunscreen oil beads, which has the advantages of unique process, convenient operation and easy quality control.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a microbead light sunscreen essence with sunscreen oil beads comprises an oil phase and a water phase, wherein the oil phase forms oil beads which are dispersed in the water phase; the oil phase comprises a first sunscreen agent comprising ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, hexyl diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl benzoate, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, polysiloxane-15, and ethylhexyl salicylate, and a first thickener comprising behenyl alcohol; the aqueous phase includes a solvent and a second thickener including an acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer.
The key point in the formula of the invention is to select the behenyl alcohol as the oil phase solid thickener, and in the research and development process of the applicant, the oil beads cannot be well formed by trying to use different thickeners, and probably because of the difference of surface tension, the oil phase thickened by the behenyl alcohol has a proper surface tension value, so that the oil phase can be well formed into the oil beads. In order to make the oil phase better beading particles, applicants have tried a variety of thickeners, including solid waxes: the oil phase can not be formed into a lump during stirring and cooling processes of the solid waxes. After multiple screening, the behenyl alcohol is finally selected as a solid thickening agent, stable oil droplets can be well formed in the oil phase stirring and cooling process of the behenyl alcohol (the oil droplets are regular in shape, and can be kept stable at the temperature of 48 ℃ for resisting heat and at the temperature of-15 ℃) and are appropriate in hardness and good in smearing sense. The oil drop hardness is proper, and is represented as follows: 1. the coating feeling is appropriate, and the coating can be well pressed to coat on the premise of stable cold-resistant and heat-resistant conditions (the particles cannot be too soft, are not beneficial to long-distance transportation in summer and are easy to melt); 2. hardness and packing material match, cooperate the pump head bottle, and in the in-process of pressing, under the suitable circumstances of hardness, the pump head bottle can be very easily with the particle crushing.
In addition, the sunscreen essence provided by the invention has no emulsifier component, reduces irritation sources, and is safe and comfortable to use.

The second purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a microbead light sunscreen essence with sunscreen oil beads comprises the following steps:
adding the phase A into a first emulsifying pot, heating to completely dissolve the phase A until the phase A is transparent, and keeping the temperature for later use;
adding the phase B into a second emulsifying pot, stirring and heating, homogenizing until no particles are dispersed completely, then adding cooling water, stirring and cooling, and keeping the temperature;
setting the second emulsifying pot to be in a stirring state, adding the phase C, then adding the oil phase into the second emulsifying pot, controlling the stirring speed, stirring to obtain oil droplets with proper sizes, and keeping the rotating speed to boil cooling water for cooling;
stirring the second emulsifying pot, cooling to room temperature, fully cooling, adding the pre-dissolved phase D and phase E, uniformly stirring, adding the phase F, and fully and uniformly stirring;
sampling and inspecting, and discharging after the inspection is qualified.
The preparation process is very critical in the invention and is a technical difficulty which needs to be overcome in the research and development process. In order to control the size of oil droplets, the stirring speed needs to be found, the stirring speed is fast, the oil droplets are too small, or the oil droplets are directly stirred into particles with milky appearance, the stirring speed is low, the oil phase floats on the water phase, and the oil droplets cannot be formed, so that the proper oil droplet size can be formed by controlling the proper stirring speed. When the oil phase is added, the stirring speed is preferably 40-45r/min, and the particle size of the formed oil droplets is 1-2 mm.
In addition, the temperature is also a very critical point, in order to reduce the cooling time of the oil droplets, the oil droplets are rapidly cooled and formed, and finally the water phase is selected to be added into the oil phase at 55-60 ℃ after repeated screening, so that the oil phase is in a liquid state when being added, the oil phase is well formed, the formed oil droplets can be rapidly cooled, and the stirring time is reduced. The solid thickener has a relatively high melting point, and if the temperature of the water phase is lower than 55-60 ℃, when the oil phase is added into the water phase, the oil phase is cooled and agglomerated without being stirred into particles. If the temperature of the water phase is higher than 55-60 ℃, the stirring and cooling time is long, and the stirring is smaller when the stirring time of the particles is long, which is not beneficial to controlling the size of the particles.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the microbead light sunscreen essence with the sunscreen oil beads provided by the invention has the advantages that the sunscreen oil beads are uniformly and stably distributed in the product, and on the premise of ensuring the sunscreen capability, the microbead light sunscreen essence is novel and unique in appearance, good in skin feel, safe and free of stimulation. The formula of the invention needs to keep a balanced state, the selection of the thickening agent and the collocation of the components in the formula are very critical, the thickening agent can directly influence the forming of the oil droplets, the oil phase thickened by the behenyl alcohol has a proper surface tension value, so that the oil phase can be well formed into the oil droplets, the shape of the oil droplets is regular, the stability is good, and the oil droplets can be kept stable under the heat resistance of 48 ℃ and the cold resistance of-15 ℃.
(2) According to the microbead light sunscreen essence with sunscreen oil beads, the formula does not contain an emulsifier, the traditional sunscreen formula almost contains the emulsifier, the emulsifier has certain irritation, the irritation can be reduced without adding the emulsifier, the skin feel is more water-based, and the skin feel requirement of the sunscreen formula is met.
(3) According to the preparation method of the microbead light sun-screening essence with the sun-screening oil beads, the oily solid thickening agent is added into the oil phase, the oil phase is in a liquid state in the heating process, and the oil phase is solidified when stirring and cooling are kept.
(4) According to the preparation method of the microbead light sunscreen essence with sunscreen oil beads, oil bead particles are uniformly stirred in the stirring and forming process, and the external phase carrier is in a jelly state with a certain consistency, so that the appearance of the product is in a uniform state. The invention adopts a special process to innovate the sun-screening agent formulation, has novel appearance and unique skin feel, and is different from the traditional sun-screening agent formulation on the market. In the preparation process, the precise control of the preparation process parameters is very critical, and the unique appearance of the product can be achieved only by depending on the precise control of the production process.
