Third group: blank group, namely, 26 parts of giant salamander oligopeptide prepared in example 1 and 10 parts of deionized water are mixed uniformly to form oral liquid.

The results are shown in table 1, and it can be seen from table 1 that the bitter taste and the fishy smell of the oral liquid of the first group are almost not existed, which also proves that the bitter taste and the fishy smell of the giant salamander oligopeptide can be really and remarkably reduced by compounding the licorice extract, the kudzu root extract and the giant salamander oligopeptide.

1. The giant salamander oligopeptide health-care product is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of giant salamander oligopeptide, 3-5 parts of liquorice extract and 2-4 parts of kudzu root extract.
2. The giant salamander oligopeptide health product according to claim 1, which is characterized by further comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of schisandra chinensis polysaccharide, 5-7 parts of blackberry juice and 4-6 parts of apple juice.
3. The giant salamander oligopeptide health product according to claim 1, wherein the content of peptides with molecular weight of less than 600Da in the giant salamander oligopeptide is more than 80%, and the content of peptides with molecular weight of less than 2000Da is more than 99%.
4. The giant salamander oligopeptide health product according to claim 3, wherein the giant salamander oligopeptide is obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of giant salamander whole fish with a complex enzyme; the complex enzyme comprises papain, trypsin and flavourzyme.
5. The giant salamander oligopeptide health product according to claim 4, wherein the giant salamander oligopeptide is prepared by the following process:
(1) removing gills and intestinal tracts of giant salamanders, cleaning to obtain meat paste, and adding water to the meat paste to prepare meat pulp by a colloid mill;
(2) adding papain in an amount of 0.1-0.3% of the pulp, trypsin in an amount of 0.1-0.3% of the pulp and flavourzyme in an amount of 0.05-0.1% of the pulp, performing enzymolysis at 45-55 deg.C for 4-8h, and inactivating enzyme; filtering, centrifuging and taking supernatant to obtain the giant salamander oligopeptide.
6. The giant salamander oligopeptide health product of claim 5, wherein the enzyme deactivation conditions are as follows: and (3) at 95 ℃ for 15 min.
7. The giant salamander oligopeptide health product according to claim 5, wherein the centrifugation conditions are 5000-14000 rpm.
