一种显示面板及显示装置,显示面板包括:衬底基板(10);第一电极;第二电极;有机发光功能层;行扫描驱动电路(11),位于周边区域(B)内;第一平坦层(12),位于行扫描驱动电路(11)背离衬底基板(10)的一侧;固定电位信号线(13),位于周边区域(B)内;固定电位信号线(13)包括:第一导电部(131),以及第二导电部(132);第二导电部(132)位于第一平坦层(12)背离衬底基板(10)的一侧,第二导电部(132)在衬底基板(10)上的正投影与行扫描驱动电路(11)在衬底基板(10)上的正投影具有交叠区域;第二导电部(132)包括多个第一通孔(V1);导电连接层(14),位于第二导电部(132)背离衬底基板(10)的一侧,且导电连接层(14)与第一电极同层设置;导电连接层(14)与第二导电部(132)至少在第二导电部(132)与行扫描驱动电路(11)之间的交叠区域内直接接触。
