One possible elongate shank 3 is a cylindrical hollow tube which is screwed to the handle 1. The handle 1 is used to provide a grip. The first clamping end 5 is fixed on the lengthened handle 3 through threads or welding, and the lengthened handle 3 is used for prolonging the space distance for operation. The clamping handle 4 is fixed on the first clamping end 5, and optionally, the clamping handle 4 and the first clamping end 5 are of an integrated structure.
