the displacement plate is sleeved on the positioning shaft and the threaded shaft at the same time, the threaded shaft is in threaded connection with the displacement plate, and the thread directions of the two displacement plates are opposite;
the rotating motor is arranged on the displacement plate;

the labeling support is arranged on the base;
the labeling cylinder is arranged on the labeling support;
the labeling roller is arranged on the labeling cylinder;
the labeling bracket is arranged above the plate;
when the labeling film is wound around the extension block after passing through the pressing roller and is rolled by the rolling device, the label is adhered to the plate, and the labeling cylinder drives the labeling roller to be close to the plate so as to firmly adhere the label to the plate.
