The first rubber spray pipe 5 is arranged among the protective film roll 1, the protective pad roll 3, the pinch driven roller 8 and the pinch roller 7.
The film roll 11 is coaxially mounted on a film roll air-expansion shaft 12, the wrapping driven roller 13 is rotatably provided, and the film roll 11 is located on the upper side of the wrapping driven roller 13. The up-down position of the packing driven roller 13 is adjustable. The up-down position adjustment of the packaging driven roller 13 is realized through a packaging driven pressure spring. By the structure, the protection pad and the protection film can be tightly attached to the film roll 11 by the packaging driven roller 13, so that the attachment of the film roll 11 can be ensured, and the packaging effect of the film roll 11 can be improved.
The guide plate 10 is arranged among the pinch driven roller 8, the pinch roller 7, the film roll 11 and the packaging driven roller 13, a cutting groove 14 is formed in the guide plate 10, the transverse cutting knife 9 can be arranged above the cutting groove 14 of the guide plate 10 in a lifting mode, and the second glue spraying tube 6 is arranged on the right side of the transverse cutting knife 9.

The transverse cutter 9 is an electric heating transverse cutter, has reasonable structure, can realize the quick cutting of the protective film and the protective pad, and has smooth cut surface.
Through the technical scheme, when the automatic packaging equipment for the film roll is used, the pinch roll 7 rotates anticlockwise, the protection pad and the protection film are tightly attached between the pinch roll 7 and the pinch driven roll 8 under the action of the pinch driven pressure spring, and the pinch roll 7 and the pinch driven roll 8 drive the protection pad and the protection film to be conveyed rightwards. When the protection pad and the protection film pass through the first glue spraying pipe 5, glue is sprayed out of the first glue spraying pipe 5 and is adhered to the protection pad, and the protection pad and the protection film pass between the pinch roll 7 and the pinch driven roll 8 and adhere to the front ends of the protection pad and the protection film. Under the action of the pinch roller 7 and the pinch driven roller 8, the protective pad and film pass through the guide plate 10 into between the film roll 11 and the wrapping driven roller 13. When the protection pad and the protection film pass through the second glue-spraying tube 6 before the protection pad and the protection film enter between the film roll 11 and the packing driven roller 13, the second glue-spraying tube 6 sprays glue to adhere to the upper side of the protection film.
