At present, the concrete beam recycling is mainly to recycle the main reinforcing steel bars, and the main reinforcing steel bars after the concrete blocks are cleaned are generally required to be cut according to recycling convenience.
During the cutting process, the existing cutting machine can be used certainly; but the current commercial shearing machines are specially designed for shearing steel plates, the shearing pressure is higher, and the corresponding machine frames and other structures are designed firmly; but the application to the shearing of the main reinforcement of the concrete beam undoubtedly increases the equipment cost. a lower cutter holder is arranged below the shearing driving device, and a lower blade is fixed on the lower cutter holder;
the upper blade is driven by the shearing driving device to move towards the lower blade, and the upper blade is sheared and attached to the lower blade;
four corners of the portal frame are provided with 4 vertically arranged guide upright posts; the shearing driving device is arranged between the guide upright posts on the two sides of the frame; the upper cutter holder is arranged between the left and right 2 shearing driving devices.
As a further improvement of the invention, a plurality of guide wheels are arranged on two sides of the upper cutter holder and roll along the inner vertical surface of the guide upright post.

The cutting driving device 62 is vertically arranged and can be driven by a hydraulic cylinder; the piston rod of the shearing driving device 62 is connected with an upper cutter holder 63, and the tail end of the upper cutter holder is fixed with an upper blade 64; correspondingly, a lower tool apron 65 is arranged below the shearing driving device 62, a lower blade 66 is fixed on the lower tool apron 65, the upper blade 64 is driven by the shearing driving device 62 and the upper tool apron 63 to move towards the lower blade 66, the upper blade 64 and the lower blade 66 shear to cut off the main steel bars, and specifically, the shearing driving device 62 can act according to the required length of the main steel bars, so that the steel bars with the required length are obtained; during shearing, portions of the rebar slivers, particularly the stirrups that have been sheared off but remain on the main rebar, may fall further and slide out through the stripper plate 67 into a waste collection pit.
The sheared main reinforcing steel bars intensively enter the main reinforcing steel bar collecting machine 7, so that the main reinforcing steel bars are conveniently and intensively recycled.
The improvement of the gantry clipping machine of the invention is that, as shown in fig. 3, the main steel bar clipping machine 6 is a gantry clipping machine, and 4 vertically arranged guide upright columns 69 are arranged at four corners; the shearing driving device 62 is arranged between the guide columns 69 on the two sides of the frame, and the upper tool apron 63 is fixed between the left and right 2 shearing driving devices 62 through a mounting seat; a plurality of guide wheels 68 are mounted on two sides of the upper tool apron 63, and the guide wheels 68 roll along the inner vertical surface of the guide upright post 69 to limit and guide the lifting motion of the upper tool apron 63; the guide wheel 68 is positioned above the upper blade 64; therefore, after the upper blade 64 is pressed downwards for shearing, the guide wheel 68 is still positioned above the lower blade seat 65, and no collision occurs.
According to the gantry shearing machine, aiming at the small pressure shearing requirements of objects such as reinforcing steel bars and the like, a frame type gantry structure is adopted, the shearing driving devices 62 are arranged on two sides of a gantry and are driven synchronously, and more stable shearing force is provided; compared with the existing gantry shears, the gantry shears have the advantages that the frame structure is greatly simplified, the gantry shears can be formed by welding finished section steel, and the complex frame welding work is avoided; the shearing driving devices 62 are arranged on two sides, so that the length of the shearing force arm is increased, and accordingly, the oil cylinder with smaller pressure can be adopted for shearing operation; the overall manufacturing cost of the device is significantly reduced.
