the collecting hopper of the waste output machine is arranged right below the working platform of the rolling crusher; the working platform of the rolling crusher is a hollow plate;
the inlet of the material conveying belt is positioned below the aggregate bin; the material conveyer belt is arranged outwards.
6. The apparatus for recycling main reinforcing bars in a concrete beam according to claim 2, wherein the main reinforcing bar shearing machine includes a feed port, a shearing driving device, an upper blade holder, an upper blade, a lower blade holder, and a lower blade;
the feed inlet is positioned at the feed end of the main steel bar shearing machine and is conical;
the shearing driving device is vertically arranged, and a driving end of the shearing driving device vertically extends and retracts; an upper knife holder is connected to a moving rod of the shearing driving device, and an upper blade is fixed at the tail end of the upper knife holder; a lower cutter holder is arranged below the shearing driving device, and a lower blade is fixed on the lower cutter holder;
the upper blade is driven by the shearing driving device and the upper blade holder to move towards the lower blade, and the upper blade and the lower blade move relatively to shear to cut off the main steel bars;
the shearing drive device moves intermittently.

a piston rod of the main hydraulic oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the shearing blade, and the shearing blade is driven to vertically extend and retract by the extension and retraction movement of the piston rod; and a piston rod of the main hydraulic oil cylinder drives the shearing blade to intermittently press down.
9. The apparatus for recycling a reinforcing bar in a concrete beam according to claim 8, wherein said crusher is further provided with a main cylinder moving mechanism for vertically moving said main cylinder and staying at an arbitrary height position.
