The invention provides a scrap steel shearing machine which comprises a rack, a shearing oil cylinder, a tool rest and a material pressing device, wherein the shearing oil cylinder is arranged on the rack; the frame is of a plate structure and comprises a left wall plate, a right wall plate, a base and a cross beam; the left wall plate and the right wall plate are connected to two sides of the base through welding; the cross beam is detachably connected between the left wall plate and the right wall plate through a fastener; one end of the shearing oil cylinder is hinged between the left wall plate and the right wall plate above the rack; the top end of a piston rod of the shearing oil cylinder is hinged with a tool rest; the tail end of the tool rest is hinged to the middle of the rack through a tool rest shaft; the material pressing device comprises a material pressing head, and the material pressing head is driven by a connecting rod mechanism. The whole machine of the invention adopts a plate type structure design, and is convenient to assemble and maintain; and the material pressing head is driven by a link mechanism, so that the operation speed is high, and the operation is stable and reliable.

the left wall plate and the right wall plate are connected to two sides of the base through welding; the cross beam is detachably connected between the left wall plate and the right wall plate through a fastener;
one end of the shearing oil cylinder is hinged between the left wall plate and the right wall plate above the rack; the top end of a piston rod of the shearing oil cylinder is hinged with a tool rest; the tail end of the tool rest is hinged to the middle of the rack through a tool rest shaft; the cutter frame can rotate around a cutter frame shaft under the driving of the shearing oil cylinder;
the material pressing device comprises a material pressing head, and the material pressing head is driven by a connecting rod mechanism.
As a further improvement of the invention, the pressing device comprises a pressing head; a material pressing frame is welded on the side face of the left wall plate of the rack and comprises a right beam, a left beam and an upper beam; the material pressing head is driven by a connecting rod mechanism to vertically lift and move in a frame space formed by the right beam and the left beam.

Preferably, the number of the upper connecting pieces and the number of the lower connecting pieces are 2, and the connecting rod groups formed by the upper connecting pieces and the lower connecting pieces in 2 groups are parallel to each other; and the end part of a piston rod of the material pressing oil cylinder is hinged with one of the connecting piece hinge shafts.
Furthermore, a material pressing cylinder connecting piece is hinged between the hinging shafts of the 2 groups of connecting pieces.
As a further improvement of the invention, two sides of the material pressing head are provided with limiting wheels which are clamped between the right beam and the left beam.
When the shearing device works, the scrap steel to be sheared is placed in the pressing device, the pressing oil cylinder is started, and the pressing head is driven to press the scrap steel; and then the shearing oil cylinder is started to drive the tool rest to move downwards to complete the shearing of the scrap steel, so that the one-time shearing process is finished.
Compared with the prior art, the scrap steel shearing machine has the following advantages:
(1) the whole machine adopts a plate type structure design, and is convenient to assemble and maintain;
(2) the material pressing head is driven by a link mechanism, and the telescopic movement speed of the material pressing oil cylinder is amplified by the link mechanism, so that the material pressing speed is effectively increased, and the working efficiency is improved;
(3) the output force of the material pressing oil cylinder is changed by the downward pressing force after being converted by the connecting rod mechanism, and the pressing force of the material pressing device can be effectively increased step by adopting the connecting rod mechanism, so that the material pressing process is more stable, and the use safety performance is improved;
(4) the limiting wheels are arranged on the two sides of the pressing head, so that sliding friction is converted into rolling friction, the friction force is reduced, the jamming in the pressing process of the pressing head is reduced, and the pressing process is more stable;
(5) the whole machine has reasonable structural design, convenient use and maintenance and prolonged service life.

Preferably, 2 upper connecting pieces 11 and 2 lower connecting pieces 13 are arranged, and the connecting rod groups formed by the upper connecting pieces 11 and the lower connecting pieces 13 in 2 groups are parallel to each other; the end part of a piston rod of the material pressing oil cylinder 8 is hinged with one of the connecting piece hinge shafts.

When the shearing device works, the scrap steel to be sheared is placed in the material pressing device, the material pressing oil cylinder 8 is started to drive the material pressing head 14 to press the scrap steel, then the shearing oil cylinder 2 is started to drive the tool rest to move downwards to complete shearing of the scrap steel, and the shearing process is finished once.

the left wall plate and the right wall plate are connected to two sides of the base through welding; the cross beam is detachably connected between the left wall plate and the right wall plate through a fastener;
one end of the shearing oil cylinder is hinged between the left wall plate and the right wall plate above the rack; the top end of a piston rod of the shearing oil cylinder is hinged with a tool rest; the tail end of the tool rest is hinged to the middle of the rack through a tool rest shaft; the cutter frame can rotate around a cutter frame shaft under the driving of the shearing oil cylinder;
the material pressing device comprises a material pressing head, and the material pressing head is driven by a connecting rod mechanism.
