The heater 2 comprises a bottom heater and a top heater, wherein the top heater is arranged in the inner container 1 and provides a heat source for food to be roasted from the upper part; from the overall safety, aesthetic property and the easy clearance consideration of oven, the top heater is installed inside inner bag 1, and the hidden design is selected to the bottom heater, installs in inner bag 1 cavity outside.

The top surface of the base 31 is provided with a heating part 311; the cover 32 is connected to the base 31, the cover 32 is provided with a heat conducting portion, and the heat conducting portion is disposed opposite to the heating portion 311, so that the base 31 and the cover 32 simultaneously receive and store heat of the heater 2.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the heating plate 3 is placed between the base 31 and the cover 32 after preheating.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the height of the heating part 311 is 5mm, and the area of the heating part 311 accounts for 50% of the total area of the susceptor 31; the area of the heat conduction portion accounts for 60% of the total area of the cover plate 32.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the heat conducting portion includes a plurality of heat transmitting holes 321, and the plurality of heat transmitting holes 21 are uniformly distributed;
according to some embodiments of the present application, the heating portion includes a plurality of heating ribs 311, and the plurality of heating ribs 311 are uniformly distributed;
the heating ribs 311 and the heat penetration holes 321 are uniformly distributed, and the position and the size of the heat penetration holes 321 are matched with those of the heating ribs 311.
The heat transmission holes 321 of the upper heating plate cover plate 32 and the heating ribs 311 on the lower heating plate base 31 are designed to be uniformly distributed.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the top surface of the base 31 is provided with an oil flowing groove 312 and an oil receiving groove 313; the bottom of the oil receiving groove 313 is flush with the bottom of the base supporting leg 315;
the tail part of the oil flowing groove 312 is obliquely provided with a buffer part 314, the buffer part and the horizontal plane form an included angle of 0-45 degrees, and the buffer part 314 is connected with an oil receiving groove 313.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a gap between any adjacent heating ribs 311 forms an oil flow groove 312, the oil flow groove 312 extends to the oil receiving groove 313, and the volume of the oil receiving groove 313 is not particularly limited.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the base 31 is connected to the cover 32 separately.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the cover 32 is provided with a plurality of position-limiting portions 322 at the outer edge thereof to limit the cover 32 to be connected to the base 31.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the position-limiting portion 322 is disposed on the left and right sides of the cover plate 32 and connected to the base 31; the rear side of the cover plate 32 extends outwardly to a top position of the oil receiving groove 313.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a position-limiting portion 322 is disposed on an outer edge of the cover plate 32 facing the oven outlet, and an external handle passing hole 324 is formed on the position-limiting portion 322.

According to the fifth design of this application, owing to improved the structure of base, the base top surface is provided with the oil groove of flowing and connects the oil groove, and the clearance between arbitrary adjacent heating muscle forms the oil groove of flowing, and the oil groove of flowing extends to and connects the oil groove, and the juice that food heating produced can flow to through the oil groove of flowing direction and connect the oil groove in, guarantees the clean health of food, reduces the oil smoke and wash more conveniently.

Claims (10)

1. An oven, comprising:
a box body;
the heater is arranged in the box body;
the inner container is arranged in the box body;
the heating plate is detachably arranged in the inner container;
the heating plate includes:
the top surface of the base is provided with a heating part;
the cover plate is connected to the base, a heat conducting portion is formed in the cover plate, and the heat conducting portion and the heating portion are arranged oppositely, so that the base and the cover plate can receive and store heat emitted by the heater simultaneously.
2. The oven of claim 1, wherein the heater section has a height of 1-20mm and an area of the heater section is 20-80% of a total area of the base.

4. An oven as claimed in claim 1 wherein said heat conducting portion includes a plurality of heat permeable apertures, said plurality of heat permeable apertures being evenly distributed.
5. An oven as claimed in claim 4 wherein said heating portion comprises a plurality of heating ribs, said plurality of heating ribs being evenly distributed;
the position and the size of the heat penetration hole are matched with those of the heating rib.
6. The oven of claim 5, wherein said base top surface is provided with oil flow grooves and oil receiving grooves;
the gap between any adjacent heating ribs forms the oil flowing groove, and the oil flowing groove extends to the oil receiving groove.
7. A baking oven as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the tail of said oil flow groove is provided with a buffer part in an inclined manner, and said buffer part is connected with said oil receiving groove.
8. A toaster according to claim 1, wherein the cover is provided with a plurality of detents on its periphery to limit the attachment of the cover to the base.
9. An oven as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 wherein said heater comprises:
the bottom heater is arranged outside the inner container;
and the top heater is arranged inside the inner container and used for heating the heating plate.
10. The oven of claim 9, wherein said inner container side wall is symmetrically provided with rail brackets, said rail brackets are fittingly mounted with a grill, and said heating plate is mounted on said grill.
