3) when one end of a wire harness enters a cutter position, the cutting of the end part of the wire harness is started for the first time, because the wire feeder 4 is continuously and automatically pushed, when the other end of the cut wire harness is positioned at the cutter position, the cutting of the end part of the wire harness is started for the second time, the skin of the cut wire harness is removed through the wire stripper 6, and when one end of the wire harness enters the wire stripper 6, the wire stripping operation of the end part of the wire harness is started for the first time;
