(1) selecting materials: selecting 30D-100D shape memory spandex and 16 s-60 s cotton yarn as raw materials;
(2) weaving: weaving by adopting a single-sided multi-needle-path circular machine to obtain shape memory weft-knitted cotton ammonia grey cloth;
(3) presetting: the speed of a setting machine is 10-50 m/min, the overfeed amount is 5-50%, and the presetting temperature is 130-200 ℃;
(4) dyeing: dyeing and heat preservation conditions are 60-100 ℃ and 60-120 min;
(5) final shaping: the speed of the setting machine is 10-50 m/min, and the final setting temperature is 130-200 ℃.

The dyeing and finishing process according to claim 4, characterized in that the single-side multi-needle track circular machine has a machine number of E18-32, a cylinder diameter of 30-34 inches, and a loop forming system of 90-108 paths; the machine speed of the single-sided multi-needle path circular machine is 8 rpm-25 rpm.
6. Dyeing and finishing process according to claim 4, characterized in that the weft-knitted elastic easy-care shirt fabric weave structure is a plain weave, a single bead weave or a double bead weave.
7. The dyeing and finishing process according to claim 4, characterized in that the shape memory spandex draft ratio is 2-5; the weaving tension of the shape memory spandex is 1-6 cN, and the weaving tension of the cotton yarn is 2-8 cN.
8. The dyeing and finishing process according to claim 4, characterized in that the shape memory spandex content is 2-15% and the cotton yarn content is 75-98%.

The dyeing and finishing process according to claim 4, characterized in that the length of the setting machine is 15-30 m; the pre-setting condition is that the shaping is directly carried out by clear water without adding auxiliary agent; the reagents used in the oxygen bleaching process are alkali and hydrogen peroxide, and the oxygen bleaching time is 2-5 h; the post-treatment washing during dyeing is soaping treatment, and the treatment time is 2-5 h; the dye used in dyeing is a reactive dye; the dye liquor-bath ratio is 1: 3-8.
