At present, lithium-based lubricating grease is most widely applied in China, generally can be used for a long time at a temperature of below 130 ℃ and for a short time at a temperature of below 150 ℃, and has the characteristics of good economy, wide application range and the like compared with other lubricating grease.
The oxidation stability of the lubricating grease is used as an important evaluation index of the quality and the service life of the lubricating grease, the main influencing factors of the oxidation stability and the high-temperature stability of the lubricating grease are base oil, antioxidant and soap base type, and the base oil is generally selected from paraffin base oil and synthetic hydrocarbon base oil with high viscosity index and good high-temperature performance. In addition, the antioxidant can greatly improve the high-temperature stability and oxidation stability of the lubricating grease, and the high-temperature lubricating grease mainly comprises lithium complex lubricating grease, calcium complex sulfonate lubricating grease, polyurea lubricating grease and the like. 0.5 to 5 percent of viscosity improver;
wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%.
2. The high temperature resistant long life grease of claim 1,
the base oil comprises naphthenic base oil and PAO base oil,
the thickening agent is lithium dodecahydroxy stearate-based soap,
the antioxidant comprises aromatic hydrocarbon derivatives, octyl/amyl diphenylamine and alkyl p-cresol,
the viscosity improver is ethylene-propylene copolymer.
3. The high temperature resistant long life grease of claim 2 wherein the ratio of aromatic hydrocarbon derivative, octyl/amyl diphenylamine, alkyl-p-cresol is 2-40:1: 1.
4. The grease of claim 2, wherein the aromatic hydrocarbon derivative is an alkyl poly benzyl toluene derivative, and the alkyl poly benzyl toluene derivative is friedel-crafts alkene.
5. A method for preparing the high temperature resistant long life grease of claim 2, comprising the steps of:
step 1: adding 30% of base oil and lithium dodecahydroxystearate soap into a reaction kettle according to mass fraction, and heating to 180 ℃;
step 2: adding 20-25% of base oil, and heating to 210 ℃;
and step 3: adding the rest base oil, cooling, and grinding into base grease;
and 4, step 4: adding extreme pressure antiwear agent, antioxidant, anticorrosive additive and viscosity improver, stirring, grinding twice, filtering and degassing to obtain the high temperature resisting antioxidant lithium base grease.
