the pallet is conveyed to the initial height by the hoist 2-5 in the four-way vehicle dense warehouse, and is conveyed to the second pallet cross-floor hoist warehouse-in and warehouse-out port 2-7 through the reverse movement of the pallet conveying roller line 2-4 and the second pallet conveying chain machine 2-3.
In this embodiment, the storage operation performed in the third-floor refrigerator 3 is specifically:

Claims (7)
1. A multi-deck cold chain warehouse unmanned cross-floor cargo delivery system, comprising: a building body (6), a first-floor normal temperature warehouse (1), a second-floor cold warehouse (2), a third-floor cold warehouse (3), a material box cross-floor elevator (4) and a tray cross-floor elevator (5);
the first-floor normal-temperature warehouse (1), the second-floor cold storage (2) and the third-floor cold storage (3) are sequentially arranged inside the building body (6) from bottom to top, and the material box cross-floor elevator (4) and the tray cross-floor elevator (5) are arranged outside the building body (6);
the workbin cross-floor elevator (4) is used for conveying the workbin from first floor to third floor or conveying the workbin from third floor to first floor;
the tray cross-floor elevator (5) is used for conveying the tray from first floor to second floor or conveying the tray from second floor to first floor;
the second floor refrigeration house (2) comprises: the second pallet cross-floor elevator warehouse-in and warehouse-out port (2-7), pallet four-way vehicles (2-1), four-way vehicle shelves (2-2), a second pallet conveying chain machine (2-3), pallet conveying roller lines (2-4), a four-way vehicle intensive warehouse internal elevator (2-5) and an abnormal warehouse-out port (2-6);
one end of a second tray cross-floor elevator entrance (2-7) is connected with the tray cross-floor elevator (5), the other end of the second tray cross-floor elevator entrance (2-7) is connected with one end of a second tray conveying chain machine (2-3), the other end of the second tray conveying chain machine (2-3) is connected with one end of a tray conveying roller line (2-4), the other end of the tray conveying roller line (2-4) is connected with one end of a four-way vehicle intensive warehouse inner elevator (2-5), the other end of the four-way vehicle intensive warehouse inner elevator (2-5) is connected with the abnormal entrance (2-6), the four-way vehicle intensive warehouse inner elevator (2-5) is arranged at one end of a four-way vehicle goods shelf (2-2), and the tray four-way vehicle (2-1) can be arranged in the four-way vehicle goods shelf (2-2) in a four-way vehicle movable manner;
the third-floor refrigeration house (3) comprises: the second material box cross-floor elevator entrance and exit opening (3-2), a material box conveying unit, a first material box shelf unit, a second material box shelf unit, a third material box shelf unit and a fourth material box shelf unit;
one end of the second bin cross-floor elevator entrance (3-2) is connected with the bin cross-floor elevator (4), and the other end is connected with one end of the bin conveying unit;
the first material box shelf unit, the second material box shelf unit, the third material box shelf unit and the fourth material box shelf unit have the same structure, and are connected with the other end of the material box conveying unit in parallel;
the first bin shelf unit includes: a bin stacker track (3-1), a first bin shelf (3-3) and a second bin shelf (3-4); the bin stacker track (3-1) is arranged in parallel between the first bin shelf (3-3) and the second bin shelf (3-4);
the bin transfer unit includes: the automatic weighing device comprises a feed box input line (3-5), a feed box conveying roller line, a first code reader (3-6), a second code reader (3-7), a third code reader (3-8), a first unread code removing port (3-11), a second unread code removing port (3-10) and a weighing belt conveyor (3-9);
the bin transfer drum line includes: the device comprises a first conveying line (3-12), a second conveying line (3-13), a third conveying line (3-14) and a fourth conveying line (3-15), wherein the first conveying line (3-12), the second conveying line (3-13), the fourth conveying line (3-15) and the third conveying line (3-14) are sequentially connected end to form a rectangle;
one end of the feed box input line (3-5) is connected with the second feed box cross-floor elevator entrance (3-2), and the other end of the feed box input line (3-5) is connected with the feed box conveying roller line; the first unread code removing port (3-11) is positioned at the other end of the feed box input line (3-5), and the first code reader (3-6) is arranged at the joint of the first unread code removing port (3-11) and the feed box input line (3-5);
the first material box goods shelf unit, the second material box goods shelf unit, the third material box goods shelf unit and the fourth material box goods shelf unit are vertically connected with the second conveying line (3-13), the second unread code removing opening (3-10) is located at the joint of the first conveying line (3-12) and the third conveying line (3-14), and the third conveying line (3-14) is sequentially provided with the second code reader (3-7), the third code reader (3-8) and the weighing belt conveyor (3-9) along the conveying direction.
2. The multi-deck cold chain warehouse unmanned cross-floor cargo delivery system according to claim 1, wherein the first floor room temperature warehouse (1) comprises: the first material box cross-floor elevator entrance/exit opening (1-1), the first tray cross-floor elevator entrance/exit opening (1-2), the entrance/exit opening conveying chain machine (1-3), the first tray conveying unit, the second tray conveying unit and the first tray stacker track (1-4);
the first material box cross-floor elevator entrance (1-1) is connected with the material box cross-floor elevator (4);
the first tray cross-floor elevator entrance/exit opening (1-2) is connected with the tray cross-floor elevator (5) through the entrance/exit opening conveying chain machine (1-3);
the first tray conveying unit and the second tray conveying unit have the same structure;
the first tray conveying unit, the first tray stacker rails (1-4) and the second tray conveying unit are arranged in the first floor normal-temperature warehouse (1) in parallel, and the first tray conveying unit is connected with the second tray conveying unit through the first tray stacker rails (1-4);
the first tray conveying unit includes: the tray conveying chain machine comprises a first tray conveying chain machine (1-5) and a tray goods shelf (1-6), wherein one end of the first tray conveying chain machine (1-5) is connected with one end of the tray goods shelf (1-6).
3. A multi-layer cold chain warehouse unmanned cross-floor cargo delivery method implemented based on the multi-layer cold chain warehouse unmanned cross-floor cargo delivery system as claimed in any one of claims 1-2, comprising:
acquiring a task instruction, and performing a corresponding task according to the task instruction;
if the task instruction is a storage tray, the tray is transported from a first-floor normal-temperature warehouse (1) to a second-floor cold warehouse (2) through a tray cross-floor elevator (5), and storage operation is carried out in the second-floor cold warehouse (2);
if the task instruction is that the pallet is taken out, taking out operation is carried out in a second-floor refrigerator (2), and the pallet is transported from the second-floor refrigerator (2) to a first-floor normal-temperature refrigerator (1) through a pallet cross-floor elevator (5);
if the task instruction is to store the feed box, the feed box is transported from a first-floor normal-temperature warehouse (1) to a third-floor cold storage (3) through a cross-floor elevator (4), and the storage operation is carried out in the third-floor cold storage (3);
and if the task instruction is that the bin is taken out, taking out operation is performed on the third-floor refrigerator (3), and the bin is transported from the third-floor refrigerator (3) to the first-floor normal-temperature refrigerator (1) through a bin cross-floor elevator (4).
4. The multi-layer cold chain warehouse unmanned cross-floor cargo conveying method according to claim 3, wherein the storage operation performed in the second-floor refrigerator (2) is specifically as follows:
the pallets are conveyed to an internal elevator (2-5) of the four-way vehicle dense warehouse from a second pallet cross-floor elevator input-output port (2-7) through a second pallet conveying chain machine (2-3) and a pallet conveying roller line (2-4), and pallet information is detected;
if the tray information is wrong, putting the tray into a recovery area through an abnormal access port (2-6);
otherwise, the tray is lifted to a preset storage height through an internal lifting machine (2-5) of the four-way vehicle dense warehouse, and then is conveyed to a corresponding position in a four-way vehicle goods shelf (2-2) through the four-way vehicle (2-1) of the tray.
5. The multi-layer cold chain warehouse unmanned cross-floor cargo conveying method according to claim 3, wherein the taking-out operation performed in the second-floor refrigerator (2) is specifically as follows:
the tray is taken out from the tray position of the four-way vehicle goods shelf (2-2) through the four-way vehicle (2-1) and is conveyed to the elevator (2-5) in the four-way vehicle dense warehouse;
the pallet is conveyed to an initial height by a lifter (2-5) in the four-way vehicle dense warehouse, and is conveyed to a second pallet cross-floor lifter warehouse-in and warehouse-out port (2-7) through the reverse movement of a pallet conveying roller line (2-4) and a second pallet conveying chain machine (2-3).
6. The multi-layer cold chain warehouse unmanned cross-floor cargo conveying method according to claim 3, wherein the storage operation performed in the third-floor freezer (3) is specifically as follows:
the material box is transported to a first code reader (3-6) from a second material box crossing floor elevator entrance/exit opening (3-2) through a material box input line (3-5) for code reading, and if the code reading is wrong, the material box is transported to a recovery area from a first unread code removing opening (3-11);
otherwise, the feed box is conveyed to a feed box conveying roller line, and the feed box moves clockwise on the feed box conveying roller line;
information data of the material box is obtained through the second code reader (3-7), the third code reader (3-8) and the weighing belt conveyor (3-9), the storage position of the material box is judged through the information data, and the material box is transported to a corresponding position on a material box shelf through the material box stacker track (3-1); if the storage position of the material box cannot be judged through the information data, the material box is transported to a recycling area through a second unread code removing port (3-10).
7. The multi-layer cold chain warehouse unmanned cross-floor cargo conveying method according to claim 3, wherein the taking-out operation performed in the third-floor freezer (3) is specifically as follows:
transporting the feed box from the feed box shelf to a feed box input line (3-5) through a feed box stacker track (3-1), and moving the feed box to a second feed box cross-floor elevator entrance-exit opening (3-2) by reversing the feed box input line (3-5);
and carrying out information authentication on the material box through the first code reader (3-6), transporting the material box to a second material box cross-floor elevator entering and exiting opening (3-2) if the information authentication is correct, and otherwise transporting the material box to a recycling area from a first unread code removing opening (3-11).
