Thus, when taking medicine, the oil is pumped by the oil cylinder 12 to expand the elastic membrane and occupy part of the inner space of the push-pull tube 112, so that the falling space of the medicine is limited, thereby adjusting the dosage discharged by one push-pull, for example, when obtaining capsules, the elastic membrane is not expanded, so that exactly one capsule falls into the push-pull tube 112, and one capsule is discharged by one push-pull,
when the drug storage box 21 is replaced, if the drug storage box 21 is filled with tablets, the elastic membrane is expanded, so that the space in the push-pull tube 112 is only enough to contain 1-3 tablets (as the case may be), when the push-pull tube 112 moves to the upper part of the inclined plate 13, the elastic membrane is controlled to shrink by the oil cylinder 12, so that the tablets fall, and then the drug discharge can be completed.

7. The automatic medicine box of claim 6, wherein a flexible oil pipe is disposed outside the push-pull pipe and is communicated with the opening, and the other end of the oil pipe is connected with the oil cylinder.
8. The automatic medicine box of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a medicine taking compartment is provided on an outer side wall of the lower box body, and the medicine taking compartment is used for receiving the medicine sliding out of the medicine outlet.
