Description

Tablet pick-up device
The present invention relates to a tablet pickup device that sucks and takes out tablets from a case. The present invention also relates to a tablet pick-up device used when a tablet is packaged or dispensed according to a prescription.
Dispensing is performed at a pharmacy based on a prescription created by a doctor or dentist of a medical institution.
As prescription drugs dispensed by a prescription, capsules filled with tablets and drugs (hereinafter collectively referred to as “tablets”), powders, and liquid forms are presented.
For example, in Patent Document 1 that handles PTP tablet sheets, if the number of tablets specified by the prescription results in a fraction that is less than the number of tablets accommodated in the PTP tablet sheet, tablets for that fraction are used. For the work of cutting out and dispensing from PTP tablet sheets, the pick-up is such that the tablet sheet is taken out from the tablet case based on the command from the control device, the fraction is cut off by the cutter device of the head device, and the tablet sheet is dropped into the discharge box A device has been proposed. In this apparatus, a vertical blade and a horizontal blade are used as cutting blades in order to cut out fractional tablets from a tablet sheet. This is because the crank-shaped cutting is performed when the fraction is odd. By using the vertical blade and the horizontal blade, a function of changing the pitch to be cut out on the pickup device side is provided so that it can be smoothly cut out even for PTP tablet sheets having different tablet pitches.
A PTP (pass through package) tablet sheet is a packaging form in which a tablet is placed in a hollow formed by molding a plate-like plastic with vacuum foam, and the base is attached and packaged. Are in the form of one sheet in a state of being aligned vertically and horizontally.
Patent Document 2 proposes an apparatus that combines tablets and powders and automatically packages each dose (ODP: One Dose Package). In this device, the required number of tablets is picked up by the controller for each of the three doses in the morning, noon, and evening specified by the prescription, and together with the necessary powder, etc., each one dose is collected into one. And packaged.
Patent Document 3 proposes an apparatus for picking up medical supplies one by one. In this apparatus, a medical product is picked up from the bottom of a container for storing the medical product by a rising rod and a suction pad. A groove is provided on the top surface of the rod, and the medical article is aligned with the groove, the rod rises while the medical article in that state is placed, and the suction pad is lowered from above, Adsorb medical supplies. Since the rod performs the alignment operation of the medical supplies, the medical supplies accommodated in the container can be picked by suction in the direction of falling apart.

In the technique of Patent Document 1, an apparatus for cutting out a fractional tablet from a tablet sheet is necessary, and it is necessary to manage the tablet sheet partially cut out on the apparatus side, which increases the size of the apparatus. To do. Moreover, in the technique of Patent Document 2, it is difficult to reliably pick up the necessary number of tablets in a disjointed state. On the other hand, according to Patent Document 3, medical supplies are handled one by one, but it is necessary to raise and lower not only the pickup side but also the rod, which makes it difficult to reduce the size of the apparatus.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a tablet pick-up device that can be easily introduced into medium-scale and small-scale pharmacies and can dispense the number of tablets specified in the prescription.
The tablet pick-up device of the present invention accommodates a large number of tablets and has a bottom surface provided with a number of through holes, a jet device for sending an air flow from the bottom surface of the case through the through holes, and aspirating air A suction device having a curved hood with a concave inner surface with the suction nozzle as a top, and the case further including an airflow reversing plate for reversing the airflow sent from the through-hole downward, The tablet in the case is adsorbed by a nozzle.
According to the said structure, there exists an effect that a tablet can be adsorb | sucked to an adsorption | suction apparatus stably. The sheet pickup device 100 picks up a tablet sheet accommodated in the case 2 that moves in a circular manner. The tablet pick-up device 300 picks up the disintegrated tablets accommodated in the case 3 that makes a round movement. In this embodiment, the case 2 is accommodated in the state of a PTP tablet sheet (see FIG. 2A), and the case 3 is separated into individual tablets of the PTP tablet sheet and accommodated in the state of individual packaging t. The individual packaging t means that the tablet sheet m is cut using a cutting tool such as a cutter or a press machine to cut between the depressions and depressions formed by plastic molding in which the tablets are placed, and each tablet is placed between the depression and the mount. It means a sealed state. The individual packaging t may correspond to the number of tablets consumed in a single dosage. For example, in the case of a tablet that takes two tablets in a single dosage, the individual packaging t is divided into two individual tablets. Also good.

The position of the end 36 of the curved plate 33 does not reach the opposing wall 37, and this interval is an interval through which the individual packaging t can pass freely.
FIG. 6 shows a state in which the adsorption devices 105 and 305 adsorb the tablet sheet m and the individual package t. In FIG. 6A, the adsorption device 105 adsorbs a tablet sheet m having a certain length. The sensor 107 outputs a detection signal when the suction device 105 sucks the tablet sheet m.
FIG. 6B shows a state in which the adsorption device 305 is inserted inside the case 3 and an air flow is sent by the ejection device 320. The rim 312 of the hood 311 is in contact with the wall 37 of the case 3 so that the individual package t is not missed. The shelf 304 has a large opening at the bottom so that the through hole 35 can be directly positioned with respect to the ejection device 320.
Air ejection from the ejection device 320 and suction by the suction nozzle 310 are started. The air flow sent from the ejection device 320 rises along the guide plate 34 while lowering the curved plate 33 while winding up the individual packaging inside the case 3. Due to the airflow reversal plate 30, it is not possible to lift the suction nozzle 310 directly above the case 3 in the vicinity of the center of the case 3. The peripheral portion where the airflow is lowered by the curved plate 33 also collides with the ascending airflow generated by the ejection device 320, and it is difficult to further raise the individual package t at this location. Eventually, the individual package t rises along the inner wall of the hood 311 through the wall 37 at the location of the wall 37 of the case 3. The individual packaging t is capable of adsorbing a flat surface portion that is convex as a result of molding a plate-like plastic with vacuum foam or the like and a portion of the mount that is placed flat on the back side across the tablet. However, if a large number of individual sheets t rush to the suction nozzle 310 in a side surface or in an oblique state, suction by suction is difficult. However, in this embodiment, a large number of individual packages t are not flooded into the suction port 313 in this way, and the suction port 313 reaches the suction port 313 along the wall of the hood 311. It can be adsorbed to the suction port 313.
For this reason, it is only necessary to put the PTP tablet sheet into the case 3 in a disassembled state, and the individual packaging t can be easily replenished.
In addition, since the air flow is introduced through the through hole 35 at the bottom of the case 3, the bottom surface of the case 3 may be a flat surface and unnecessary structures are unnecessary. A shelf 304 can be installed. FIG. 7 is a control flow of the control unit 10 of the dispensing device 1, and the operation of the dispensing device 1 will be described according to the flow. First, the tablet sheet m is filled in the case 2 and the individual packaging t in the disassembled state is replenished in the case 3, and the cases 2 and 3 are set in the shelves 104 and 304. Information on the relationship between the tags 22 and 32 of the cases 2 and 3 and the shelves 104 and 304 is stored in the control unit 10 as to whether or not the tablets are replenished.
The dispensing device 1 acquires tablet information from the prescription (step S1). This information acquisition may be input from paper information of a prescription, or electronic data of an electronic prescription may be used.
From the type and number of tablets specified by the prescription data, the number and fraction of tablet sheets are determined for the corresponding tablet based on the number of tablets registered in advance (step S2). For example, assuming that XX tablets are specified as 3 tablets per day and 12 tablets per day, if the tablet sheet of XX tablets contains, for example, 10 tablets, one tablet sheet and a fraction Is 2 tablets.
The sheet pickup apparatus 100 is instructed to pick up the tablet sheet m. The sheet pickup device 100 moves the traveling track 103 so that the shelf 104 of the case 2 accommodating the target tablet sheet m is positioned at the top of the traveling track 103 (step S31).
(S33)。 The tablet sheet m is acquired (S32). At this time, if the case 2 is divided into a plurality of sections in the case 2 imaged by the imaging device 122, a pickup operation is performed on the section where the tablet sheet m exists in cooperation with the moving device 108. When the suction device 105 is moved to a position immediately above the chute 102 by the moving device 108, the tablet sheet m is dropped onto the chute 102. The imaging device 123 acquires an image of the tablet sheet m that has appeared on the chute 102 by the adsorption device 105, an image of the tablet sheet that falls on the chute 102, an error in acquiring the tablet sheet m by the control unit 10, or a drop error. This event is confirmed (S33).
When a plurality of tablet sheets m are requested, the suction device 105 returns to the top of the circulation track 103, picks up the tablet sheet m, and repeats the operation of dropping it onto the chute 102 as necessary. In addition, the control unit 10 inspects the contents of the case 2 imaged by the imaging device 122 located at the top of the circular trajectory 103. For example, when the tablet sheet remains only in one section, the operator Asks to replenish the tablets.
Next, the tablet pickup device 300 is instructed to pick up the tablets in the individual package t. The tablet pick-up device 300 moves the traveling track 303 so that the shelf 304 of the case 3 accommodating the target individual package t is positioned at the top of the traveling track 303 (step S41).
(S43)。 Individual packaging t is acquired (S42). When the suction device 305 is moved to a position immediately above the chute 302 by the moving device 308, the individual packaging t is dropped onto the chute 302. The imaging device 323 acquires an image of the individual package t falling on the chute 302, and confirms an event such as an error in acquisition of the individual package t by the control unit 10 or a fall error (S43).
When a plurality of individual packages t are required, the suction device 305 returns to the top of the circulation track 303, picks up the individual packages t, and repeats the operation of dropping them on the chute 302 as necessary. In addition, the control unit 10 inspects the contents of the case 3 imaged by the imaging device 322 located at the top of the circular trajectory 303, and when the amount of the individual packaging t is small, the operator is replenished with tablets. To display on the display unit 11.
(S5)。 The image data of the picked up tablet sheet m and the individual packaging t is stored as log data by the imaging devices 130 and 330 provided in the receiving portions 131 and 331 (S5).
In the above embodiment, if the front side surface on the top plate 203 side and the chutes 102 and 302 of the sheet pickup device 100 and the tablet pickup device 300 are formed of a transparent member such as acrylic resin, clogging of the tablets can be visually confirmed. . In the above-described embodiment, an example of the dispensing device 1 that collects and picks up the number of tablets specified by the prescription is shown, but once for each of the three times of morning, noon, and evening specified by the prescription. You may use for the packaging apparatus which divides | segments for every dose. In this case, the medicine is not in the form of an individual package t, and the tablet is stored in the case 2 of the tablet pickup device 300 in a disassembled state, and is taken three times in the morning, noon and evening designated by the prescription. It is operated to repeat picking up as many tablets as needed for each dose.
In the above embodiment, the case 2 of the tablet pick-up device 300 circulates on the circular track 303, but instead of the circular track 303, the cases 2 are arranged in a line on a straight guide path, and the case 2 along the guide path. May be moved back and forth.
In the tablet pick-up device 300 of the above embodiment, the case 3 that accommodates the individual package t is a rectangular parallelepiped, and has many through holes 35 that blow out airflow on the entire bottom surface. If a large number of through holes 35 are provided on the entire surface, the air pressure decreases. In order to cope with this, a device having a large pressure is required as a source of air flow. In the embodiment of the tablet pick-up device shown in FIG. 8, the bottom surface of the case is formed in a funnel shape, the area of the bottom surface is reduced, and the locations where the airflow is blown out are concentrated. Also in this example, a tablet with individual packaging t is shown as an example.
In the case 3 shown in FIG. 8, the upper side is opened by the opening 38, while the range 41 in which the through hole 35 through which the airflow is blown out is reduced on the bottom surface, and the range 41 in which the through hole 35 is provided moves upward. Thus, a funnel-shaped slope 42 is provided so as to expand the space, and the individual package t soared falls on the range where the through-hole 35 is provided by dropping on the funnel-shaped slope 42. On the funnel-shaped slope 42, airflow reversing plates 40 are discretely provided at locations slightly above the through holes 35 through which the airflow blows. The airflow reversal plate 40 is formed of a flat resin plate, and the base portion 40a is thinner than the tip portion 40b, and has flexibility so that it does not break even when the individual package t collides. The front end portion 40 b of the airflow reversing plate 40 protrudes directly above the through hole 35. On the other hand, the root portion 40 a of the airflow reversing plate 40 is fixed to a funnel-shaped slope 42. This fixed position is a position away from the through hole 35 and lower than the tip end portion 40 b, and the airflow reversing plate 40 is generally inclined toward the position directly above the through hole 35. The base fixing position of the airflow reversing plate 40 may be the side wall of the case 3 instead of the funnel-shaped slope 42. The air flow is introduced into the air chamber 43 from the right side and ejected from the through hole 35.
The suction device 350 includes a suction nozzle 355, a hood 351, and a lid 352. The inner surface of the hood 351 is a concave curved surface with the position of the suction nozzle 355 as the top. A suction port 358 of the suction nozzle 355 opens at the top of the hood 351. The contact 356 of the sensor 357 is provided in the vicinity of the suction port 358, and outputs a detection signal when the individual package t is caught by the suction port 358. The hood 351 is made of resin or metal having a smooth inner surface. Reference numeral 353 denotes a rod that is connected to the piston of the cylinder 306 in FIG. The lid 352 is fixed to the flange 353 and closes the opening 38 of the case 3. When the suction device 305 is lowered by the cylinder 306 and the suction device 350 is inserted into the case 3 through the opening 38, the inside of the case 3 is closed with a lid 352 so that the individual packaging t is not allowed to pass outside. Constitute.
FIG. 9 shows a state in which the air flow blown out from the through hole 35 is reversed downward. FIG. 9A is a diagram showing the flow velocity when the air flow is ejected from the through-hole 35 in the case 3 in a state where the air flow reversing plate 40 is not provided, and FIG. 9C schematically shows the direction of the air flow. It shows. The air flow ejected from the through-hole 35 flows upward while slightly diffusing. In addition, since the air flow is introduced into the air chamber 43 from the pipe 44 on the right side in FIG. 9A, the air flow ejected from the through hole 35 is ejected more strongly on the left side than on the right side in FIG. 9A.
FIG. 9B is a diagram showing the flow rate when the air flow is ejected from the through-hole 35 in the case 3 in a state where the air flow reversing plate 40 is provided, and FIG. 9D schematically shows the direction of the air flow. Show. The air flow ejected from the through-hole 35 flows upward while slightly diffusing. The airflow reversing plate 40 directs the direction of the diffused airflow downward. The airflow directed downward is lowered along the airflow reversing plate 40 and flows from the side of the through hole 35. 9A, since the air flow is introduced into the air chamber 43 from the right side of FIG. 9A, the jetted air flow is strongly jetted to the left side and rises along the airflow inversion plate 40 on the right side of the through hole 35. In order to create a descending airflow by the airflow reversing plate 40 in the same way on the left and right, the influence of the airflow flowing from the right side of the air chamber 43 may be reduced. For example, the air chamber may be lengthened vertically or an air flow may be introduced from directly below the air chamber 43.
FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the airflow reversing plate 40. FIG. 10A shows a state in which the individual package t is deposited on the case 3 that does not include the airflow reversing plate 40. When the air flow is ejected from the through-hole 35 in this state, the individual package t rises. On the other hand, if this is repeated, the individual packaging t just above the through-hole 35 is blown off, and a state in which no or a large hole is opened occurs (FIG. 10B). When this state occurs, the individual package t cannot be picked up. On the other hand, when the airflow reversing plate 40 is provided as shown in FIG. 10C, the individual packaging t moves due to the airflow reversed downward by the airflow reversing plate 40 and rides on the rising airflow ejected from the through hole 35. The movement of the individual package t propagates to the other individual package t, and the individual package t rises.
In Example 1, when the air flow was blown over the entire bottom surface of the case 3, the curved plate 33 was used so that the air flow blown upward flowed downstream. In the second embodiment, the airflow does not blow out the airflow over the entire bottom surface of the case 3, and there is a portion where the airflow is not blown out. By detouring to a place where there is no blowout, an inverted airflow can be obtained.
In the second embodiment, the individual packaging t in which the PTP tablet sheets are separated is targeted for pick-up, but the tablet pick-up device 300 of the dispensing device 1 can be applied to a packaging device and used as a tablet pick-up device.
In the tablet pickup device of the above embodiment, one suction device 350 is provided in the case 3, but a plurality of suction devices may be provided in the case 3. In FIG. 11A, the four adsorption devices 350 of the second embodiment are arranged in a 2 × 2 matrix, and the lid 362 is shared. The funnel-shaped slope is installed inside the case 3 corresponding to each suction device 350. Each funnel-shaped bottom surface 42 is provided with a through hole 35 through which an air flow is blown out, and a point where air flow reversal plates 40 are provided discretely at positions slightly above the through hole 35 are as follows. Similar to the second embodiment.
FIG. 11B is a diagram illustrating a control flow of the control unit 10 according to the third embodiment. Instead of step S42 in the control flow shown in FIG. 7, steps S45 to S47 are inserted. When the traveling track 303 is moved so that the shelf 304 of the case 3 containing the target capsule-shaped tablet cp is positioned at the top of the traveling track 303 in step S41, the four suction devices 350 are used. And tablet cp is acquired (S45). When the adsorption of the individual packaging t is successful in all of the four adsorption devices 350, it is compared with the required number of fractions of the tablet cp (step S46), and if it is too much, the excess is dropped (step S47). ). For example, when the required number of fractions of the tablet cp is two and the suction device 350 succeeds in suction of the four individual packages t, the excess two are dropped. Moreover, when the adsorption | suction apparatus 350 succeeds in adsorption | suction of the three individual packaging t, one of surplus is dropped. If the adsorbing device 350 cannot adsorb as many as the required number of tablets, it starts again.
In the present embodiment, even if not all of the suction devices 350 succeed in the suction, it is necessary to cause the suction device 350 to perform the suction operation again if the required number of fractions of the tablet cp is sufficient. There is no effect.
Note that a guide plate directed from the edge of the hood 351 toward the suction port 358 may be disposed on the inner surface of the hood 351 of the suction device 350. By arranging the guide plate, it is possible to prevent the tablet cp from rushing to the suction port 358 at random. The guide plate may be used in the suction devices 305 and 350 according to the first and second embodiments. In the third embodiment, the tablet cp in a disassembled state is targeted, but it is also possible to use it for picking up an individual package t in which PTP tablet sheets are separated.
