Description
发明领域
本发明涉及用于衣物洗涤的洗涤剂组合物。特别地,本发明涉及包含漂洗助剂的洗涤剂组合物,优选粉末洗涤剂组合物。
发明背景
需要向消费者提供具有令人满意的起泡能力的用于手洗衣物(称为衣物手洗)的洗涤剂组合物,这种起泡能力被某些消费者视为高清洁性能的指标,并且其泡沫可以用尽可能少的水量有效冲洗,以满足消费者的可持续性需求。
WO0027962 A1(Cognis,2000)描述了提供具有消泡性能的粒状洗涤剂组合物的尝试,其涉及含有酮类的消泡颗粒和通过同时造粒和干燥,特别是通过SKET工艺或者在薄膜蒸发器或流化床工艺中,生产这种消泡颗粒的方法,以及使用消泡剂颗粒生产固体洗涤剂。
仍然需要具有起泡特性但易于漂洗的洗涤剂组合物。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好起泡和漂洗性能的洗涤剂组合物。
令人惊讶地发现,包含由甲基纤维素和甘油衍生物组成的漂洗剂的洗涤剂组合物提供了良好的清洁和方便的泡沫漂洗。
发明概述
本发明涉及一种洗涤剂组合物。发明人发现了一种减少了在洗涤时去除泡沫所需的水量的漂洗剂。
因此,在第一方面,本发明提供了一种洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
a)包含一种或多种选自于阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂或其混合物的表面活性剂的表面活性剂体系;
b)由甲基纤维素和甘油衍生物组成的漂洗剂,其中甘油衍生物具有式R1OCH2CH(OH)CH2OR2,其中R1是H或C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯,和R2是C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯。
本发明还涉及制备该组合物的方法和用于洗衣应用的方法,以及甲基纤维素和具有式R1OCH2CH(OH)CH2OR2的甘油衍生物作为漂洗剂的用途,其中R1是H或C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯和R2为C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基。
发明详述
表面活性剂体系
本发明的洗涤剂组合物包含表面活性剂体系,该体系包含一种或多种选自阴离子、两性表面活性剂或其混合物的表面活性剂。
阴离子表面活性剂优选是下式的表面活性剂:
[R3-(OR4)n-O-SO3]- x Mx+,其中:
-R3是饱和或不饱和C8-18烷基链,优选饱和或不饱和C10-16烷基链,和最优选饱和或不饱和C12-14烷基链。优选地,R3是饱和C8-18,更优选饱和C10-16烷基链,和最优选饱和C12-14烷基链。该饱和或不饱和烷基链可以是直链或支链烷基链。
-R4是亚乙基;
-n是0到18;优选1到15,更优选1到10,和最优选1到5。
-Mx+是提供电荷中性的合适阳离子,优选钠、钙、钾或镁,更优选钠阳离子。X等于1或2。
优选地,所述组合物包含式[R3-(OR4)n-O-SO3]x - Mx+的阴离子表面活性剂,其中R3是饱和C10-14烷基链;R4是亚乙基;x等于1或2,和n是1到4。
优选地,阴离子表面活性剂是每分子具有1-3个环氧乙烷单元的月桂基醚硫酸钠,更优选地,阴离子表面活性剂是每分子具有1-2个环氧乙烷单元的月桂基醚硫酸钠。
在一个优选的实施方式中,n=0。在这种情况下,阴离子表面活性剂是烷基硫酸盐。烷基硫酸盐的实例包括月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基硫酸铵、二乙醇胺(DEA)月桂基硫酸盐。合适的实例还包括从天然来源以商品名Galaxy 689、Galaxy 780、Galaxy 789、Galaxy 799S和从合成来源以商品名Safol 23、Dobanol 23A或23S、Lial 123S、Alfol 1412S、EmpicolLC3、Empicol 075SR商购的烷基硫酸盐。优选地,阴离子表面活性剂选自直链烷基苯磺酸的钠盐和月桂基硫酸钠。更优选地,阴离子表面活性剂是直链烷基苯磺酸的钠盐。
阴离子表面活性剂可以按表面活性剂体系的重量计以5至95重量%、优选至少10重量%、更优选至少12重量%、还更优选至少20重量%,但通常不超过85重量%,优选不超过75重量%,更优选不超过65重量%,最优选不超过55重量%的浓度存在。
该组合物优选包含按总组合物重量计0.1至20%,优选按总重量计0.5至15%范围内的表面活性剂体系。
根据又一个实施方式,阴离子表面活性剂是烷基苯磺酸盐或其衍生物、甲基酯磺酸盐或其混合物。烷基苯磺酸盐和衍生物包括具有通常含有约8至约22个碳原子,优选8至18个碳原子,更优选12至15个碳原子的烷基基团的有机磺酸的水溶性碱金属盐,并且可以是不饱和的。
实例包括直链烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基甲苯磺酸钠、烷基二甲苯磺酸钠、烷基酚磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、二戊基萘磺酸铵和二壬基萘磺酸钠,及与烯烃磺酸盐的混合物。
甲基酯磺酸盐是具有一般结构RCH(CO2Me)SO3Na的阴离子表面活性剂。
优选地,阴离子表面活性剂是直链烷基苯磺酸和/或甲基酯磺酸的盐。更优选地,阴离子表面活性剂是直链烷基苯磺酸的钠盐。
根据另一个实施方式,表面活性剂是两性表面活性剂。适用于本发明的两性表面活性剂包括烷基胺氧化物、烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基磺基甜菜碱(sultaine)、烷基甘氨酸盐、烷基羧基甘氨酸盐、烷基两性丙酸盐、烷基两性甘氨酸盐、烷基酰胺丙基羟基甜菜碱、酰基牛磺酸盐和酰基谷氨酸盐,其中烷基和酰基基团具有8至19个碳原子。实例包括月桂基氧化胺、椰油二甲基磺基丙基甜菜碱,和优选月桂基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱和椰油两性丙酸(cocamphopropionate)钠。
两性表面活性剂优选选自椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAPB)、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺(CAPAO)、椰油二乙醇酰胺(CDEA)和椰油单乙醇酰胺(CMEA)或它们的混合物。更优选地,两性表面活性剂是椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
当存在时,两性表面活性剂的浓度为表面活性剂体系重量的0.1至20%,优选至少0.5%,更优选至少3%,还更优选至少6%或最优选至少8%,但通常不超过18%,优选不超过16%,更优选不超过13%,最优选不超过10%。
优选地,表面活性剂体系包含按组合物的重量计少于2%,优选少于1%的非离子表面活性剂,最优选组合物不含非离子表面活性剂。
漂洗剂
该洗涤剂组合物包含由甲基纤维素和具有式R1OCH2CH(OH)CH2OR2的甘油衍生物组成的漂洗剂,其中R1是H或C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯,和R2是C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯。
优选地,漂洗剂的量在基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量的0.5至5重量%的范围内,更优选基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量的0.75至4.5重量%,甚至更优选1至4重量%。
甘油衍生物优选为具有式R1OCH2CH(OH)CH2OR2的化合物,其中R1为H或C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯,和R2为C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯,优选R1为H且R2为C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯,更优选R1是H且R2是C12-18不饱和烷基酯。

甘油衍生物优选是甘油单油酸酯、甘油二油酸酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、甘油二硬脂酸酯及其混合物,优选甘油衍生物是和/或甘油单油酸酯,甚至更优选甘油衍生物是甘油单油酸酯。
甘油衍生物与甲基纤维素的比率为至少0.6,优选至少0.75,更优选1。甘油衍生物与甲基纤维素的比率为至多1,优选至多2,更优选至多5,甚至更优选至多7。
该组合物优选包含基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量的0.75至2重量%的甘油衍生物和0.25至2.0重量%的甲基纤维素,优选0.75至2重量%的甘油单油酸酯或二油酸酯和0.25至2.0重量%的甲基纤维素,更优选0.75至2重量%的甘油单油酸酯和0.25至2.0重量%的甲基纤维素。
无机盐
洗涤剂组合物包含基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量的0.1至40重量%的电解质,所述电解质选自氯化钠、硫酸镁、硫酸钠及其组合。优选地,电解质是氯化钠。
优选地,洗涤剂组合物包含基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量的0.5至35重量%,更优选1.0至30重量%,甚至更优选2至25重量%的电解质。
填料
洗涤剂组合物优选包含基于洗涤剂组合物总重量的10至90重量%的填料,所述填料选自于碳酸钠、硫酸钠、硅酸铝、碳酸钾、硫酸钾、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、方解石、白云石和沸石。
优选地,洗涤剂组合物优选包含基于洗涤剂组合物的总重量的20至80重量%的填料,更优选30至70%,甚至更优选40至60重量%的填料。
组合物的pH
组合物的pH优选在8.0至13的范围内,优选地,pH在8.5至12.0的范围内,更优选在9.0至11的范围内。
任选的成分
根据本发明的组合物可以包含有助于清洁或感官性能的其他成分。除了已经提及的成分之外,根据本发明的组合物还可以包含各种其他任选成分,例如增稠剂、着色剂、防腐剂、聚合物、抗微生物剂、香料、pH调节剂、螯合剂、碱度剂和助水溶剂。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述组合物包含按重量计0.1至1.0%的脂肪酸,所述脂肪酸为饱和非羟基C8-12脂肪酸和饱和非羟基C14-18脂肪酸,其中所述C8-12脂肪酸的量与所述C14-18脂肪酸的量的比率为1:0.1至1:10重量份。
可用于本发明的脂肪酸是饱和或不饱和脂肪酸。优选地,脂肪酸选自于辛酸、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸及其组合。更优选地,脂肪酸选自于月桂酸(C12)、硬脂酸(C18)、棕榈酸(C16)或其组合。根据一个实施方式,硬脂酸(C18)和棕榈酸(C16)以40:60至60:40、优选45:55至55:45、最优选50:50的重量比存在。
该组合物还可包含选自于以下的另外的防腐化学品:异噻唑啉酮的衍生物、苯甲酸或其盐、松油醇、香叶醇、紫苏醇、薄荷醇、松油烯、芳樟醇、香茅醇及其混合物。
本文定义的组合物中可以存在另外的聚合物,例如,选自于微纤化纤维素、聚丙烯酸酯、多糖、多糖衍生物及其混合物的聚合物。
优选地,本发明的组合物包含少于5重量%的有机硅消泡剂,更优选少于1重量%,进一步优选少于0.1重量%的有机硅消泡剂。最优选本发明的组合物基本上不含有机硅消泡剂。基本上不含是指组合物中不存在有意添加的有机硅消泡剂。有机硅消泡剂的实例包括但不限于,有机聚硅氧烷、聚有机聚硅氧烷(优选含有细碎二氧化硅)、与硅氧烷交联的化合物(本领域技术人员也称为有机硅树脂)。
产品形式
该组合物是液体或粉末组合物,优选粉末组合物。优选粉末组合物。
当呈粉末形式时,可在加入衣物之前将组合物溶解在水中,或者可在衣物与水接触之前将粉末组合物直接施用于衣物,例如,施用于颗粒制品上的污渍。
可选地,当为液体形式时,可以稀释或纯净形式向衣物供给该组合物。
在第二方面,本发明提供了一种制备洗涤剂组合物的方法,其包括以下步骤:
i)将包含一种或多种阴离子和/或两性表面活性剂的表面活性剂体系与甲基纤维素和具有式R1OCH2CH(OH)CH2OR2的甘油衍生物组合,其中R1是H或C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯并且R2是C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯。
以下对于组合物指示的优选量经适当修改适用于制备洗涤剂组合物的方法。
在第三方面,本发明涉及使用如上文所定义的洗涤剂组合物手洗衣物的方法,其中该方法包括以下步骤:
-将衣物与洗涤剂组合物接触;和
-用水漂洗衣物。
优选地,在接触衣物和洗涤衣物之前将洗涤剂组合物加入水中。或者,在洗涤之前将洗涤剂组合物直接施用于衣物,然后用水漂洗。
如本文所用,“衣物”通常是指需要洗涤的衣服/衣物制品。
本发明的另一方面涉及甲基纤维素和具有式R1OCH2CH(OH)CH2OR2的甘油衍生物作为用于清洁硬表面的漂洗助剂的用途,其中R1是H或C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯并且R2是C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯。

d)对于漂洗#1:在5分钟、10分钟、15分钟的不同时间点抽取4mL洗涤剂溶液,并在250mL带刻度量筒中加入36mL的24FH–(Ca2+:Mg2+=2:1)水。

Claims (15)
1.一种洗涤剂组合物,其包含:
a)包含一种或多种选自于阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂或其混合物的表面活性剂的表面活性剂体系;
b)由甲基纤维素和甘油衍生物组成的漂洗剂,其中所述甘油衍生物具有式R1OCH2CH(OH)CH2OR2,其中R1是H或C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯,和R2是C12-18饱和或不饱和烷基酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中漂洗剂的量基于所述洗涤剂组合物的总重量在0.5至5重量%的范围内。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述甘油衍生物是甘油单油酸酯、甘油二油酸酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯、甘油二硬脂酸酯及其混合物。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述甘油衍生物与甲基纤维素的比率为至少0.6,优选至少0.75,和最优选1。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述甘油衍生物与甲基纤维素的比率为至多1,优选至多2,更优选至多5且最优选至多7。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其包含0.75至2重量%的甘油衍生物和0.25至2.0重量%的甲基纤维素,优选0.75至2重量%的甘油单油酸酯或二油酸酯和0.25至2.0重量%的甲基纤维素,和最优选0.75至2重量%的甘油单油酸酯和0.25至2.0重量%的甲基纤维素。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂是下式的表面活性剂:
[R3-(OR4)n-O-SO3]- xMx+,其中:
-R3是饱和或不饱和的C8-18烷基链,优选饱和或不饱和的C10-16烷基链,和最优选饱和或不饱和的C12-14烷基链;优选地,R3是饱和C8-18,更优选饱和C10-16烷基链,和最优选饱和C12-14烷基链;该饱和或不饱和烷基链可以是直链或支链烷基链;
-R4是亚乙基;
-n是0到18;优选1到15,更优选1到10,和最优选1到5;
-Mx+是提供电荷中性的合适阳离子,优选钠、钙、钾或镁,更优选钠阳离子;X等于1或2。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其包含电解质,优选氯化钠、硫酸钠及其混合物。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物具有8至12范围内的pH,优选9至11范围内的pH。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其包含按总组合物重量计0.1至20%的所述一种或多种表面活性剂,优选按总组合物重量计0.5至15%的所述一种或多种表面活性剂。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂基于所述组合物的总重量占5至90重量%,优选10至80重量%,更优选15至60重量%。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含小于5重量%的非离子表面活性剂,优选其中所述组合物包含小于2.5重量%的非离子表面活性剂并且最优选其中所述组合物不含非离子表面活性剂。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的洗涤剂组合物,其中所述组合物是液体或粉末组合物,优选粉末组合物。
14.一种制备洗涤剂组合物的方法,其包括以下步骤:
i)将表面活性剂体系与甲基纤维素和甘油单油酸酯合并,所述表面活性剂体系包含:
一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂或其混合物。
15.根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的组合物作为衣物漂洗助剂的用途。
