本申请是名称为“具有用于被动访问控制的装置的车辆”、国际申请日为2019年3月7日、国际申请号为PCT/EP2019/055675、国家申请号为201980018564.9的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有用于被动权限控制的装置的车辆,其中,该装置具有超宽带天线设备,经由该超宽带天线设备,所述装置能够与电子钥匙通信以验证用于访问、激活功能或者启动车辆的权限。
背景技术
从文献EP 2 800 068 A2中已知一种具有用于被动权限控制的装置的车辆,所述装置具有多个超宽带天线设备。经由这些天线设备,所述用于被动权限控制的装置与电子钥匙通信以验证权限。该文献EP 2 800 068 A2主要涉及用于防止所谓的中继攻击(Ralais-Attack)的机制,所述中继攻击可能被用于盗窃具有所谓的无钥匙进入(PassiveEntry)/无钥匙启动(PassiveGo)系统的车辆。
将超宽带信号用于被动权限控制的应用尚不广泛,因此申请人进行了研究。已表明,对于使用超宽带信号的应用而言,必须对迄今关于用于被动权限控制的装置的方案进行进一步研发,以取得良好的结果。
因此例如已表明,利用超宽带天线设备的信号覆盖车辆附近的周围环境可能存在问题。因此,车辆附近的周围环境的区域未被均匀覆盖。这可能导致,超宽带天线设备的信号无法到达周围环境中的电子钥匙并且无法实现被动权限控制。
发明内容
根据本发明,所述问题通过如下方式解决,至少其中一个所述天线设备具有至少一个反射器,该反射器与天线设备的超宽带天线间隔开间距地设置。通过在天线设备中设置反射器,能够比以前更良好地确保天线的信号朝期望的方向转向。代替迄今在车身部件上的或者车辆其它部件上的不受控制的反射,此时在根据本发明的车辆的情况下发生如下反射,所述反射经由反射器设定或者至少受到影响,使得在天线设备的区域内能够通过由天线设备发射的信号实现在很大程度上均匀且无间隙的覆盖。
所述反射器可以是反射板或者包括反射板。可行的是,反射器是车辆车身的部件或者构成车辆车身的一部分。车身于是具有构造为反射器的特殊区域,以获得天线设备的期望的特性。
根据本发明的车辆的天线设备能够具有壳体。反射器能够构造在壳体中、通过壳体壁构造并且构造在壳体壁上。反射器例如可以是壳体壁的电镀涂层。
反射器基本能够具有任何形状。其尤其可以是平整的或者是拱形的。
已表明特别有利的是,天线和配设给它的反射器具有约5mm至30mm的间距、尤其是约15mm至30mm的间距、例如约10mm的间距。
在根据本发明的车辆中能够设置有多个天线设备。可行的是,所述天线设备或者所述天线设备中的每个天线设备具有多个天线。
天线设备的天线能够适合于并且设置用于发射线性极化超宽带(Ultra WideBand,UWB)信号。
用于根据本发明的车辆或者其它合适车辆的电子钥匙能够具有用于线性极化超宽带信号的天线。相对于用于圆极化信号的天线,这具有如下优点:所述天线可以更小并且占用更少的面积和/或结构空间。这种钥匙的天线可以是冲压弯曲件。通过简单地调整所述冲压弯曲件,能够将天线设置到优选的频率范围上。冲压弯曲件的部件可以是三角形的或者圆形的单极子。尤其是借助圆形的单极子能够实现大的带宽。通过使用冲压弯曲件代替在电路载体上通过印制导线构成的天线能够减少用于天线的空间需求。相比于陶瓷SMD天线也具有如下优点:即冲压弯曲件比陶瓷天线的牢固性更高。

具体实施方式
图1中示出的天线组件1具有由塑料制成的壳体10,在该壳体中设置有天线。天线12在电路载体13上通过印制导线构成。此外,天线组件1具有反射器11,该反射器设置为与天线具有约10mm的间距。反射器11设置在壳体壁上并且作为壳体壁的涂层实施。
壳体10并且由此整个天线组件1以针对每个车辆相对于车辆纵向方向个性化的方位角安装,优选在保险杠或者车灯的区域内、在保险杠或车灯的塑料盖后方,所述保险杠或者车灯被由天线组件1发射的和天线组件1要接收的信号穿透。相对于车辆纵向方向,方位角例如可以在10至30°之间。

Claims (10)

1.具有用于被动权限控制的装置的车辆,其中,所述装置具有超宽带天线设备(1),经由该超宽带天线设备,所述装置能够与电子钥匙通信以验证用于访问、激活功能或者启动车辆的权限,
其特征在于,
至少其中一个所述超宽带天线设备(1)具有至少一个反射器(11),该反射器与超宽带天线设备(1)的超宽带天线(12)间隔开间距地设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述反射器(11)是反射板或者包括反射板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述反射器(11)是车辆车身的部件或者构成车辆车身的一部分。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述超宽带天线设备(1)具有壳体(10)并且反射器(11)构造在壳体(10)中、通过壳体壁构造并且构造在壳体壁上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述反射器(11)是壳体壁的涂层。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述反射器(11)是平整的。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述反射器(11)是拱形的。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述超宽带天线(12)和配设给所述超宽带天线的反射器(11)具有10mm的间距。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述超宽带天线设备(1)具有多个天线。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述天线设备(1)适合于并且设置用于发射线性极化信号。
