Further, the first auxiliary light source, the second auxiliary light source, the third auxiliary light source and the fourth auxiliary light source are all arc-shaped, the third auxiliary light source is arranged between the first prism and the seventh visual camera, and the fourth auxiliary light source is arranged between the second prism and the eighth visual camera.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: different from the prior art, the disc type battery cell detection mechanism disclosed by the invention can utilize the turntable to drive the battery cell to rotate to a preset position, the bottom surface and the top surface of the battery cell are shot through the surface detection structure, the outer side surface of the lug of the battery cell is shot through the outer side surface detection structure, and the inner side surface of the lug of the battery cell is shot through the inner side surface detection structure, so that the quality detection is convenient, whether the battery cell has problems is detected, the manual operation is not needed, the visual camera is adopted to replace manual identification, the efficiency is high, the condition of false detection is avoided, and the quality of a product is effectively improved.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, the disc-type battery cell detection mechanism includes a turntable 11, a plurality of clamps 12, a first surface detection structure 13, a first outer side detection structure 14, a first inner side detection structure 15, a second inner side detection structure 16, a second outer side detection structure 17, and a second surface detection structure 18.
In this embodiment, one side of the battery cell 10 includes a first tab 101 and a second tab 102 that are disposed at an interval.
The turntable 11 is rotatably arranged. Preferably, the rotating disk 11 is annular.
The plurality of clamps 12 are used for clamping the battery cells, wherein the plurality of clamps 12 are arranged on the top surface of the turntable 11 at intervals.
The first surface detection structure 13 is disposed on the outer side of the turntable 11, and is configured to capture top and bottom surfaces of the outer end of the battery cell 10 on the turntable 11.
The first outer side surface detection structure 14 is disposed on an outer side of the turntable 11, and is configured to shoot an outer side surface of the first tab 101 of the battery cell 10 away from the second tab 102.
The first inner side surface detection structure 15 is disposed on the outer side of the turntable 11, and is configured to capture an inner side surface of a first tab 101 of the battery cell 10, which is close to a second tab 102.
The second inner side surface detection structure 16 is disposed on the outer side of the turntable 11, and is configured to photograph an inner side surface of the second tab 102 of the battery cell 10, which is close to the first tab 101.
The second outer side surface detection structure 17 is disposed on an outer side of the turntable 11, and is configured to photograph an outer side surface of the second tab 102 of the battery electric core 10, which is far away from the first tab 101.
The second surface detection structure 18 is disposed inside the turntable 11 and is configured to capture top and bottom surfaces of an inside end of the battery cell 10 on the turntable 11.
In this embodiment, the first surface detecting structure 13, the first outer side detecting structure 14, the first inner side detecting structure 15, the second inner side detecting structure 16, the second outer side detecting structure 17, and the second surface detecting structure 18 are sequentially disposed at intervals. It should be understood that the first surface detecting structure 13, the first outer side detecting structure 14, the first inner side detecting structure 15, the second inner side detecting structure 16 and the second outer side detecting structure 17 are disposed at intervals outside the turntable 11, and the second surface detecting structure 18 is disposed inside the turntable 11, mainly to make the outside of the turntable 11 free space for loading and unloading.
Specifically, when the turntable 11 drives the battery cell 10 to rotate to the first position, the first surface detection structure 13 shoots the top surface and the bottom surface of the outer end of the battery cell 10 on the turntable 11. That is, the first surface sensing structure 13 is disposed at a first location.
When the turntable 11 drives the battery cell 10 to rotate to the second position, the first outer side surface detection structure 14 shoots the outer side surface of the first tab 101 of the battery cell 10 away from the second tab 102, and the first inner side surface detection structure 15 shoots the inner side surface of the first tab 101 of the battery cell 10 close to the second tab 102. That is, first lateral side detecting structure 14 and first medial side detecting structure 15 are disposed at the second location.
When the turntable 11 drives the battery cell 10 to rotate to the third position, the second inner side surface detection structure 15 shoots the inner side surface of the second tab 102, close to the first tab 101, of the battery cell 10, and meanwhile, the second outer side surface detection structure 16 shoots the outer side surface of the second tab 102, far away from the first tab 101, of the battery cell 10. That is, the second inner side detecting structure 15 and the second outer side detecting structure 16 are provided at the third position.
When the turntable 11 drives the battery cell 10 to rotate to the fourth position, the second surface detection structure 18 shoots the top surface and the bottom surface of the inner side end of the battery cell 10 on the turntable 11. That is, the second surface detecting structure 18 photographs that the turntable 11 is disposed at the fourth position.
In the present embodiment, the first position and the third position are symmetrically disposed, and the second position and the fourth position are symmetrically disposed. Further, the plurality of clamps 12 include a first clamp, a second clamp, a third clamp, and a fourth clamp, and when the battery cell 10 on the first clamp rotates to correspond to the first position, the battery cell on the second clamp rotates to correspond to the second position, the battery cell on the third clamp rotates to correspond to the third position, and the battery cell on the fourth clamp rotates to correspond to the fourth position. That is, when each of the jigs is rotated to a corresponding one of the positions, the remaining three jigs are in one-to-one correspondence with the remaining three positions.
In the present embodiment, the clamp 12 (i.e., the first clamp, the second clamp, the third clamp, or the fourth clamp) includes a bottom plate 121 disposed on the top surface of the turntable 11, a first rail 122 movably disposed at one end of the bottom plate 121, and a second rail 123 movably disposed at the other end of the bottom plate 121. It should be understood that the first rail 122, the bottom plate 121, and the second rail 123 of the present embodiment form a receiving groove therebetween for receiving the battery cell 10.
Preferably, the bottom plate 121 has a rectangular shape.
It should be understood that the first ribs 122 and the second ribs 123 of the present embodiment are movably disposed at two ends of the bottom plate 121, and therefore may be adjusted according to actual needs, and the positions of the first ribs 122 and the second ribs 123 on the bottom plate 121 may enable battery cells 10 of different sizes to be clamped.
Preferably, one end of the bottom plate 121 is provided with a first sliding slot 1211 along the length direction thereof, the bottom of the first stop strip 122 is provided with a first stop strip sliding block slidably disposed in the first sliding slot 1211, the other end of the bottom plate 121 is provided with a second sliding slot 1212 along the length direction thereof, and the bottom of the second stop strip 123 is provided with a second stop strip sliding block slidably disposed in the second sliding slot 1212.
In the present embodiment, the first stop strip 122 is provided with a first fixing hole 1221 communicating with the first sliding slot 1211, so that a first fixing member can be inserted into the first fixing hole 1221 to fix the first stop strip 122 in the first sliding slot 1211. Further, the second rail 123 is provided with a second fixing hole 1231 communicating with the second sliding groove 1212, so that a second fixing member can be inserted into the second fixing hole 1231 to fix the second rail 123 in the second sliding groove 1212.
Preferably, the first and second fixing members are screws, and the first and second fixing holes 1221 and 1231 are screw holes, so that the first and second stop strips 122 and 123 can be screwed into the bottom plate 121.
It should be noted that the first sliding slot 1211 and the second sliding slot 1212 are correspondingly disposed, the number of the first sliding slot 1211 and the second sliding slot 1212 is at least 2, and the number of the first rail 122 and the second rail 123 is at least 2.
It should be understood that the battery cell 10 is disposed on the base plate 121, and in order to facilitate removal of the battery cell 10 from the base plate 121, the top surface of one end of the base plate 121 is provided with a first groove 1213, and the top surface of the other end of the base plate 121 is provided with a second groove 1214.
Preferably, the clamp 12 is detachably provided on the top surface of the turntable 11. Specifically, the top surface of the turntable 11 is provided with first mounting holes 111, and the base plate 121 is provided with second mounting holes 125 corresponding to the first mounting holes 111, such that screws are inserted into the second mounting holes 125 and the first mounting holes 111 to fix the base plate 121 to the top surface of the turntable 11.
Further, the turntable 11 further comprises a fixing frame 126, wherein the turntable 11 is accommodated in the fixing frame 13.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of mounting fixing plates 1261 are spaced apart from each other on an outer side wall of a bottom of the fixing frame 126, wherein third mounting holes 1262 are provided in the mounting fixing plates 1261, so that the fixing frame 126 can be mounted on a vehicle, which includes a table top or a floor, by screws passing through the third mounting holes 1262.
In the present embodiment, the turntable 11 includes a rotating body 112 rotatably disposed in a fixing frame 126 and a top supporting body 113 disposed on the rotating body 112, wherein a bottom plate 121 is disposed on a top surface of the supporting body 113. It should be understood that the rotating body 112 can be driven by a driving mechanism in the prior art, and the detailed description of the technology is omitted here.
Preferably, the first mounting hole 111 is provided in the support body 113. Furthermore, the fixing frame 126 is annular, the rotating body 112 is annular, and the supporting body 113 is annular, wherein the outer diameter of the rotating body 112 is smaller than the bore diameter of the inner bore of the fixing frame 126, and the outer diameter of the supporting body 113 is larger than the outer diameter of the rotating body 112.
The first surface detection structure 13 includes a first support rod 131 disposed at the outer side of the turntable 11, a first vision camera 132 disposed at the top end of the first support rod 131 and used for photographing the top surface of the outer end of the battery cell 10 on the turntable 11, and a second vision camera 133 disposed at the bottom end of the first support rod 131 and used for photographing the bottom surface of the outer end of the battery cell 10 on the turntable 11.

The second surface inspection structure 18 includes a second support rod 181 disposed inside the turntable 11, a third vision camera 182 disposed at a top end of the second support rod 181 and used for photographing a top surface of an inner end of the battery cell 10 on the turntable 11, and a fourth vision camera 183 disposed at a bottom end of the second support rod 181 and used for photographing a bottom surface of the inner end of the battery cell 10 on the turntable 11.
Further, the second surface detection structure 18 further includes a fourth support rod 184 disposed in the turntable 11 and adjacent to the second support rod 181, a third strip-shaped light source 185 disposed at a top end of the fourth support rod 184 and configured to emit light toward a top surface of the battery cell 10 on the turntable 11, and a fourth strip-shaped light source 186 disposed at a bottom end of the fourth support rod 184 and configured to emit light toward a bottom surface of the battery cell 10 on the turntable 11. The light direction 1851 of the third strip-shaped light source 185 faces the top surface of the battery cell 10, and the light direction 1861 of the fourth strip-shaped light source 186 faces the bottom surface of the battery cell 10.
Preferably, the first vision camera 132 and the third vision camera 182 are located at a higher level than the top surface of the turntable 11, and the second vision camera 133 and the fourth vision camera 183 are located at a lower level than the top surface of the turntable 11.
Further, the first bar light source 135 and the third bar light source 185 are located at a level higher than that of the top surface of the turntable 11, and the second bar light source 136 and the fourth bar light source 186 are located at a level lower than that of the top surface of the turntable 11.
Preferably, the first strip light source 135, the second strip light source 13, the third strip light source 185 and the fourth strip light source 186 are elongated.
The first outer side surface detection structure 14 includes a first servo module 141 disposed outside the turntable 11, a first servo slider movably disposed on the first servo module 141, a first fixing plate 142 disposed on the first servo slider, a second servo module 143 disposed on the first fixing plate 142, a second servo slider 144 movably disposed on the second servo module 143, and a fifth vision camera 145 disposed on the second servo slider 144 and used for photographing an outer side surface of the first tab 101 of the battery cell 10 away from the second tab 102. It should be appreciated that the first and second servo sliders 144 of the present embodiment move in the same direction.
Further, a first auxiliary light source 146 is disposed at the front end of the first fixing plate 421, so that the first auxiliary light source 146 illuminates the outer side surface of the first tab 101 of the battery cell 10, which is far away from the second tab 102.
The second outer side surface detecting structure 17 includes a third servo module 171 arranged outside the turntable 11, a third servo slider movably arranged on the third servo module 171, a second fixing plate 172 arranged on the third servo slider, a fourth servo module 173 arranged on the second fixing plate 172, a fourth servo slider 174 movably arranged on the fourth servo module 173, and a sixth vision camera 175 arranged on the fourth servo slider 174 and used for photographing the outer side surface of the second tab 102 of the battery cell 10 away from the first tab 101.
Further, a second auxiliary light source 176 is disposed at the front end of the second fixing plate 172, so that the second auxiliary light source 176 illuminates the outer side surface of the second tab 102 of the battery cell 10 away from the first tab 101.
Preferably, the first auxiliary light source 146 and the second auxiliary light source 176 are both arc-shaped.
Preferably, the fifth and sixth vision cameras 145 and 175 are located at the same level as the top surface of the turntable 11.
The first inner side surface detection structure 15 includes a fifth servo module 151 disposed outside the turntable 11, a fifth servo slider movably disposed on the fifth servo module 151, a third fixing plate 152 disposed on the fifth servo slider, a first prism 153 disposed at the front end of the third fixing plate 152 and having a mirror surface for reflecting the inner side surface of the first tab 101 of the battery cell 10 close to the second tab 102, a sixth servo module 154 disposed on the third fixing plate 152, a sixth servo slider 155 movably disposed on the sixth servo module 154, and a seventh vision camera 156 disposed on the sixth servo slider 155 and used for photographing the mirror surface of the first prism 153. It should be understood that the seventh vision camera 156 photographs the mirror surface of the first prism 153, so that it is possible to photograph the inner side surface of the first tab 101 of the battery cell 10 close to the second tab 102.
Further, a third auxiliary light source 157 is further disposed at the front end of the third fixing plate 152, so that the inner side surface of the first tab 101 of the battery cell 10, which is close to the second tab 102, is illuminated by the third auxiliary light source 157.
The second inner side surface detection structure 16 includes a seventh servo module 161 disposed outside the turntable 11, a seventh servo slider movably disposed on the seventh servo module 161, a fourth fixing plate 162 disposed on the seventh servo slider, a second prism 163 disposed at the front end of the fourth fixing plate 162 and having a mirror surface for reflecting the inner side surface of the second tab 102 of the battery cell 10 close to the first tab 101, an eighth servo module 164 disposed on the fourth fixing plate 162, an eighth servo slider 165 movably disposed on the eighth servo module 164, and an eighth visual camera 166 disposed on the eighth servo slider 165 and for photographing the mirror surface of the second prism 163. It is to be understood that the eighth vision camera 166 photographs the mirror surface of the second prism 163, so that it is possible to photograph the inner side surface of the second tab 102 of the battery cell 10 close to the first tab 101.
Further, a fourth auxiliary light source 167 is further disposed at the front end of the fourth fixing plate 162, so as to illuminate the inner side surface of the second tab 102 of the battery electric core 10, which is close to the first tab 101, through the fourth auxiliary light source 167.
Preferably, the third auxiliary light source 157 and the fourth auxiliary light source 167 are each arc-shaped, wherein the third auxiliary light source 157 is disposed between the first prism 153 and the seventh vision camera 156, and the fourth auxiliary light source 167 is disposed between the second prism 163 and the eighth vision camera 166.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the first vision camera 132, the second vision camera 133, the third vision camera 183, the fourth vision camera 184, the fifth vision camera 145, the sixth vision camera 175, the seventh vision camera 156, the eighth vision camera 166, the first servo module 141, the third servo module 171, the second servo module 143, the fourth servo module 173, the fifth servo module 151, the sixth servo module 15, the seventh servo module 161, the eighth servo module 164, the first bar light source 135, the second bar light source 136, the third bar light source 185, the fourth bar light source 186, the first auxiliary light source 146, the second auxiliary light source 176, the third auxiliary light source 157, and the fourth auxiliary light source 167 are electrically connected to the controller (or the disk-type battery cell detection mechanism further includes a controller), so that corresponding control and processing (such as picture analysis or picture comparison, etc.) can be performed by the controller, the controller can be implemented by using products in the prior art, and the principle and the structure thereof are not described in detail herein. In addition, the first servo module 141, the third servo module 171, the second servo module 143, the fourth servo module 173, the fifth servo module 151, the sixth servo module 15, the seventh servo module 161, and the eighth servo module 164 can be implemented by using a product in the prior art, for example, the servo module includes a lead screw, a slider screwed on the lead screw, and a motor for driving the lead screw to rotate.
In summary, the disc type battery cell detection mechanism disclosed by the invention can utilize the turntable to drive the battery cell to rotate to a preset position, the bottom surface and the top surface of the battery cell are shot through the surface detection structure, the outer side surface of the lug of the battery cell is shot through the outer side surface detection structure, and the inner side surface of the lug of the battery cell is shot through the inner side surface detection structure, so that the quality detection is convenient, whether the battery cell has problems or not is detected, the manual operation is not needed, the visual camera is adopted to replace the manual identification, the efficiency is high, the condition of false detection is avoided, and the quality of a product is effectively improved.
