The invention discloses a secondary vulcanization method of tire fonts, which comprises the following steps of 1: penetrating the secondary vulcanization rubber material into character lines of a secondary vulcanization mould by using a pressure rubber scraping tool; step 2: after the secondary vulcanization rubber material in the font lines fully infiltrates into the mold, smearing special vulcanization medicine on the surface of the rubber material; and step 3: polishing and flattening the surface of the tire sidewall part needing secondary vulcanization and cleaning; and 4, step 4: heating the secondary vulcanization mould; and 5: pressurizing the secondary vulcanization mould; step 6: and (4) placing the secondary vulcanization mould at the part of the tire with the character shape needing secondary vulcanization to complete the secondary vulcanization of the tire side character shape. The secondary vulcanization method of the tire fonts is provided, and the depth and the font definition of the tire sidewall after vulcanization are completely consistent with the appearance of normal tire production.

The invention relates to the technical field of tire font vulcanization, in particular to a secondary vulcanization method of tire fonts.
Background
In the tire production process, some bad defects of tire side fonts always occur due to various reasons, or temporary requirements of market customers require temporary change of partial tire side font characters, once the two situations occur, a common processing mode is to directly use a font template for mould pressing, and the moulded fonts and the fonts which are normally produced and vulcanized by the tire have obvious differences, namely the font depth is shallow, and the font outline edge definition is poor.

The invention aims to provide a secondary vulcanization method of tire fonts, which aims to solve the technical problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method of post-curing tire fonts, comprising:
step 1: penetrating the secondary vulcanization rubber material into character lines of a secondary vulcanization mould by using a pressure rubber scraping tool;
step 2: after the secondary vulcanization rubber material in the font lines fully infiltrates into the mold, smearing special vulcanization medicine on the surface of the rubber material;
and step 3: polishing and flattening the surface of the tire sidewall part needing secondary vulcanization and cleaning;
and 4, step 4: heating the secondary vulcanization mould;
and 5: pressurizing the secondary vulcanization mould;
step 6: and (4) placing the secondary vulcanization mould at the part of the tire with the character shape needing secondary vulcanization to complete the secondary vulcanization of the tire side character shape.
In the step 1, the secondary vulcanization mould is preheated before the secondary vulcanization rubber material is infiltrated into the character lines of the secondary vulcanization mould, and the temperature of the preheated mould is not lower than 80 ℃.
In the step 1, the compound Mooney index value of the secondary vulcanized compound is between 40 and 50; the scorching time of the rubber compound is 50-80 seconds; the ozone aging time of the sizing material is not less than 72 h.
In the step 2, the special vulcanization medicine is insoluble sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator TT.

the invention provides a secondary vulcanization method of tire fonts, the design content of the invention can completely process the tire side font abnormity in the tire production process or the requirement of temporarily changing and adjusting the font, and the processed tire side font is consistent with the appearance of the normally produced tire; the appearance effect of the tire is improved, and the requirements of market customers are better met.

Step 2: after repeated frictioning, removing redundant rubber outside the font body of the secondary vulcanization mold, and after the secondary vulcanization rubber in the font lines fully permeates into the mold, smearing a vulcanization special medicine on the surface of the rubber; the vulcanization accelerator TT is a vulcanization special medicine, and the dosage ratio of the vulcanization special medicine to the vulcanization accelerator TT is 2:0.2 in general. So as to ensure that the surface of the character body subjected to secondary vulcanization and the surface of the tire are subjected to rapid molecular crosslinking.
And step 3: polishing and flattening the surface of the tire sidewall part needing secondary vulcanization and cleaning the surface by adopting No. 120 gasoline;
and 4, step 4: preheating is needed before heating the secondary vulcanization mould, and the temperature of the secondary vulcanization mould after preheating is not lower than 160 ℃.

1) the font depth of the secondary vulcanization mould can be designed as required; different fonts need to be matched with different secondary vulcanization moulds.
2) The fonts of the secondary vulcanization mould adopt slope design and bottom arc treatment, so that demoulding is facilitated;
3) the bottom of the character is designed in a circular arc manner;
4) the thickness of the secondary vulcanization mould is not less than 8 mm;
5) the matching design that the radian of the font working surface is consistent with the arc of the tire sidewall is adopted.
2. The secondary vulcanized rubber material has the following indexes:
1) the Mooney index value of the rubber compound is between 40 and 50;
2) the scorching time of the rubber compound is 50-80 seconds;
3) the ozone aging time of the sizing material is not less than 72 h;
the performance index of the rubber material corresponding to the tire font needing secondary vulcanization at the tire side part needs to be superior to the performance of the tire side rubber material used in the normal production process of the tire, so that the normal operation of the secondary vulcanization of the tire font can be ensured.
3. Adopting a special frictioning and vulcanizing process:
1) adopting pressure frictioning to fully permeate the rubber material into the secondary vulcanization mold;
2) adopting a high-temperature (190-200 ℃) and short-time (70-100 seconds) vulcanization process;
4. the heating of the secondary vulcanization mould adopts a heating plate for heating:
1) the heating plate is formed by combining a plane heating plate and a pressure transmission block;
2) the flat hot plate mainly heats and transfers heat;
3) the pressure transmission block mainly applies pressure to the vulcanization mould to realize secondary vulcanization;

step 2: after the secondary vulcanization rubber material in the font lines fully infiltrates into the mold, smearing special vulcanization medicine on the surface of the rubber material;
and step 3: polishing and flattening the surface of the tire sidewall part needing secondary vulcanization and cleaning;
and 4, step 4: heating the secondary vulcanization mould;
and 5: pressurizing the secondary vulcanization mould;
step 6: and (4) placing the secondary vulcanization mould at the part of the tire with the character shape needing secondary vulcanization to complete the secondary vulcanization of the tire side character shape.
2. The secondary vulcanization method for tire fonts as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step 1, the secondary vulcanization mold is preheated before the secondary vulcanization rubber compound is infiltrated into the font lines of the secondary vulcanization mold, and the temperature of the preheated mold is not lower than 80 ℃.
3. The method for secondary vulcanization of tire tread according to claim 1, wherein in step 2, the vulcanization-dedicated chemicals are insoluble sulfur and vulcanization accelerator TT.
4. The method for secondary vulcanization of tire font according to claim 1, wherein in step 3, the surface of the tire sidewall portion to be secondarily vulcanized is cleaned with 120# gasoline.
5. The secondary vulcanization method for tire tread according to claim 1, wherein in step 4, the secondary vulcanization mold is preheated before being heated, and the temperature of the secondary vulcanization mold after being preheated is not lower than 160 ℃.
6. The secondary vulcanization method for tire tread according to claim 1, wherein in step 5, the pressure applied to the secondary vulcanization mold is not less than 0.3 Mpa.

The method for secondary vulcanization of tire font according to claim 1, wherein in step 6, the secondary vulcanization mold is placed at the portion of the tire font requiring secondary vulcanization to complete secondary vulcanization of the tire sidewall font, and the method comprises: and (3) placing the secondary vulcanization mould subjected to rubber scraping at the position of the tire needing secondary vulcanization, fully contacting the character surface of the secondary vulcanization mould with the tire polishing position surface, pushing the preheated secondary vulcanization mould by a pressure cylinder to apply vulcanization pressure, and heating and applying pressure for not less than 2min to complete secondary vulcanization of the tire sidewall characters.
