为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了新抗栓胶囊及其制备方法，工艺更加先进，可以更好的发挥疗效，且便于服用。
本发明的新抗栓胶囊，包括以下重量份数的中药：
当归尾170～210份、丹参170～210份、僵蚕(麸炒)60～130份、壁虎60～130份、土鳖虫170～210份、蜈蚣40～70份、水蛭170～210份、蜂房60～130份、地龙60～130份、马钱子(制)30～60份、人工麝香1～5份、蟾酥(酒制)1～3份、甘草60～130份、土茯苓170～210份、延胡索(醋制)60～130份、骨碎补(制)170～210份、乌稍蛇(酒制)170～210份、虻虫(去翅)40～70份、三棱60～130份。

本发明的新抗栓胶囊的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)第一次煎煮：分别称取当归尾、丹参、马钱子(制)、甘草、土茯苓、延胡索(醋制)、骨碎补(制)和三棱八味中药，加入其总质量7～12倍质量的水中，煎煮1～4h，过滤，得到第一次煎煮滤液；
(2)第二次煎煮：将过滤出的八味中药加入其总质量7～12倍质量的水中，煎煮1～4h，过滤，得到第二次煎煮滤液；
(3)浓缩：将第一次煎煮滤液和第二次煎煮滤液合并，并将其浓缩得到浸膏；
(4)原料粉碎：将僵蚕(麸炒)、壁虎、土鳖虫、蜈蚣、水蛭、蜂房、地龙、乌稍蛇(酒制)和虻虫(去翅)九味药材进行粉碎至60～130目的细粉；
(5)混合：将上述步骤粉碎得到的细粉混入浸膏中，搅拌使其混合均匀；
(6)干燥：将混合后的软材进行干燥处理；
(7)粉碎制粒：将干燥后的干膏进行粉碎处理，得到药物颗粒；

2、本发明从处方中去除国家二级濒危保护动物药材穿山甲，更利于保护野生资源；
3、本发明中煎煮液为40～90℃减压浓缩，相比传统100℃常压浓缩，浓缩温度低，耗能低，浓缩时间短，热敏性成分损失小，有效成分回收率高；服用量减少，疗效更佳，便于服用；
4、本发明的新抗栓胶囊扩大了疗效范围，对脑血栓、心肌梗塞，血栓性静脉炎等由有较好的辅助治疗作用变为治疗作用。本发明在制剂成型过程中不用辅料，产品更易吸收。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
分别称取以下重量份中药：当归尾200g、丹参200g、僵蚕(麸炒)100g、壁虎100g、土鳖虫200g、蜈蚣50g、水蛭200g、蜂房100g、地龙100g、马钱子(制)30g、人工麝香3g、蟾酥(酒制)1g、甘草100g、土茯苓200g、延胡索(醋制)100g、骨碎补(制)200g、乌稍蛇(酒制)200g、虻虫(去翅)50g、三棱80g。
分别称取当归尾、丹参、马钱子(制)、甘草、土茯苓、延胡索(醋制)、骨碎补(制)和三棱八味中药，加入其总质量8倍质量的水中，煎煮2h，过滤，得到第一次煎煮滤液，将过滤出的八味中药加入其总质量8倍质量的水中，煎煮1h，过滤，得到第二次煎煮滤液，将第一次煎煮滤液和第二次煎煮滤液合并，在65℃下进行减压浓缩，得到相对密度为1.2g/cm3的浸膏，将僵蚕(麸炒)、壁虎、土鳖虫、蜈蚣、水蛭、蜂房、地龙、乌稍蛇(酒制)和虻虫(去翅)九味药材进行粉碎至100目的细粉，将粉碎得到的细粉混入浸膏中，搅拌使其混合均匀，将混合后的软材在80℃下进行干燥处理，将干燥后的干膏进行粉碎处理，并过60目筛，得到药物颗粒，将人工麝香和蟾酥(酒制)研细混匀，并将其混入粉碎后的药物颗粒中，混合均匀，最后将混合后的颗粒装入胶囊中，得到新型抗栓胶囊。

分别称取当归尾、丹参、马钱子(制)、甘草、土茯苓、延胡索(醋制)、骨碎补(制)和三棱八味中药，加入其总质量12倍质量的水中，煎煮12h，过滤，得到第一次煎煮滤液，将过滤出的八味中药加入其总质量12倍质量的水中，煎煮2h，过滤，得到第二次煎煮滤液，将第一次煎煮滤液和第二次煎煮滤液合并，在80℃下进行减压浓缩，得到相对密度为1.3g/cm3的浸膏，将僵蚕(麸炒)、壁虎、土鳖虫、蜈蚣、水蛭、蜂房、地龙、乌稍蛇(酒制)和虻虫(去翅)九味药材进行粉碎至80目的细粉，将粉碎得到的细粉混入浸膏中，搅拌使其混合均匀，将混合后的软材在90℃下进行干燥处理，将干燥后的干膏进行粉碎处理，并过80目筛，得到药物颗粒，将人工麝香和蟾酥(酒制)研细混匀，并将其混入粉碎后的药物颗粒中，混合均匀，最后将混合后的颗粒装入胶囊中，得到新型抗栓胶囊。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有抗栓作用的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份数的中药：
当归尾170～210份、丹参170～210份、僵蚕60～130份、壁虎60～130份、土鳖虫170～210份、蜈蚣40～70份、水蛭170～210份、蜂房60～130份、地龙60～130份、马钱子30～60份、人工麝香1～5份、蟾酥1～3份、甘草60～130份、土茯苓170～210份、延胡索60～130份、骨碎补170～210份、乌稍蛇170～210份、虻虫40～70份和三棱60～130份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述僵蚕的炮制方法为麸炒；所述蟾酥的炮制方法为酒制；所述延胡索的炮制方法为醋制；所述乌稍蛇的炮制方法为酒制；所述虻虫要去翅；所述马钱子和骨碎补经过炮制。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的剂型为胶囊剂。
4.权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物在制备抗栓药物中的应用。
5.权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物在制备治疗脑血栓药物中的应用。
6.权利要求1或2所述的中药组合物在制备治疗心肌梗塞药物中的应用。
7.一种新抗栓胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)第一次煎煮：分别称取当归尾、丹参、马钱子、甘草、土茯苓、延胡索、骨碎补和三棱八味中药，加入其总质量7～12倍质量的水中，煎煮1～4h，过滤，得到第一次煎煮滤液；
(2)第二次煎煮：将过滤出的八味中药加入其总质量7～12倍质量的水中，煎煮1～4h，过滤，得到第二次煎煮滤液；
(3)浓缩：将第一次煎煮滤液和第二次煎煮滤液合并，并将其浓缩得到浸膏；
(4)原料粉碎：将僵蚕、壁虎、土鳖虫、蜈蚣、水蛭、蜂房、地龙、乌稍蛇和虻虫九味药材进行粉碎至60～130目的细粉；
(5)混合：将上述步骤粉碎得到的细粉混入浸膏中，搅拌使其混合均匀；
(6)干燥：将混合后的软材进行干燥处理；
(7)粉碎制粒：将干燥后的干膏进行粉碎处理，得到药物颗粒；
(8)总混：将人工麝香和蟾酥研细混匀，并将其混入粉碎后的药物颗粒中，混合均匀；
(9)装胶囊：将混合后的颗粒装入胶囊中，得到新型抗栓胶囊。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种抗栓胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(3)中得到的浸膏的相对密度为1.05～1.4g/cm3。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种抗栓胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(3)中的浓缩条件为40～90℃减压浓缩。
10.如权利要求7所述的一种抗栓胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤(6)中的干燥温度为30～100℃。
