技术领域
本发明涉及奶牛饲养领域,具体涉及一种防治奶牛酮病并改善其生产及繁殖性能的饲料添加剂。
背景技术
奶牛酮病是泌乳奶牛常见的群发性疾病,也是围产期奶牛多发的一种营养代谢性疾病,以奶牛血清、尿液以及牛奶中酮体(β-羟丁酸、乙酰乙酸、丙酮)升高为主要特征,没有明显的季节性限制,产前21天至产后21天极易发生,多发于高产奶牛,影响重大,且近年来有逐渐上升的趋势。另外,酮病的发生还会引起奶牛产奶量和乳品质下降,引发产后真胃变位、子宫炎、体质下降和繁殖效率下降等潜在问题。
通过饲料添加剂来防治酮病是常用的方法,但是西药饲料添加剂尤其是抗菌药物饲料添加剂的弊端越来越显现,而中草药饲料添加剂具有无残留、生态环保等优点,成为减抗、替抗饲料添加剂的主力产品之一。例如,发明专利申请CN105663989A公开了一种用于防治奶牛消化型酮病的中药组合物及其制备方法,利用党参、当归、益母草,丹参,赤芍,熟地,砂仁,木香,苍术,厚朴,槟榔,麦芽,神曲,山楂,甘草等多种组分,针对消化型酮病患牛气血凝滞的病机特点,补血活血,降逆化浊,健脾和胃,强化新陈代谢,能够抑制酮体生成,防治奶牛消化型酮病。发明专利申请CN101822317A公开了一种防治奶牛酮病的复方饲料添加剂,利用当归、赤芍、川芎、熟地等中药组分和丙酸钠、硫酸铜、硫酸锰等无机成分相结合对酮病进行预防和治疗。
但是,上述两种饲料添加剂以及市面上常见的中药类型的饲料添加剂主要针对奶牛酮病的防治并进行研究,而对于提升新产牛生产性能和后期繁殖性能没有明显的效果,但是新产牛生产性能和后期繁殖性能均对奶牛饲养具有重要的意义,因此,将防治奶牛酮病与改善其生产性能及繁殖性能进行有效结合才更加全面的改善新产牛的各项指标,增加奶牛养殖的经济收益,且有助于实现牛场健康发展和良好经济效益。基于上述原因,期待一种既能够防治奶牛酮病同时还能够改善其生产性能及繁殖性能的多功能饲料添加剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防治奶牛酮病并改善其生产及繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂口感良好,利于吸收,不仅能够有效防治新产牛酮病,而且能全面改善新产牛代谢,同时还能提升产奶量和乳品质质量及繁殖性能,能够从多方面提升新产奶牛各项机体指标,增加奶牛养殖的经济收益。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:

一种防治奶牛酮病并改善其生产及繁殖性能的饲料添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将所述饲料添加剂的组分研磨后充分混合,得到中药组合物;
S2:用1%质量比的酿酒酵母2*108 CFU/g、米曲霉1*105CFU/g、黑曲霉1*106 CFU/g、绿色木霉1*106 CFU/g和乳酸菌2*107 CFU/g的复合微生物和5%质量比的玉米粉做基料,对中药组合物进行厌氧发酵7天。
上述技术方案中,组方中黄芪大补脾胃元气、扶正固表,党参补中益气和胃生津,二药互补,共为主药。茯苓利水渗湿,白术健脾燥湿,当归补血活血,共为辅药,与黄芪、党参共同完成益气健脾,气血双补,固本培元,提高基础免疫力功效。茵陈清热利湿、退黄,栀子清热利湿、凉血解毒,大黄泻下攻积,清泄湿热,三药合用,清热利湿退黄,通利二便,可以改善新产牛血脂,也有助于提升乳品质;焦神曲、焦山楂消食导滞,健脾除胀,助消化,增加采食量,有助于提高新产牛营养获取水平,炙甘草和中缓急,润肺,解毒,调和诸药,共为佐药;三棱破血行气,消积祛瘀止痛;莪术破血行气,消积止痛,可以有效缓解奶牛产后可能产生的血瘀腹痛、心腹胀痛和血瘀经闭,郁金行气解郁,凉血破瘀,三药合用,对新产奶牛血瘀气滞,脾胃虚弱问题有辅助作用,兼且三药活血行气,改善微循环,可以引导诸药,达到相应脏腑、组织,强化药物对机体功能的改善作用,是为使药。诸药合剂,共凑扶正固本,补益气血消食化积,祛瘀止痛功效。有效促进新产奶牛机体机能恢复,全面提升新产牛体质,提高免疫力,促进消化机能旺盛,恢复生殖系统功能;通过改善消化机能,迅速提高奶牛采食量,减少营养负平衡,从而有效预防酮病等代谢性疾病的发生,降低发病率,减少死亡淘汰率,提高奶牛高峰日产奶量和乳品质;促进生殖系统功能恢复,减少生殖系统疾病发病率,提高下次配种受胎率,提高养殖效益。同时,本饲料添加剂使用五种复合菌株配合玉米粉基料进行发酵,这样既可以保留中药有效成分,又可以切断中药中大分子链,便于被牛体吸收,提升口感,容易被牛群接受。

实施例1
一种防治奶牛酮病并改善其生产及繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,按重量计由如下组分制成:黄芪180份、党参50份、炒白术50份、茯苓50份、炙甘草50份、当归60份、茵陈100份、栀子30份、焦山楂60份、焦麦芽60份、焦神曲60份、枳壳50份、三棱30份、莪术15份、郁金15份、地榆20份、大黄15份。
上述饲料添加剂的制备方法包括:
S1:将所述饲料添加剂的组分研磨后充分混合,得到中药组合物;

效果比对
实验组
选择一个2000多头规模相对较大的奶牛场,在不影响奶牛场正常生产情况下,采用完全随机区组设计,依据胎次、体况评分、上一泌乳周期总产奶量相近的原则随机选取50头新产牛作为实验组,在饲喂常规日粮的基础之上,对每头牛每天添加100g实施例1制备的饲料添加剂。饲料添加剂通过小型TMR全混合型搅拌机充分混合后,再进行饲喂。饲喂试验期为65天,从第1头牛进入新产圈到第50头牛转出新产圈。饲养管理按牛场原有程序常规进行。然后从50头牛中随机选择10头2~3胎次、体况评分在3分左右、产奶量10吨左右的新产牛作为实验组样本,进行数据采集并进行产奶量、乳指标和血清生化指标的样本测试。采食量由于TMR全混合日粮饲喂,只能测全群采食量,然后计算平均每头牛的日均采食量。

选择一个2000多头规模相对较大的奶牛场,在不影响奶牛场正常生产情况下,采用完全随机区组设计,依据胎次、体况评分、上一泌乳周期总产奶量相近的原则随机选取50头新产牛作为空白对照组,饲喂常规日粮。饲喂试验期为71天,从第1头牛进入新产圈到第50头牛转出新产圈。饲养管理按牛场原有程序常规进行。然后从50头牛中随机选择10头2~3胎次、体况评分在3分左右、产奶量10吨左右的新产牛作为空白对照组样本,进行样本采集,并进行产奶量、乳指标和血清生化指标的样本测试。
对比例2 市售饲料添加剂对照组
选择一个2000多头规模相对较大的奶牛场,在不影响奶牛场正常生产情况下,采用完全随机区组设计,依据胎次、体况评分、上一泌乳周期总产奶量相近的原则随机选取50头新产牛作为市售饲料添加剂对照组,在饲喂常规日粮的基础之上,对每头牛每天添加适量的市售添加剂(市售添加剂为市面上可以通过购买获取即可,饲料饲喂量依据市售添加剂的说明书指导用量)。饲料添加剂通过小型TMR全混合型搅拌机充分混合后,再进行饲喂。饲喂试验期为60天,从第1头牛进入新产圈到第50头牛转出新产圈。饲养管理按牛场原有程序常规进行。然后从50头牛中随机选择10头2~3胎次、体况评分在3分左右、产奶量10吨左右的新产牛作为市售饲料添加剂组样本,进行样本采集,并进行产奶量、乳指标和血清生化指标的样本测试。
实验组和对比例1、对比例2的实验结果
1.1对采食量和产奶量的影响
试验结束前5天,每天称取实验组和对比例1、对比例2新产牛样本的投料量和剩料量及记录牛头数和每头牛的泌乳天数,计算每天每头牛的平均采食量,记录30头样本牛产后3~30天的产奶量,然后计算日均产奶量。结果如下表1所示:

注:同行数字肩标不同小写字母表示差异显著(P<0.05),含有相同字母或者没有字母,表示异不显著(P>0.05),下同。
从表1数据得知,由于奶牛个体间差异较大,三组样本牛试验结束前5天(平均泌乳天数为产后第14天)每头牛的日均采食量差异不显著(P>0.05),但实验组高于空白对照组和市售饲料添加剂组,实验组比空白对照组这5天的日均采食量高1.98kg,比市售添加剂组高0.82kg。三组产奶量差异也不显著(P>0.05),但产奶量亦是实验组最高,比空白对照组平均高1.51kg/头/天,比市售饲料组高0.95kg/头/天。
1.2对乳品质的影响
于实验组和对比例1、对比例2中的30头样本牛,第30天转群,当天采集早、晚2 次的乳样,按1:1混合后,放入含有防腐剂的奶样收集瓶中,检测乳品质。其中包括乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳尿素氮含量和乳体细胞数等,结果如下表2所示:

从表2数据得知,各组乳脂率、乳蛋白率、体细胞数、尿素氮含量均没有显著差异(P>0.05),但实验组乳脂率、乳蛋白率均高于空白对照组和市售饲料添加剂组,体细胞数实验组、市售饲料添加剂组相对于空白对照组均降低,尿素氮实验组、市售饲料添加剂组相对于空白对照组有所提高,但均在正常范围内。因此综合而言,实验组的奶品质最高。
1.3对奶牛血液生化指标的影响
于实验组和对比例1、对比例2中的30头样本牛,第30天转群,当天晨饲前进行牛尾跟静脉采集血液10mL ,立即3500r/min离心5min后分离血清,随后立即将其带回实验室置于-20°C冰箱中,贮存待检以下指标(血液指标:葡萄糖、胰岛素、游离脂肪酸、β-羟丁酸),实验结果如下表3所示:

由表3得知,血清葡萄糖水平实验组、市售饲料添加剂组显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05),市售饲料添加剂组高于实验组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。β-羟丁酸水平实验组显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05),低于市售饲料添加剂组,但两组差异不显著(P>0.05);游离脂肪酸实验组、市售饲料添加剂组低于空白对照组,但各组水平差异均不显著(P>0.05)。胰岛素水平实验组低于空白对照组,市售饲料添加剂组稍微高于空白对照组,但各组水平差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上,实验组整体测试结果较佳。
1.4对酮病发生率和繁殖性能的影响
实验组和对比例1、对比例2中,从本试验开始到这150头牛全部配种或者淘汰我们跟踪发现,在产后第7天、14天和21天我们试纸条快速检测各奶牛血酮含量时(每头牛平均检测3次)发现空白对照组有9头奶牛血清酮体含量大于1.2mmol/ L,发病率为18%;实验组有2头奶牛,发病率为4%,市售饲料添加剂组有4头奶牛,酮病发病率为8%。另从下表4可以看出,实验组和对比例1、对比例2三组的平均产后首次配种时间分别产后71天、64天、66天,妊娠配种次数分别为2.6次、1.9次、2.3次,首次情期受胎率为34.04%、42.86%、38.78%。空白对照组因乳房炎淘汰2头牛,蹄病淘汰1头牛,实验组因蹄病淘汰1头牛;市售饲料添加剂组因乳房炎淘汰1头牛。综上所述,实验组整体表现较其他两组好。

综上所述,实验组即在饲喂日常饲料的情况下每天添加本配方下的饲料添加剂,能够在采食量和产奶量、乳品质、血液生化指标以及酮病发生率和繁殖性能等方面具有良好效果,能够在防治奶牛酮病的同时,对新产牛的多项身体指标以及产奶量和奶品质上均有较大的提升,利于全面提升新产牛体质,提高免疫力,降低奶牛酮病等代谢性疾病的发病率,减少死亡淘汰率,提高奶牛高峰日产奶量和乳品质及后期繁殖性能,增加经济效益。
上述实施例只是对本发明构思和实现的若干说明,并非对其进行限制,在本发明构思下,未经实质变换的技术方案仍然在保护范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种防治奶牛酮病并改善其生产及繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,按重量计由如下组分组成:黄芪160-230份、党参40-80份、炒白术40-60份、茯苓40-60份、炙甘草40-60份、当归50-70份、茵陈80-120份、栀子20-40份、焦山楂50-70份、焦麦芽50-70份、焦神曲50-70份、枳壳40-60份、三棱20-40份、莪术10-20份、郁金10-20份、地榆10-30份、大黄10-20份;
饲料添加剂的制备包括如下步骤:
S1:将所述饲料添加剂的所有组分研磨后充分混合,得到中药组合物备用;
S2:用1%质量比的酿酒酵母2×108 CFU/g、米曲霉1×105CFU/g、黑曲霉1×106 CFU/g、绿色木霉1×106 CFU/g和乳酸菌2×107 CFU/g组成的复合微生物和5%质量比的玉米粉混合后作为基料,并用所述基料对中药组合物进行厌氧发酵7天。
2.如权利要求1所述的防治奶牛酮病并改善其生产及繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,按重量计由如下组分组成:黄芪180份、党参50份、炒白术50份、茯苓50份、炙甘草50份、当归60份、茵陈100份、栀子30份、焦山楂60份、焦麦芽60份、焦神曲60份、枳壳50份、三棱30份、莪术15份、郁金15份、地榆20份、大黄15份。
3.如权利要求1所述的防治奶牛酮病并改善其生产及繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,按重量计由如下组分组成:黄芪160份、党参40份、炒白术40份、茯苓40份、炙甘草40份、当归50份、茵陈80份、栀子20份、焦山楂50份、焦麦芽50份、焦神曲50份、枳壳40份、三棱20份、莪术10份、郁金10份、地榆10份、大黄10份。
4.如权利要求1所述的防治奶牛酮病并改善其生产及繁殖性能的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,按重量计由如下组分组成:黄芪230份、党参80份、炒白术60份、茯苓60份、炙甘草60份、当归70份、茵陈120份、栀子40份、焦山楂70份、焦麦芽70份、焦神曲70份、枳壳60份、三棱40份、莪术20份、郁金20份、地榆30份、大黄20份。
