a second movable plate (51), wherein the second movable plate (51) is slidably mounted between the sliding rods (43);
the number of the electric fans (52) is at least two, and the electric fans (52) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bottom of the second movable plate (51);
the dust sensor (53), the dust sensor (53) is installed at the bottom of the electric fan (52) on one side;
and the second spring (54), and the second spring (54) is installed between the sliding rod (43) and the bottom of the second movable plate (51).
4. An intelligent grape vine-raising soil-clearing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lowering mechanism (6) comprises:
the number of the fixing plates (62) is at least two, and the fixing plates (62) are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper part of one side of the soil cleaning vehicle (1);
the electric push rod (61), the electric push rod (61) is installed on one side of the fixed plate (62), and telescopic rods of the electric push rod (61) are connected with the first movable plate (42);

the number of the water tanks (71) is at least two, and the water tanks (71) are respectively arranged on two sides of one side of the top of the soil cleaning vehicle (1);
the water inlet pipe (72), the water inlet pipe (72) is arranged between one sides of the water tanks (71);
the electromagnetic valve (77), the electromagnetic valve (77) is installed in the water inlet pipe (72);
the booster pump (73), the booster pump (73) is installed on one side of the inner top of the soil cleaning vehicle (1), and the water inlet pipe (72) is connected with the booster pump (73);
the first sliding sleeve (76), the first sliding sleeve (76) is installed on one side of the inner top of the soil cleaning vehicle (1), and the first sliding sleeve (76) is located on one side of the booster pump (73);

the second sliding sleeve (82), the second sliding sleeve (82) rotates and is slidably installed in the middle side of the U-shaped rod (81), and the second sliding sleeve (82) is rotatably connected with the spray pipe (75);

a torsion spring (84), wherein the torsion spring (84) is arranged between the lower part of the inner side of the second sliding sleeve (82) and the spray pipe (75).

the number of the third sliding sleeves (94) is at least two, and the third sliding sleeves (94) are respectively and slidably mounted on two sides of the bottom middle side of the second movable plate (51);
the movable block (92), the movable block (92) is installed on the lower side of the third sliding sleeve (94);
the connecting rod (91) is installed between the inner sides of the movable blocks (92), and both sides of one side of the connecting rod (91) are rotatably connected with the second sliding sleeve (82) on the same side;
the cleaning brushes (93), the quantity of cleaning brushes (93) is two at least, and cleaning brushes (93) are installed respectively in the both sides in movable block (92) outside, and cleaning brushes (93) all contact with the inner wall of soil cleaning car (1).
