本公开实施例提供一种UE之间的定位方法及装置、通信设备及存储介质。所述方法包括:接收相对位置定位请求;根据所述相位置定位请求,向第一UE和第二UE分别下发资源配置;其中,所述资源配置,用于配置供第一UE和/或第二UE发送上行链路UL探测参考信号SRS的传输资源;其中,所述UL SRS用于确定所述第一UE和所述第二UE之间的相对位置。
