The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A rental method, an apparatus, and a medium, an electronic device of a shared vehicle of the embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a rental method of a shared vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the rental method of a shared vehicle includes:
and S101, controlling the image acquisition device to work when a car renting request sent by the mobile terminal is received.
Wherein the image acquisition device is arranged on the shared vehicle.
Specifically, the user can perform a car rental operation through a car rental application installed on the mobile terminal. The operation process can be as follows: the shared vehicle to be rented is selected through the mobile terminal, for example, the shared vehicle to be rented can be selected through code scanning, the selection information (which can be generated according to the code scanning and can include the identity information of the vehicle to be rented, such as the VIN code) is sent to the background server, and the background server sends the control instruction to the shared vehicle to be rented so as to control the image acquisition device of the shared vehicle to be rented to start for shooting.
In some possible examples, the image capture device may include a plurality of image capture assemblies, each disposed at a different location of the shared vehicle. For example, the image acquisition device may include: left and right rearview mirror cameras, a front camera and a rear camera.
Furthermore, the image acquisition device can also comprise a plurality of adjusting components, the adjusting components correspond to the image acquisition components one by one, and therefore the corresponding image acquisition components can be driven to stretch and/or rotate through the adjusting components so as to acquire the appearance image meeting the preset requirement. For example, the left and right rearview mirror cameras, the front camera and the rear camera can be respectively and correspondingly provided with the motor assemblies, and the shooting ranges of the left and right rearview mirror cameras, the front camera and the rear camera can be adjusted through the corresponding motor assemblies, so that the appearance images of the whole shared vehicle can be shot.
S102, acquiring a first appearance image of the shared vehicle through an image acquisition device.
The first appearance image is an appearance image of the shared vehicle before the vehicle renting is successful, and may be, for example, an appearance image of the entire shared vehicle.
S103, after the first appearance image is successfully acquired, first prompt information is sent to the mobile terminal to prompt the successful car renting.
Specifically, after the first appearance image is successfully acquired, the vehicle-mounted system uploads the first appearance image to the background server, and appearance image storage before the shared vehicle is used is performed.
Therefore, the shared vehicle renting method has the advantages that the appearance images of the shared vehicles are directly collected through the image collecting devices of the shared vehicles, the vehicle renting operation of users is simplified, the operation time is saved, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the above embodiments, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a rental method of shared vehicles according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the rental method of the shared vehicle may further include:
s201, after the first appearance image is failed to be acquired, whether the failure frequency exceeds a preset frequency is judged.
In some possible examples, the failure to acquire the first appearance image may include: the first appearance image is incomplete (for example, the first appearance image does not contain an image acquired by a certain image acquisition assembly), the proportion of the shared vehicle in the image is smaller than a preset value (for example, 70%), the definition of the first appearance image is not satisfactory, the first appearance image is not acquired within a set time after the image acquisition device is controlled to work, and the like. The preset number of times may be three, four or five times, or may be empirically set as other numbers.
S202, if the failure times do not exceed the preset times, whether the image acquisition device fails or not is detected.
For example, after failure of acquiring the first appearance image for the first time, the background server may send a detection instruction to the sharing vehicle, so that the sharing vehicle detects whether the image acquisition device has a fault according to the detection instruction, where the fault is whether the image acquisition device is disconnected, the adjustment assembly is abnormally operated, the image acquisition device is abnormally powered on, and the like.
S203, if the image acquisition device is not in fault, the first appearance image is acquired again through the image acquisition device.
And S204, if the failure times exceed the preset times or the image acquisition device fails, sending third prompt information to the mobile terminal to prompt the user to replace the shared vehicle.
For example, the third prompt message may be sent by the car rental application program, or the third prompt message may be sent by a short message to remind the user that another shared car may be replaced.
Therefore, the reliability of the acquired first appearance image can be guaranteed, and the accurate comparison during vehicle returning is facilitated.
In some feasible examples, when detecting whether the image acquisition device has a fault, the image acquisition device can also send the detected fault information to the background server, and the background server can also feed the fault information back to related maintenance personnel so as to provide information for the maintenance work of the shared vehicle, thereby being beneficial to timely eliminating the fault.
In some possible examples, the third prompt message issued to the mobile terminal may also be a prompt for acquiring the first appearance image by the mobile terminal. Therefore, the renting requirement of the shared vehicle can be met under the condition that no other shared vehicle can be rented.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a rental method of a shared vehicle according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the rental method of the shared vehicle includes:
and S301, controlling the image acquisition device to work when receiving a car returning request sent by the mobile terminal.
Specifically, the user can perform a car return operation through a car renting application installed on the mobile terminal. The operation process can be as follows: the method comprises the steps that a car returning request is generated by directly selecting a car returning option through a mobile terminal, the car returning request (including car using time length, a driving route and the like) is sent to a background server, the background server generates a corresponding control instruction according to the car returning request, and sends the control instruction to a shared vehicle to be rented, so that an image acquisition device of the shared vehicle to be rented is controlled to be started, and shooting work is carried out.
And S302, acquiring a second appearance image of the shared vehicle through an image acquisition device.
The second appearance image is acquired in the same manner as the first appearance image.
And S303, after the second appearance image is successfully acquired, comparing the second appearance image with the first appearance image to determine whether the shared vehicle is abnormal.
Wherein, the abnormality may include whether the shared vehicle is scratched, damaged, or the like.
And S304, if the shared vehicle is not abnormal, sending a second prompt message to the mobile terminal to prompt the successful returning of the vehicle.
In some feasible examples, after the mobile terminal displays that the car is returned successfully, the cost calculation may be required, and the cost is paid online to complete the order.
Specifically, after the second appearance image is successfully acquired, the second appearance image is compared with the first appearance image to judge whether the vehicle is scratched and/or damaged in the order process. If scratch and/or damage do not occur, normal charging is carried out; if scratches and/or damages occur, the order is processed according to the processing method stipulated before the order is started. The comparison process of the second appearance image and the first appearance image can be completed by a background server through image recognition and other related technologies, and can also be completed by background workers.
Therefore, the shared vehicle renting method has the advantages that the appearance images of the shared vehicle are directly collected through the image collecting device of the shared vehicle, the vehicle returning operation of a user is simplified, the operation time is saved, and the user experience is improved.
Based on the above embodiments, fig. 4 is a flowchart of a rental method of shared vehicles according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the rental method of the shared vehicle further includes:
s401, after the second appearance image is failed to be acquired, whether the failure frequency exceeds the preset frequency is judged.
Wherein the failure to acquire the second appearance image may include: the second appearance image is incomplete, the occupation ratio of the shared vehicle in the image is smaller than a preset value (such as 70%), the definition of the second appearance image does not meet the requirement, the second appearance image is not acquired within the set time after the image acquisition device is controlled to work, and the like. The preset number of times may be three, four or five times, or may be empirically set as other numbers.
S402, if the failure times do not exceed the preset times, whether the image acquisition device fails or not is detected.
For example, after failure of acquiring the second appearance image for the first time, the background server may send a detection instruction to the sharing vehicle, so that the sharing vehicle detects whether the image acquisition device has a fault according to the detection instruction, where the fault is whether the image acquisition device is disconnected, the adjustment assembly is abnormally operated, the image acquisition device is abnormally powered on, and the like.
And S403, if the image acquisition device is not in fault, acquiring a second appearance image again through the image acquisition device.
S404, if the failure times exceed the preset times or the image acquisition device fails, sending fourth prompt information to the mobile terminal to prompt the mobile terminal to acquire a second appearance image.
For example, the fourth prompt message may be sent by the car rental application program, or may be sent by a short message to prompt the user that the mobile terminal obtains the second appearance image, so that the car can be normally returned.
In some possible examples, the image capturing device may further include a camera disposed in the vehicle for obtaining an image of the interior of the vehicle, i.e., the first appearance image and the second appearance image may further include an image of the environment in the vehicle, so as to better guarantee the benefit of the vehicle sharing merchant.
