Abstract
The invention provides a natural essential oil soap and a preparation method thereof, the natural essential oil soap adopts a soap-free base system, only gels, surfactants, natural essential oil, base oil, humectants and the like in a specific ratio are compounded and formed, and the whole product has weak acid pH, a structure Q elasticity, moisturizing and sterilizing effects, has no irritation, and is suitable for long-term use by human bodies. The natural essential oil soap product disclosed by the invention is strong in fragrance, rich in foam and good in cleaning effect, the raw materials are all green and natural substances, the safety is high, the product structure Q is elastic, the strength is proper, the production process is simple, and the industrial production can be realized.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of perfumed soaps, in particular to a natural essential oil soap and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Soaps are generally solid block-shaped products, but also pasty and liquid products. Both conventional cold soaps and hot soaps are fatty acid soaps with fatty acid salts as the primary surfactant. The pH value of the fatty acid soap is alkaline, the degreasing force is strong, the skin after washing is tight and strong in feeling, the horny layer can be thinned after long-term use, and the fatty acid soap has great irritation and damage to the skin.
The essential oil soap is a kind of toilet soap with gradually increasing demand at present. The essential oil soap mainly contains plant essential oil which is extracted from flowers, leaves, stems, roots or fruits of plants by a steam distillation method, an extrusion method, a cold soaking method or a solvent extraction method, and has the advantages of strong permeability, most safety, no side effect, sterilization effect and the like.
The essential oil soap in the market is prepared by adding plant essential oil after soap base is dissolved thermally or alkali liquor is subjected to saponification reaction. Thus, existing essential oil soap products are substantially more alkaline. Although some essential oil soaps have the advantages of strong fragrance, high moisturizing effect, lasting fragrance, good sterilizing effect and the like, the alkaline essential oil soaps are still not suitable for long-term use by human bodies because the skin of the human bodies is weakly acidic.
