Description
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the technical field of adhesive tapes, and particularly relates to an advertisement car body film.
Background
In recent years, digital spray painting materials using PVC as a base material are very rapid in development and quite wide in application. The PVC has poor adhesion force with the adhesive layer and small peeling strength, so that the processing performance and the service performance of the product are affected to a certain extent. Suitable adhesives are key factors in improving the peel strength of such products.
Existing partial advertising stickers, such as car stickers, waterborne highlighting PVC, all have PVC films, adhesive layers and release papers. Although outdoor vehicle pastes can also be used as indoor ink-jet materials, the ink-jet ink used by vehicle paste products is solvent type, pollutes the operation and the use environment, and does not accord with indoor use. In addition, most of the existing vehicle stickers adopt oil pressure-sensitive adhesives, and the vehicle stickers are excellent in weather resistance and free of adhesive residue after aging, but are easy to pollute the environment in the production process, and do not meet the environmental protection requirements of the current country. In order to meet the environmental protection requirement, the existing advertisement vehicle paste widely adopts a water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, however, the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is easy to remain adhesive when advertisements are removed, and great inconvenience is caused for use. Therefore, how to develop a vehicle body paste without adhesive residue is a research direction for those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention

1. in the above scheme, the curing agent is selected from curing agents S01-5.
2. In the above scheme, the substrate layer is a PVC layer.
3. In the above embodiment, the thickness of the base material layer is 70 to 120. Mu.m.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the utility model has the following advantages:
1. according to the advertising vehicle body film, sodium carbonate and hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene are added into methyl methacrylate, styrene, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid and 4,4' -azobis (4-cyano valeric acid), so that the advertising vehicle body film is easy to strip, has no adhesive residue, is suitable for long-time outdoor use, does not need to consider the adhesive residue phenomenon occurring when the advertising film is replaced, and greatly reduces the probability of damaging the advertising film and the vehicle body.
2. The advertisement vehicle body film further enters the triglycerol monostearate, so that the stripping force of the vehicle body film reaches a stable state rapidly, the stripping force can not be increased along with the increase of time, and the advertisement vehicle body film can not be stripped difficultly when being attached to the vehicle body for a long time, thereby being convenient for subsequent replacement.
