Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) is a molecular structure formed by copolymerizing ethylene and a small amount of alpha-olefin on a linear ethylene main chain and having very short comonomer branched chains, so that the adhesive layer 3 has certain rigidity after use, and when the adhesive layer is torn by force, the adhesive layer 3 can be rigidly cracked to drive the diaphragm 6 to be completely cracked, thereby enabling the cleaning solution to flow out to the maximum extent. In the embodiment, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol is used as an antioxidant, so that the ethanol solubility is high, and the water-resisting performance of the adhesive layer 3 can be improved.
Examples formulations 1-9.
The preferable formula components and the parts by weight of the formula of each embodiment are shown in the following table 1:
test method
Formulations 1-9 are typical for each of the examples. The adhesive layer adhesive prepared from the raw materials is detected by the following method:
1. viscosity number, 500ml of unvaporized viscose layer sample is placed in the viscometer's barrel and held at the measurement temperature (25. + -. 2 ℃) for 5min, the rotor is rotated for 30-60s and read.
2. And (3) bonding fastness, namely coating and bonding two plastic parts through the unvaporized viscose layer sample, placing the two plastic parts in a normal temperature environment, taking out the two plastic parts after 48 hours, hooking one side of the plastic part by using a tensile tester at a constant speed, and recording the maximum force of the plastic part after the plastic part is pulled. (not as a metal part)
Examples formulations 1-9 produced adhesive layer adhesives having the performance parameters set forth in table 2 below:
based on the tests of the above examples, the carbon ribbon raw material is preferably prepared from the following components in mass ratio: butyl acrylate: 40 parts of a mixture; octyl acrylate: 20 parts of (1); ethylene glycol dimethacrylate: 10 parts of (A); polyterpene: 15 parts of (1); linear low density polyethylene: 15 parts of (1); 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol: 0.1 part.
A preparation process of a novel adhesive sticker comprises the following steps:
1) preparing a surface layer material, a base layer material and a base paper material with preset sizes according to requirements, pretreating the outer side of the surface layer material, and pressing and molding the surface layer material and the base layer material by hot pressing equipment;
2) the preparation of the viscose layer comprises the steps of preparing the viscose layer material by mixing, stirring and evaporating butyl acrylate, octyl acrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, polyterpene, linear low-density polyethylene, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and deionized water which are used as certain components, and storing the prepared viscose layer material into extrusion equipment;
3) preparing an action layer, namely obtaining a storage structure through a mould through an injection molding and plastic suction step, and filling and attaching the storage structure, a diaphragm prepared in advance and cleaning fluid to obtain an action layer material;
4) uniformly coating the viscose layer material between one side of the action layer storage structure and the base layer through a coating mechanism to ensure that the action layer storage structure and the base layer are attached;
5) uniformly coating the viscose layer material between the action layer diaphragm and the base paper by a coating mechanism, and bonding the action layer diaphragm and the base paper to obtain a semi-finished product;
6) and cutting the semi-finished product to obtain the finished product of the adhesive sticker.
The pretreatment of the outer side of the surface material in the step 1 comprises printing contents on the surface material, and coating a film and cooling after the contents are printed.
The mixing, stirring and evaporating mode steps of the components in the step 2 comprise:
2-1), mixing butyl acrylate, octyl acrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, polyterpene, linear low density polyethylene and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol into deionized water, and stirring for 30min to obtain a mixed solution;
2-2) heating the mixed solution to 50-60 ℃, adding a stabilizer and a defoaming agent, continuously stirring until the state of the mixed solution is stable, and standing to fully react to obtain a glue agent;
2-3) heating the glue agent until the temperature is 95 ℃, and then standing and evaporating until the water content is lower than 30%.
The step of obtaining the material of the action layer through the storage structure and the cleaning liquid in the step 3 specifically comprises the following steps:
3-1) overturning the storage structure until the opening of the storage cavity is upward;
3-2) injecting cleaning liquid into the storage cavity through injection equipment;
3-3) uniformly coating the adhesive between one side of the storage structure and the diaphragm by a coating mechanism so as to make the two adhere.

Claims (9)
1. The utility model provides a novel adhesive sticker structure which characterized in that: the paper comprises a surface layer, a base layer, an action layer, an adhesive layer and base paper which are connected in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the action layer comprises a storage structure and a diaphragm, particles formed by outward bulges and a storage cavity formed by inward depressions are arranged on one surface of the storage structure facing the diaphragm in a staggered manner, the diaphragm is attached to one surface of the storage structure provided with the storage cavity, the diaphragm completely covers the storage cavity at the position of a storage cavity opening to seal the storage cavity, and cleaning solution is arranged in the storage cavity; the surface layer is connected with the base layer in a pressing way, and the base layer is bonded with the storage structure;
the adhesive layer is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: butyl acrylate: 30-40 parts; octyl acrylate: 15-30 parts; ethylene glycol dimethacrylate: 3-10 parts; polyterpene: 6-15 parts; linear low density polyethylene: 6-15 parts; 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol: 0.05 to 0.1 portion.
2. The novel adhesive sticker structure of claim 1, wherein: the surface layer is any one of coated paper, PVC paper, laser paper, temperature-resistant paper, PP paper, PC paper, kraft paper, fluorescent paper, gold-plated paper, silver-plated paper, synthetic paper, aluminum foil paper, textured paper, cloth label paper, pearlescent paper and thermal-sensitive paper.
3. The novel adhesive sticker structure of claim 1, wherein: the base layer is any one of a PET transparent film, an OPP transparent film and a PVC transparent film.
4. The novel adhesive sticker structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: butyl acrylate: 40 parts of a mixture; octyl acrylate: 20 parts of (1); ethylene glycol dimethacrylate: 10 parts of (A); polyterpene: 15 parts of (1); linear low density polyethylene: 15 parts of (1); 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol: 0.1 part.
5. The novel adhesive sticker structure of claim 1, wherein: the cleaning solution is 70% alcohol solution.
6. The preparation process of the novel adhesive sticker is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) preparing a surface layer material, a base layer material and a base paper material with preset sizes according to requirements, pretreating the outer side of the surface layer material, and pressing and molding the surface layer material and the base layer material by hot pressing equipment;
2) the preparation of the viscose layer comprises the steps of preparing the viscose layer material by mixing, stirring and evaporating butyl acrylate, octyl acrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, polyterpene, linear low-density polyethylene, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and deionized water which are used as certain components, and storing the prepared viscose layer material into extrusion equipment;
3) preparing an action layer, namely obtaining a storage structure through a mould through an injection molding and plastic suction step, and filling and attaching the storage structure, a diaphragm prepared in advance and cleaning fluid to obtain an action layer material;
4) uniformly coating the viscose layer material between one side of the action layer storage structure and the base layer through a coating mechanism to ensure that the action layer storage structure and the base layer are attached;
5) uniformly coating the viscose layer material between the action layer diaphragm and the base paper by a coating mechanism, and bonding the action layer diaphragm and the base paper to obtain a semi-finished product;
6) and cutting the semi-finished product to obtain the finished product of the adhesive sticker.
7. The preparation process of the novel self-adhesive sticker as claimed in claim 6, wherein the preparation process comprises the following steps: the pretreatment of the outer side of the surface layer material in the step 1 comprises printing content on the surface layer material, and laminating and cooling after the content is printed.
8. The preparation process of the novel adhesive sticker as claimed in claim 6, wherein the mixing, stirring and evaporating steps of the components in the step 2 comprise
2-1), mixing butyl acrylate, octyl acrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, polyterpene, linear low density polyethylene and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol into deionized water, and stirring for 30min to obtain a mixed solution;
2-2) heating the mixed solution to 50-60 ℃, adding a stabilizer and a defoaming agent, continuously stirring until the state of the mixed solution is stable, and standing to fully react to obtain a glue agent;
2-3) heating the glue agent until the temperature is 95 ℃, and then standing and evaporating until the water content is lower than 30%.
9. The preparation process of the novel adhesive sticker as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step of obtaining the material of the action layer from the storage structure and the cleaning solution in the step 3 specifically comprises the following steps:
3-1) overturning the storage structure until the opening of the storage cavity is upward;
3-2) injecting cleaning liquid into the storage cavity through injection equipment;
3-3) uniformly coating the adhesive between one side of the storage structure and the diaphragm by a coating mechanism so as to make the two adhere.
