Abstract
The invention discloses a GPS-based vehicle collision early warning system which comprises a front vehicle monitoring unit, a rear vehicle monitoring unit, a left adjacent lane monitoring unit, a right adjacent lane monitoring unit and a warning unit, wherein the front vehicle monitoring unit is used for monitoring the running speed of a front vehicle, the distance between two vehicles and the lane deviation condition of a target vehicle, and when the distance between the front vehicle and the target vehicle is lower than a preset value, the warning unit is informed to send a warning. The invention also discloses a vehicle collision early warning method based on the GPS. Compared with the related art, the vehicle collision early warning system and method based on the GPS have better early warning effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of collision early warning, in particular to a vehicle collision early warning system and method based on a GPS.
Background
With the continuous progress of vehicle collision technology, the early warning of lane departure and early warning of rear-end collision of a target vehicle have good early warning effects. Once the target vehicle deviates from the driving lane or the target vehicle is too close to the front vehicle, an early warning system carried by the target vehicle can give an alarm for prompting, or the target vehicle actively brakes or automatically applies restoring force to a steering wheel, so that the target vehicle returns to the driving lane to normally drive. The invention provides a GPS-based vehicle collision early warning system, which comprises a front vehicle monitoring unit, a rear vehicle monitoring unit, a left adjacent lane monitoring unit, a right adjacent lane monitoring unit and a warning unit, wherein the front vehicle monitoring unit is used for monitoring the running speed of a front vehicle, the distance between two vehicles and the lane deviation condition of a target vehicle; the rear vehicle monitoring unit is used for monitoring the rear vehicle running speed, the distance between two vehicles and the lane departure condition of the target vehicle, and informing the warning unit to send out a warning when the distance between the rear vehicle and the target vehicle is lower than a preset value; the left adjacent lane monitoring unit is used for monitoring the running speed, the distance between two vehicles and the lane departure condition of a left front first vehicle and a left rear first vehicle on the left lane of the target vehicle, and informing the warning unit to send out a warning when the left front first vehicle or the left rear first vehicle deviates and the speed is higher than a preset value; the right adjacent lane monitoring unit is used for monitoring the running speed, the distance between two vehicles and the lane departure condition of a right front first vehicle and a right rear first vehicle on a right lane of the target vehicle, and when the lane departure of the right front first vehicle or the right rear first vehicle occurs and the speed is higher than a preset value, the warning unit is informed to send a warning.
Preferably, the warning sent by the warning unit comprises a vibration warning and/or a sound warning.
Preferably, when the distance between the rear vehicle and the target vehicle is lower than a preset value, the warning unit is informed to send out a warning which further comprises an automatic double-flash warning.
Preferably, a warning reaction window is preset in the warning unit, and the maximum time limit of the warning reaction window is 2 seconds, and the minimum time limit is 1 second.

A vehicle collision early warning system based on a GPS is characterized by comprising a front vehicle monitoring unit, a rear vehicle monitoring unit, a left adjacent lane monitoring unit, a right adjacent lane monitoring unit and a warning unit, wherein the front vehicle monitoring unit is used for monitoring the running speed of a front vehicle, the distance between two vehicles and the lane deviation condition of a target vehicle, and when the distance between the front vehicle and the target vehicle is lower than a preset value, the warning unit is informed to send a warning; the rear vehicle monitoring unit is used for monitoring the rear vehicle running speed, the distance between two vehicles and the lane departure condition of the target vehicle, and informing the warning unit to send out a warning when the distance between the rear vehicle and the target vehicle is lower than a preset value; the left adjacent lane monitoring unit is used for monitoring the running speed, the distance between two vehicles and the lane departure condition of a left front first vehicle and a left rear first vehicle on the left lane of the target vehicle, and informing the warning unit to send out a warning when the left front first vehicle or the left rear first vehicle deviates and the speed is higher than a preset value; the right adjacent lane monitoring unit is used for monitoring the running speed, the distance between two vehicles and the lane departure condition of a right front first vehicle and a right rear first vehicle on a right lane of the target vehicle, and when the lane departure of the right front first vehicle or the right rear first vehicle occurs and the speed is higher than a preset value, the warning unit is informed to send a warning.
2. The GPS-based vehicle collision warning system according to claim 1, wherein the warning issued by the warning unit includes a vibration warning and/or an audio warning.

the rear vehicle monitoring unit monitors the rear vehicle running speed, the distance between the two vehicles and the lane departure condition of the target vehicle, and informs the warning unit to send out a warning when the distance between the rear vehicle and the target vehicle is lower than a preset value;
the left adjacent lane monitoring unit monitors the running speed, the distance between two vehicles and the lane departure condition of a left front first vehicle and a left rear first vehicle on a left lane of a target vehicle, and informs the warning unit to send out a warning when the left front first vehicle or the left rear first vehicle deviates and the speed is higher than a preset value;
the right adjacent lane monitoring unit is used for monitoring the running speed, the distance between two vehicles and the lane departure condition of a right front first vehicle and a right rear first vehicle on a right lane of the target vehicle, and when the lane departure of the right front first vehicle or the right rear first vehicle occurs and the speed is higher than a preset value, the warning unit is informed to send a warning.
