Abstract

(3) processing a notch I4 on the other surface of the wood veneer board 1, wherein the notch I4 corresponds to the notch 2 in position and is communicated with the notch 2, the width of the notch I4 is smaller than that of the notch 2, and the notch I4 and the cross section of the notch 2 form a T-shaped structure as shown in figure 2;
(4) pouring resin 5 into a closed groove formed by the notch I4, the notch 2 and the sheet facing material 3 of the wood facing plate 1, wherein the gap between the end surface of the notch 2 and the sheet facing material 3 is also filled with the resin 5, placing until the resin is completely solidified, and polishing the upper surface of the resin 5 to be flat by a polishing tool after the resin 5 is completely solidified, as shown in figure 3;

(3) processing a notch I on the other side of the wood veneer board, wherein the notch I corresponds to the notch in position and is communicated with the notch I, and the notch I and the cross section of the notch form a T-shaped structure;
(4) pouring resin into a closed groove formed by the notch I of the wood veneer board, the notch and the thin veneer facing material, and placing until the resin is completely solidified;
