The invention relates to a nailing machine, which comprises a conveying device, wherein the conveying device is used for conveying materials (such as wood boards) to the lower part of an air nail gun, and the air nail gun is used for nailing the materials. The conveying device conveys materials for a certain distance every a period of time, the air nail gun is matched with the upper nail gun assembly to nail the materials at a plurality of stations in a period of time, the conveying devices are two groups which are arranged in parallel, after the material nailing of one group of conveying devices is finished, the upper nail gun assembly is moved to the position above the material of the other group of conveying devices to nail the materials, the conveying devices in a group of vacant positions return to the original positions, the feeding of the materials is started manually, and the operation is repeated.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the nailing device 10 further includes a lower nailing gun assembly moving device, the lower nailing gun assembly moving device includes a first chain tensioner part 112, a second chain tensioner part 113, a plurality of driving bearing blocks 114, a second driving servo motor and a speed reducer 115, which are arranged on the frame 100, the driving shaft 116 is arranged on the frame 100 through the plurality of driving bearing blocks 114, two driving chain wheels 117 are positioned at two ends of the driving shaft 116, the second driving servo motor and the speed reducer 115 are in transmission connection with the driving shaft 116, one driving chain wheel 117 and the first chain tensioner part 112 are transmitted through a first chain, and the other driving chain wheel 117 and the second chain tensioner part 113 are transmitted through a second chain. The working principle of the design is as follows: the second driving servo motor and the speed reducer 115 drive the driving shaft 116 to rotate, and the driving shaft 116 drives the first chain and the second chain which are in transmission connection with the driving shaft to rotate through the two driving chain wheels 117, so that the nail gun assembly on the first chain and the second chain is finally driven to move. Compared with the original design, the design has the advantages that: the original design adopts the gear-rack transmission, and the transmission part is prevented from being blocked due to the fact that foreign matters such as processed raw material wood, nails and the like fall onto the rack, so that the device has the functions of dust prevention and foreign matter prevention, and can not cause blocking faults.
In the invention, the outer cover of the nailing device 10 is transparent organic glass, so that the working state of the nailing gun assembly can be seen during working, and the condition that the original outer cover is opaque, the working state of the nailing gun assembly can not be seen during working and the nailing gun assembly needs to be stopped is avoided.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the discharging device 50 includes a support shaft 502, a sliding support seat 503, a finished product material supporting member 504, a first balancing rack 505, a first balancing gear 506, a first balancing shaft 507, a first photoelectric switch 508, a support shaft locking bolt 509, a second balancing rack 510, a second balancing gear 511, a second balancing shaft 512, an ejection mechanism 513, a second photoelectric switch 514, a discharging frame 515, and a support bar 516.
In the invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a sliding supporting seat 503 is fixedly arranged on a discharging frame 515, a supporting shaft 502 is fixed on the sliding supporting seat 503 through a supporting shaft locking bolt 509, one end of the inner side of the supporting shaft 502 is connected with a supporting rod 516, a finished product material supporting piece 504 is fixed on the supporting rod 516, two supporting rods 516 are respectively provided with a first photoelectric switch 508 and a second photoelectric switch 514, two first balance racks 505 are arranged on two adjacent discharging frame supporting feet of the discharging frame 515, two second balance racks 510 are arranged on two discharging frame supporting feet on adjacent sides of the discharging frame 515, a first balance shaft 507 is fixed on a first side of a frame of an ejection mechanism 513 through a bearing, a second balance shaft 512 is fixed on a second side of the frame of the ejection mechanism 513 through a bearing, the first side is perpendicular to the second side, two ends of the first balance shaft 507 are respectively provided with a first balance gear 506, the first balance racks 506 are mutually meshed with the first balance racks 505, the second balance gears 511 are mutually meshed with the second balance racks 510, the second balance racks 510 are meshed with a second balance lifting mechanism 513, a second balance shaft is connected with a second lifting driving device, and a second lifting device is connected with a driving device. The support shaft 502 can be adjusted in position on the slide support seat 503.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the first jacking driving device drives the first balance shaft 507 to rotate, the first balance shaft 507 drives the first balance gear 506 to roll on the first balance rack 505, the same first jacking driving device finally drives the second balance gear to roll on the second balance rack, so that the ejection mechanism 513 is driven to eject a product upwards, and the first balance shaft 507 and the second balance gear act together to balance the ejected product, so that bearing damage caused by single operation is avoided; meanwhile, the width of the finished product supporting piece 504 can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the supporting shaft locking bolt 509 to screw the supporting shaft 502; the first photoelectric switch 508 and the second photoelectric switch 514 are connected to the control device, and are used for detecting whether ejection fails, and if so, the control device controls the skip car to stop moving, so that safety accidents are avoided.
In the invention, the finished product material supporting piece 504 comprises a material supporting accessory 5041, a material supporting seat 5042, a material supporting pin 5043, a material supporting accessory reset spring 5044, a tension spring fixing pin 5045 and a material supporting accessory baffle 5046; one side of the material supporting seat 5042 is provided with a groove, the material supporting accessory 5041 is arranged in the groove through a material supporting pin 5043, a tension spring fixing pin 5045 is further arranged in the groove, a material supporting accessory reset spring 5044 is arranged between the tension spring fixing pin 5045 and the material supporting accessory 5041, and a material supporting accessory baffle 5046 is fixed on the material supporting accessory 5041. In the invention, a material supporting accessory baffle 5046 is respectively arranged on six material supporting accessories 5041 and is used for blocking the product, so that the ejected product cannot deviate left and right; the material supporting seat 5042 adopts a two-side stress structure, so that the material supporting accessory 5041 is not easy to fall off; meanwhile, a material supporting accessory reset spring 5044 is added, and after the ejection of the finished product is completed, the material supporting accessory 5041 can be reset in time.
