The nailing machine comprises a conveying device, wherein the conveying device is used for conveying materials (such as wood boards) to the lower part of a pneumatic nailing machine, and the pneumatic nailing machine is used for nailing the materials. The conveying device conveys materials at intervals for a certain distance, in the interval, the air nail gun nails the materials at a plurality of stations under the cooperation of the upper nail gun assembly, the conveying device is in two groups arranged in parallel, after the nailing of the materials of one group of conveying device is completed, the upper nail gun assembly moves to the material top of the other group of conveying device to nail, the conveying device in a group of vacant positions returns to the original position, and the materials are manually fed, so that the operation is repeated.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the nailing device 10 further includes a lower nailing gun assembly moving device, the lower nailing gun assembly moving device includes a first chain tensioning wheel assembly 112, a second chain tensioning wheel assembly 113, a plurality of driving bearing seats 114, a second driving servo motor and a speed reducer 115, which are disposed on the machine frame 100, the driving shaft 116 is disposed on the machine frame 100 through the plurality of driving bearing seats 114, two driving sprockets 117 are disposed at two ends of the driving shaft 116, the second driving servo motor and the speed reducer 115 are in transmission connection with the driving shaft 116, one driving sprocket 117 and the first chain tensioning wheel assembly 112 are in transmission through a first chain, and the other driving sprocket 117 and the second chain tensioning wheel assembly 113 are in transmission through a second chain. The working principle of the design is as follows: the second driving servo motor and the speed reducer 115 drive the driving shaft 116 to rotate, and the driving shaft 116 drives the first chain and the second chain which are in transmission connection with the driving shaft to rotate through the two driving chain wheels 117, and finally drives the lower nail gun assembly on the first chain and the second chain to move. Compared with the original design, the design has the advantages that: the gear rack transmission is adopted in the original design, the situation that the transmission part is blocked due to the fact that foreign matters such as raw material wood and nails for processing fall onto the rack is avoided, the dustproof and foreign matter-preventing effect is achieved, and the blocking fault cannot be caused.
In the invention, the outer cover of the nailing device 10 is made of transparent organic glass, so that the working state of the nailing gun assembly can be seen when the nailing device works, and the condition that the original outer cover is opaque, the working state of the nailing gun assembly cannot be seen when the nailing gun assembly works and needs to be stopped is avoided.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the discharging device 50 includes a supporting shaft 502, a sliding support 503, a finished product holding member 504, a first balance rack 505, a first balance gear 506, a first balance shaft 507, a first photoelectric switch 508, a supporting shaft locking bolt 509, a second balance rack 510, a second balance gear 511, a second balance shaft 512, an ejecting mechanism 513, a second photoelectric switch 514, a discharging rack 515, and a supporting rod 516.
In the invention, as shown in fig. 9 and fig. 10, a sliding support base 503 is fixedly arranged on a discharging rack 515, a support shaft 502 is fixed on the sliding support base 503 through a support shaft locking bolt 509, one end of the inner side of the support shaft 502 is connected with a support rod 516, a finished product material supporting piece 504 is fixed on the support rod 516, the two support rods 516 are respectively provided with a first photoelectric switch 508 and a second photoelectric switch 514, two first balance racks 505 are arranged on two adjacent discharging rack supporting legs of the discharging rack 515, two second balance racks 510 are arranged on two discharging rack supporting legs of adjacent sides of the discharging rack 515, a first balance shaft 507 is fixed on a first side of a frame of an ejection mechanism 513 through a bearing, a second balance shaft 512 is fixed on a second side of the frame of the ejection mechanism 513 through a bearing, the first side and the second side are perpendicular, two ends of the first balance shaft 507 are provided with first balance gears 506, two ends of the second balance shaft 512 are provided with a second balance gear 511, the first balance gear 506 is meshed with the first balance rack 505, the second balance gear 511 is meshed with the second balance rack 510, the ejection mechanism 513 is provided with a first jacking driving device and a second jacking driving device, the first jacking driving device is in transmission connection with the first balance shaft 507, and the second jacking driving device is in transmission connection with the second balance shaft 512. The support shaft 502 can be adjusted in position on the slide bearing 503.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the first jacking driving device drives the first balance shaft 507 to rotate, the first balance shaft 507 drives the first balance gear 506 to roll on the first balance rack 505, the same first jacking driving device finally drives the second balance gear to roll on the second balance rack, so that the ejection mechanism 513 is driven to eject products upwards, the two mechanisms act together to eject the products in a balanced manner, and bearing damage caused by single operation is avoided; meanwhile, the width of the finished product supporting piece 504 for supporting can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the supporting shaft locking bolt 509 for screwing the supporting shaft 502; the first photoelectric switch 508 and the second photoelectric switch 514 are connected to the control device and used for detecting whether the ejection fails, and if the ejection fails, the control device controls the skip car to stop moving, so that safety accidents are avoided.
In the invention, the finished product material supporting piece 504 comprises a material supporting accessory 5041, a material supporting seat 5042, a material supporting pin 5043, a material supporting accessory return spring 5044, a tension spring fixing pin 5045 and a material supporting accessory baffle 5046; a groove is formed in one side of the material supporting seat 5042, the material supporting accessory 5041 is arranged in the groove through a material supporting pin 5043, a tension spring fixing pin 5045 is further arranged in the groove, a material supporting accessory reset spring 5044 is arranged between the tension spring fixing pin 5045 and the material supporting accessory 5041, and a material supporting accessory baffle 5046 is fixed to the material supporting accessory 5041. In the invention, the six material supporting accessories 5041 are respectively provided with a material supporting accessory baffle 5046 which is used for blocking a product, so that the ejected product can not deviate left and right; the material supporting seat 5042 adopts a two-side stress structure, so that the material supporting accessory 5041 is not easy to fall off; meanwhile, a material supporting accessory return spring 5044 is added, so that the material supporting accessory 5041 can be timely reset after the finished product is ejected out.
