The preparation method of the plant exosome comprises the following steps: grinding the roots of centella asiatica, cacumen biotae or polygonum cuspidatum by a tissue grinder, dissolving the roots of centella asiatica, cacumen biotae or polygonum cuspidatum by PBS (phosphate buffer solution) with the proportion of 1:100, filtering by gauze, centrifuging for 60min at 9000rpm, collecting supernatant, transferring the collected supernatant to an ultracentrifuge tube, accurately balancing under the condition that the error is less than 0.001g, putting the ultracentrifuge tube into a precooled ultracentrifuge, and centrifuging for 70min under the condition of 9500 Xg at the temperature of 4 ℃. The supernatant was discarded, the pellet was retained and resuspended in PBS, and after equilibration, centrifuged again at 9500 Xg for 70min at 4 ℃. After completion, the precipitate was collected, resuspended in a small amount of PBS, and then stored in an ultra-low temperature refrigerator.

Adding 80 parts by weight of deionized water into the plant exosome compositions prepared in the examples 1-10 and the comparative examples 1-6 to obtain different experimental groups; taking C57BL/6 pure-breed mice with the weight of 15-20g, using both male and female, under the light anesthesia of ether, pulling out the hair on the back of the mice by using a mixture of rosin and paraffin, and dividing the mice into groups with the area of about 3cm multiplied by 4cm, namely a normal control group and each test group. And (3) uniformly coating the test group standby products on the skin of the hair removal area on the back of each group of mice respectively on the next day after hair removal, wherein the dosage of each test group is 10ml/kg, the control group is provided with a normal saline group with the same volume for 1 time/day for 10 days continuously, the skin of the hair removal area on the back of the mice is taken 10 days after the application of the drugs, fixed by formalin, made into pathological sections, and the growth condition of hair follicles is observed.

Comparative examples 2 and 5, the weight parts of asiatic centella exosomes are increased, or the mass ratio of asiatic centella exosomes to biota exosomes to giant knotweed exosomes is changed, the number of hair follicles is less than that of example 3, and the fact that the weight parts of asiatic centella exosomes are within the range of the invention is shown to promote the growth of the hair follicles, increase the number of hair follicles and help the hair growth. The mass ratio of the asiatic centella exosomes to the cacumen biotae exosomes to the giant knotweed exosomes is not (1-5): 2, the growth of hair follicles can be influenced, and alopecia prevention and hair growth are not facilitated.
Comparative example 6 shows that the amount of eucommia ulmoides added by weight is less than that of example 3, and the effect of eucommia ulmoides added by weight to promote the growth of hair follicles is less than that of example 3.
Test examples
The plant exosome compositions prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were formulated into a hair-restorer solution with a content of 3.5wt%.
1) 50 patients are selected, wherein male accounts for 80 percent, female accounts for 20 percent, the longest course of disease is 10 years, the shortest course of disease is 2 years, and the age is between 20 and 60 years.
