Preferably, the whitening and anti-aging skin care composition consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 8-10% of glycerol, 8-10% of polydimethylsiloxane, 4-5% of propylene glycol, 2.5-3.5% of purified nicotinamide, 1-2% of carnosine, 1.2-1.8% of ergothioneine, 1-1.5% of tranexamic acid, 0.6-0.8% of arbutin, 0.3-0.4% of vitamin E acetate, 0.3-0.4% of vitamin C ethyl ether, 0.3-0.4% of D-pantothenic acid, 0.2-0.4% of pyridoxine dipalmitate, 0.12-0.18% of essence and the balance of water.
Preferably, the whitening and anti-aging skin care composition consists of the following components in percentage by weight: glycerol 8%, polydimethylsiloxane 8%, propylene glycol 4%, nicotinamide 3.5%, carnosine 2%, ergothioneine 1.2%, tranexamic acid 1%, arbutin 0.6%, vitamin E acetate 0.3%, vitamin C ethyl ether 0.3%, D-pantothenic acid 0.3%, pyridoxine dipalmitate 0.2%, perfume 0.12%, and balance water.

Example 1:
purification of nicotinamide: putting 14.25kg of nicotinamide crude product with the content of 98.0% into water at 40 ℃ to prepare a solution with the content of 18.5%, adjusting the pH to 8.5 by using ammonia water, controlling the temperature to be below 40 ℃, removing impurities by adopting electrodialysis, stopping the electrodialysis when the conductance reaches 0.2ms/cm, adding 717 anion exchange resin with the weight of 1% of the nicotinamide into the nicotinamide solution, stirring for 0.5-1h, filtering, adding activated carbon with the weight of 0.5% of the weight of the nicotinamide for decolorization, controlling the temperature to be 60-70 ℃ for 0.5-1h, filtering to remove the activated carbon, vacuum concentrating to 50% at the temperature of 70 ℃, slowly cooling for crystallization, keeping the temperature for 2h when the temperature is reduced to 15 ℃, performing solid-liquid separation to obtain nicotinamide wet powder, drying to obtain a finished product with the purity of 99.8%, wherein unknown impurities are less than or equal to 0.02%, and the content of nicotinic acid is 17 ppm.
Example 2:
preparing a skin care product: the preparation of each material was carried out under the conditions of 12% of glycerin, 12% of polydimethylsiloxane, 6% of propylene glycol, 4% of nicotinamide, 3% of carnosine, 2% of ergothioneine, 2% of tranexamic acid, 1% of arbutin, 0.5% of vitamin E acetate, 0.5% of vitamin C ethyl ether, 0.5% of D-pantothenic acid, 0.5% of pyridoxine dipalmitate, 0.2% of essence, and the balance of water.
In a clean area, the skin care product with the formula is prepared by mixing glycerol, nicotinamide, carnosine, ergothioneine, tranexamic acid, D-pantothenic acid and a small amount of water in a water phase part, and rapidly heating to 85 ℃ to completely dissolve the components for later use. Mixing organic phase part of polydimethylsiloxane, arbutin, vitamin E acetate, vitamin c ethyl ether, pyridoxine dipalmitate and essence, rapidly heating to 85 deg.C, and keeping the temperature; and then adding the phenethyl resorcinol, the propylene glycol and the water phase part into the organic phase, further stirring and dissolving the components mutually, cooling to 45-36 ℃, sampling and detecting the proportion of each component after uniformly mixing, and directly filling to obtain the whitening and anti-aging skin care product after reaching the internal control standard.
Example 3:
preparing a skin care product: raw material preparation is carried out under the conditions of 6% of glycerin, 6% of polydimethylsiloxane, 6% of propylene glycol, 2% of nicotinamide, 0.5% of carnosine, 1% of ergothioneine, 0.5% of tranexamic acid, 0.5% of arbutin, 0.2% of vitamin E acetate, 0.2% of vitamin c ethyl ether, 0.2% of D-pantothenic acid, 0.1% of pyridoxine dipalmitate, 0.1% of essence and the balance of water.
In a clean area, the raw materials prepared in the formula are selected from glycerol, nicotinamide, carnosine, ergothioneine, tranexamic acid, D-pantothenic acid and a small amount of water in a water phase part to be mixed, and the temperature is quickly raised to 85 ℃ to completely dissolve the raw materials for later use. Mixing organic phase parts of arbutin, vitamin E acetate, vitamin c ethyl ether, pyridoxine dipalmitate and essence, rapidly heating to 85 deg.C, and keeping the temperature; and then adding phenethyl resorcinol, propylene glycol and the water phase part into the organic phase, further stirring and dissolving the components mutually, cooling to 45-36 ℃, sampling and detecting the proportion of each component, and directly filling after uniformly mixing to obtain the whitening and anti-aging skin care product.
3. Skin care effect test of the whitening skin care cosmetic of example 2:
the face of 3 volunteers (2 women, 1 man) was washed before sleeping every morning and evening, and then applied with cosmetics in a slightly visible amount.

The Δ E value indicates the position change of the color in the color space, the larger the numerical value, the more obvious the color change, and the change of the skin chromaticity can be comprehensively reflected, and as can be seen from table 1, the Δ E of the volunteer increases with the change of the time, which indicates that the cosmetic can remarkably improve the skin brightness.
In the process of using the whitening and skin-care cosmetic provided in example 2 and 1 month after stopping using the whitening and skin-care cosmetic, the skin of 3 volunteers was kept in a good state, and no adverse reactions such as irritation and allergy and obvious rebound occurred.

1. The whitening and anti-aging skin care composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 6-12% of glycerin, 6-12% of polydimethylsiloxane, 2-6% of propylene glycol, 2-4% of nicotinamide, 0.5-3% of carnosine, 1-2% of ergothioneine, 0.5-2% of tranexamic acid, 0.5-1% of arbutin, 0.2-0.5% of vitamin E acetate, 0.2-0.5% of vitamin C ethyl ether, 0.2-0.5% of D-pantothenic acid, 0.1-0.5% of pyridoxine dipalmitate, 0.1-0.2% of essence and the balance of water.
2. The whitening and anti-aging skin care composition according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 8-10% of glycerol, 8-10% of polydimethylsiloxane, 4-5% of propylene glycol, 2.5-3.5% of purified nicotinamide, 1-2% of carnosine, 1.2-1.8% of ergothioneine, 1-1.5% of tranexamic acid, 0.6-0.8% of arbutin, 0.3-0.4% of vitamin E acetate, 0.3-0.4% of vitamin C ethyl ether, 0.3-0.4% of D-pantothenic acid, 0.2-0.4% of pyridoxine dipalmitate, 0.12-0.18% of essence and the balance of water.

The whitening and anti-aging skin care composition according to claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: glycerol 8%, polydimethylsiloxane 8%, propylene glycol 4%, nicotinamide 3.5%, carnosine 2%, ergothioneine 1.2%, tranexamic acid 1%, arbutin 0.6%, vitamin E acetate 0.3%, vitamin C ethyl ether 0.3%, D-pantothenic acid 0.3%, pyridoxine dipalmitate 0.2%, perfume 0.12%, and balance water.

The whitening and anti-aging skin care composition according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: glycerol 6%, polydimethylsiloxane 6%, propylene glycol 4.5%, nicotinamide 3%, carnosine 1.5%, ergothioneine 1.5%, tranexamic acid 2%, arbutin 0.7%, phenethyl resorcinol 0.5%, vitamin E acetate 0.35%, vitamin C ethyl ether 0.35%, D-pantothenic acid 0.35%, pyridoxine dipalmitate 0.25%, perfume 0.15%, and balance water.
5. The whitening and anti-aging skin care composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the niacinamide needs to be purified before use by the following method:
